We are going on a short forced vacation. First of all, this is a post for those who ordered something from us or wanted to order art in the near future. For about a week, progress will not progress/or will progress very slowly.
The main reason for this is our mental state. Working almost seven days a week, disgusting weather, nervous tension, diet and exercise. It all came together in a lump and we fell into a trap:
1. We are still trying to shape our schedules around our new lifestyle.
2. Due to the new lifestyle, our working hours have shifted, as well as our free time.
3. This led to the fact that our brain decided that work is the most important thing and compensated for this with a lack of free time for idleness.
4. As a result, the working hours became longer, and we worked until 11 pm, instead of resting, which led to a series of nervous breakdowns due to the fact that ordinary things in our art stopped working out as quickly as before. The resource has been used up.
ADHD makes it very difficult to organize your time and life if new parameters fit into your schedule. God, we gave up some classes simply because they always fell in the evening. And do you know what happened? The brain simply went into anticipation mode for THIS EVENING EVENT. WAITING ALL DAY... Well, in general, yes. A little vacation.
If you also have problems with ADHD, then share what irritates you most and how you deal with it.
