General | Posted 8 years agoSorry I've been a little silent lately, as you know we had to move, and that cost us all of our savings. In the midst of that, I went to open up my computer and it wouldn't turn on. So, eeeugh. So I've been using 
hirurux's computer and cintiq to draw. Which is fine, but we have to take turns now so eeeugh.
Also my car failed it's emmissions test. We replaced the part, but I don't think it fixed the issue so I might just have to throw away 150 dollars I DON'T HAVE just to pass the stupid test so I can give the DOL more money for my new tabs. EEEEEUUUGH.
Also hirurux's car is broken down. EEEEEEUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHH.
On top of all this, it's tax time! So we owe a whole bunch to the IRS. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Moving costs HOW MUCH??!!!

So we're running around like our heads are cut off trying to make up the difference. D: this wouldn't even be so bad if February wasn't so short and we didn't have to pay 2 rents for March. T^T

General | Posted 9 years agoAlright, so I'm nearly done with my current queue so I'm ready to fill up my slots again! (wow that sounded dirty)
We're moving in March finally! I'm so excited to get away from the incompetence of the construction crew that has been working to replace the balcony for a year. And yes, I'm being serious. IT'S TAKING THEM LONGER THAN A YEAR TO REPLACE A FREAKING BALCONY. In that time, they have managed to break our water main, take up half our parking spaces with cranes and random equipment, break our gate on the complex so just any rando can come waltzing in, wake us up on a daily bases with staple guns and hammers outside our window, and not let us use our storage which is connected to the balcony. FOR A YYEEEEEAAARRRR.
Gosh I hate this place

General | Posted 9 years agoHey guys, just wanted to say that I am still here, just been lurking a bit because, well, my internet got shut off. What can I say? We forgot about the bill, there it goes, and we can't afford to get it back on.
At some points in your life you have to decide if something is really necessary. And while having the internet is great, paying rent and utility bills are more important. We've been getting by, we have a huge selection of movies and stuff, so as artists, we have no shortage of background noise. We can use our phones whenever we really need the internet. The hard part is not being able to send files as quickly using the computer. We have to use a usb cord to connect the phone to the laptop, manually copy the file to the phone data, and then send it.
So, we're doing OK. Probably won't have the internet for a while until after the holidays.
There's way worse things than not having internet, disbite what teenager me thought. Haha!
So, happy holidays everyone! Merry Christmas! Love you. :3

But as soon as one problem gets fixed, another rears it's ugly head. You might remember that I mentioned I was worried my cat had a dental abscess? Yup, I was right. Luckily I got her some antibiotics and it's helping majorly, but she needs a dental surgery or it will keep coming back.
Soooo, I got an estimate for that and now trying to sell my fursuit to make the funds to get her feeling better.
My fursuit is Dipper Dapper the Malamute! She's lavender and neon blue, and I love her so much, but I love my kitty more. :3 Please consider giving Dipper a good home?

I need help
General | Posted 9 years agoI didn't want to come out and say this, but I need help. I have not been paid since last month. I don't have money for rent. Bills stacking up on my door, and rent looming next week.
A lot of tragic and disparaging events have occurred within only the past 2 weeks. I don't really want to talk about it on here, but I am in mourning and have been working constantly.
Also my cat may have a dental abscess. Lord knows I can't afford that expense right now.
I'm at the end of my rope. My mom gave me food for the week. Really. I'm at that point.
Please help me if you can. I need to work on commissions.

If you didn't know already, I have quit my job as a receptionist at the vet's office. It was too emotional and took a toll on my well being, and I got paid nothing to do it.
I was presented an opportunity to join dandylionsLLC as a fursuit maker and now that is my full time job! It is the best job I've ever had, and work doesn't feel like work anymore! I've been doing it for quite a while. You guys should check us out! As far as right now goes, we're looking to re-open up for quotes in January, as well as having a couple auction suits in the works that I think furries will really get jazzed for. :3
To help supplement this, and to support my family, I want to start re-branding myself as an artist and really get into doing commissions on a more regular basis, especially vore type stuff. ;D So if you're into that kind of thing, you may be excited for what I have in store for the future! And if not, well, not to worry. :3 I still love doing all types of art, and if you have something else in mind, let me know, I'll do other fetishes as well, feel free to ask me! (I will not do adults in diapers, anything sexual with cub stuff, or scat)

