Los fursuits se reservan con 50% del precio final(Pero estoy abierto a charlar planes de pago si lo necesita). Estos se cotizan en dólares, pero se puede pagar en pesos al valor del dólar blue del día en que vayas a abonar y la otra mitad más costo de envío se paga cuando el pedido este finializado. Los precios de fursuits varían dependiendo de la complejidad que tenga cada fursona o personaje que quiera que haga. Los precios se dividen den Simples o Detallados.
Los simples son los fursuits que tienen dos o tres colores, que tienen detalles simples fáciles de realizar. Los detallados son aquellos que incluyan detalles difíciles que realizar, que tengas alas, cuernos o tela de la mas cara. Existen cuatro tipos de telas para hacer fursuits y se escojeran las que mejor queden con el diseño de personaje.
Nuestros fursuits tienen toda la calidad que me es posible brindar, todo esta cocido a maquina de coser. Excepto las pequeñas costuras que no pueden llegar a coserse a maquina o la tela ya adherida a la cabeza de un fursuit, todo eso se cose lo mejor posible a mano. Asegurando que nuestros trajes no se van a descoser.
Si llega a haber algún error en nuestros fursuits no duden en contactarnos, estaré encantado de solucionarlo, tienen un plazo de 1 mes y medio para reclamar un arreglo.
Si usted daña el fursuit puede contactarme para arreglar un arreglo, esto se cobrara.
Los fursuits son hechos a mano y se desgastan con el tiempo. Se recomienda que cada cliente aprenda costura básica a mano para hacer reparaciones sencillas que suceden en el tiempo. Nos reservamos el derecho de negar las reparaciones si sentimos que haya causado intencionalmente daño a su traje o maltratado.
Hay que tener en cuenta que en argentina no se decidan mucho a fabricar telas de peluche, eso quiere decir que los colores que no suelen ser comunes es posible que no pueda conseguirse. En rara ocasión aparecen colores que suele no haber. Tener en cuenta esto ultimo. En caso de no tener los colores originales se sugiere cambiarlos, elegir otro personaje o directamente no pedir hasta que esa tela se vea en venta. También se puede pedir tela del extranjero cuando no se consiguen colores en Argentina pero también existen limitaciones en los materiales extranjeros.
Los encargos se pueden pagar en mano, por deposito bancario (no hace falta tener cuenta bancaria, en caso de que no tengas una) o Paypal (con recargo). Hago entregas por zona Oeste en algún lugar que arregle con el comisionador. SI QUIEREN QUE VALLA A CAPITAL TIENEN QUE PAGAR UN VIATICO. NOS REUNIREMOS EN EL SITIO QUE YO SUGIERA, pueden sugerir algún sitio para vernos, si esta a mi alcance les diré si puedo ir o no. De no poder ir hasta el sitio solicitado por favor no discutir, si no puedo es por algo. No discutir el lugar y horario que yo confirme que puedo.
También se puede retirar el fursuit en mi domicilio (Soy de Buenos Aires-Zona oeste-Ituzaingó)
Se hacen envíos a todo el país y al extranjero.
Se puede enviar por correo argentino (tarda depende del tamaño o el lugar a donde se envie) o por encomienda en micro (tambien depende del tamaño el precio pero tarda un dia o horas en llegar, sale en el primer micro que valla a su ciudad).
El envió lo paga usted a parte del precio del producto solicitado. Puede ser pagado luego de terminar su pedido, o antes como usted lo desee, pero debe ser pagado o no podre enviarle su pedido.
No trabajo los fines de semana, excepto que yo quiera.
Si quieres cambiar el diseño o personaje una vez señado el primer diseño se tiene que recotizar y cambiar el personaje tiene un costo extra.
Los fursuits se trabajan por orden de llegada, están en una lista pública en este furaffinity. No hay fechas de entrega exactas, estás pueden variar por lo largo de la lista. Puede tardar entre 8 a 1 año aproximadamente(puede ser más o menos, todo depende).
Si quieres la entrega del producto antes de la fecha programada se deberá pagar un adicional.
Una ves pagada la seña no hay reembolsos, ya que una vez pagada la seña se compromete a trabajar con nosotros y el dinero es invertido en materiales de trabajo.
Si el producto que usted compro, ya está finalizado y listo para entregar no es pagado y/o retirado a un plazo de 3 meses el producto pasa a ser mio, puede ser modificado y vendido a mi gusto.

Please, read our terms of service before buying something at Urbieta Creations. By doing business with us, you accept all our terms of service, not reading them doesn’t exempt you from these terms.
Fursuits slots are reserved with a 50% down-payment of the full price (but I’m open to payment plans if you need). These are quoted in dollars (USD), they can be paid through Paypal with the other half plus shipping costs getting paid off once the suit is finished. Fursuit prices vary depending on the complexity of the design of each fursona or character you’d like me to make. Prices are divided between Simple and Detailed fursuits.
Simple fursuits have two or three colours, with simple easy-to-make details. Detailed fursuits are those with details which are hard to make, fursuits with wings, horns, or more expensive fabrics. There are four types of fabric used for fursuit-making and they’ll be chosen based on how well they go with the character’s design.
Our fursuits are as high quality as I’m able to offer, everything is machine-sewed. Except for smaller stitches which cannot be sewed that way or when the fabric has already been glued to the fursuit head, these are sewed by hand to the best of my abilities. Making sure our fursuits’ stitches won’t come apart.
If there are any errors in our fursuits don't hesitate to contact us, I’d be more than happy to fix the issue, you have 1 and a half months to ask for any fixes. (You must pay for shipping and the fursuit must be clean).
If you damage the fursuit you can contact me to get it fixed, which you will have to pay for. Fursuits are made by hand and wear out over time. Clients are advised to learn basic hand-sewing techniques to fix any simple wear-and-tear issues that may happen in the long run. We reserve ourselves the right to deny fixing a suit if we feel the client damaged the suit intentionally or otherwise mistreated it.
Keep in mind that Argentina doesn’t produce many different plush fabrics, this means that uncommon fabric colours may be impossible to find here. Rarely, colours that aren’t typically available show up. Keep this in mind. If the original colours aren’t available we suggest you change them, choose a different character, or don’t get a slot until the specific fabric colour you want is available. We can also order fabric overseas when the fabric colours aren’t available in Argentina but there’s limits on foreign materials as well.
Payment is done via Paypal. They can also be made via Western Union, but the client must pay the costs of transactions.
Shipping is done through Fedex.
You, the client, pay for shipping on top of the price of the product you asked for. Shipping can be paid once your order is done, or before if you so wish, but it has to be paid or I won’t be able to deliver your order to you.
I don’t work on weekend, unless I want to.
If you want to change the design or the character once you’ve paid your down-payment it has to get quoted again and changing characters has an extra cost.
Fursuits get worked on on a first-come first-server basis, the queue is public and available in this furaffinity account. There’s no specific times of delivery for our products, these can vary depending on the size of the queue. The estimated time of delivery is between 8 months to 1 year (it could be longer or shorter than that, it all depends).
If you want your product to be delivered before the estimated date you’ll have to pay an extra fee.
Once the down-payment has been paid there are no refunds, since once you’ve paid your down-payment you agree to work with us and the money gets invested in materials for our work.
If the product you bought, is finished and ready to be delivered but doesn’t get paid and/or picked up within 3 months the product becomes mine, and it can be altered and sold at my discretion.