Officially a Waifu (life update)
General | Posted 10 years agoSOOOOOOOOOO yeah! The wedding was so amazing. So perfect. Exactly what I had dreamed of since I was a kid. The boat was extremely beautiful, the view from the boat, even more so. So many of our lovely friends and family were there, it was crazy! I loved every one of them and wanted to talk to everybody but couldn't. It's a special feeling, to look around that big space and see that it is filled with people who care about you, and that everyone there is your friend. I didn't realize that I was that loved, not only by my husband, but by the sheer volume of my very special guests.
My bridesmaids were amazing, they did so much for me and I really hope I can return the favor someday <3
At the end of the wedding, after dancing to a many variety of songs, including "What does the Fox Say" With a bunch of furries, someone surprised us with a limo! And that we had it until 2am! We were both exhausted, but we took some friends, piled into the limo in our wedding attire, and went to Dick's Drive In in the heart of Seattle. Got some tasty burgers and some startling looks! Even had a guy say "Did you guys really just get married?!" haha! Then we went to Alki beach for a little bit. After that we were so exhausted we dropped off our friends and headed back to our gorgeous hotel.
Only to rise bright and early to head to paradise! Hawaii was so beautiful. The weather was perfect, it was warm, but not uncomfortably hot. The water was so blue, the people so kind, and the mountains and canyons of Kauai were a sight to behold. We took a helicopter ride around the island, drove around the whole road, took a Boat ride to see whales, dolphins, go snorkeling, and witness the Na'pali coast. We kayaked up the winding river and hiked to a secluded lagoon where you could swim in the waterfall. The water was so cold, crisp, and refreshing after that workout! We tasted authentic Hawaiian food at a spectacular Luau, with fire spinners and fire breathers dressed as dragons. All these moments are so vivid in my mind. I hope to return some day to relive our first adventures as newlyweds.
Thank you everybody! So many people pitched in and we couldn't have done it without all of you! Thanks for making a little dragon's dream come true <3
My bridesmaids were amazing, they did so much for me and I really hope I can return the favor someday <3
At the end of the wedding, after dancing to a many variety of songs, including "What does the Fox Say" With a bunch of furries, someone surprised us with a limo! And that we had it until 2am! We were both exhausted, but we took some friends, piled into the limo in our wedding attire, and went to Dick's Drive In in the heart of Seattle. Got some tasty burgers and some startling looks! Even had a guy say "Did you guys really just get married?!" haha! Then we went to Alki beach for a little bit. After that we were so exhausted we dropped off our friends and headed back to our gorgeous hotel.
Only to rise bright and early to head to paradise! Hawaii was so beautiful. The weather was perfect, it was warm, but not uncomfortably hot. Getting Married in 2 days
General | Posted 10 years agoIt is currently 7:36 am Thursday morning, I was having trouble sleeping, and I have that familiar aching in my stomach that you get before you go on a big vacation, but I kind of like it~ it means I'm excited! :)
Because in 2 days time, it will be January 9th, the 5th year anniversary since hirurux and I became officially together, and we will get married!
Seriously... can you even believe that? 0-0 I'm so happy to marry the love of my life, and have my friends be there to party with us!
We will get hitched on a ferry boat on lake union in Seattle, overlooking the beautiful Seattle skyline <3
And then, on January 10th, we'll be leaving on our honeymoon... OUR DREAM HONEYMOON!!! To Hawaii! AAAAAAAAHHH! I can't believe we're actually going!! :DDDD For a whole week!

More life updates!
General | Posted 10 years agoSo... a lot has happened in the past couple weeks. There was a weird thumping sound coming from my car, so I took it to the mechanic, and lo and behold! I've killed another car. That's #6. I'm only 23. -_-
Well, technically, I didn't KILL it, but it's considered unreliable, one wheel in the grave, to not drive it outside of town. So it become useless to take to work every day, which is 20 miles each way. To work retail. Gross. And I'd already bought that car this year, so I have no money to buy another car. Still trying to save for the wedding. Remember? *pssst commissions are open*
So, with no way to get to my job, my job search cranked up, but now with less area to work with. I have to find something within WALKING distance! So I just went around giving my resume to different establishments around my house. Also I looked into getting transferred to a store in my town, which didn't pan out. So I was feeling really defeated, like nothing was working, like the universe had struck me down....
UNTIL I get a call from the Veterinary Clinic across the street from my apartment. I had given my resume to them on the off chance. Well, I had an interview with them, and now they're hiring me! It's not only a new job that's across the street, but a career! A start to my life! An opportunity to help animals! This can lead to many other opportunities, because I'm not only doing reception work, but working as an assistant to the vet, getting real experience. Working directly with the animals. only thing is I'm taking a pretty hefty pay cut. It's worth it to get a job like this, and there will be raises in the future, I just have to hang on for now.
Also, teaming up with hirurux to work on our webcomic in our spare time. Keep an eye out for that.
So yeah. If you want a commission, I would really appreciate it! Hope you guys are doing well.

SO.... my car went kaput, I had to move, my phone died, I got a crown on my tooth, I'm getting married in 6 months and they cut my hours at work.
Long story short I need help! I bought a car, but it still needs mechanical help and I had to dip into wedding fund just to buy it to get to and from work. I still have to save about 1200 bucks JUST for wedding, not any sort of honeymoon or rehearsal dinner stuff, and the time is a-ticking away.
So I am advertising commissions. If you can help me out I would really appreciate it! Or maybe pass the word on! :)
