UPCOMING EVENT: Easter Meet!
Posted 7 years agoOn April 7th there is an Easter themed cookout in Corvallis. This is a potluck style meet up. There will have a photographer there for fursuit pictures. There also will be an easter egg hunt at the park. Prizes range from candy, toys, free photoshoot, free art, posters, kits, and more. There is no admission fee to this meet up and all ages are allowed. If you can bring supplies, games, snacks, prizes, food, drinks, etc it is greatly appreciated.

This is a free event, however, cash or paypal donations on the date of the event are more than welcome!
For the event we've rented out their large meeting room, We'll be using this for the main gathering area.
At the moment we're planning on having a gaming station set up, as well as other fun things for those who show up!
The event is all ages and fursuit friendly.
There will be a bar open for anyone 21+.
Note: The hotel does infact have a pool, but I'd like to remind everyone that you can only be in the pool if you're with someone with a room.

Albany Monthly Bowling Meet, January!
Posted 8 years agoPNW Fur January Fur-Meet! We will be holding it at our usual location. This is a public location so please dress appropriate in and out of suit. Try to keep language down and respect those around us. Fursuits are allowed, but no required. You are allowed to bowl in feet paws.
The meets costs $25 per person. Please relay this to others if you invite, share, bring other people. Admission covers all of your costs minus alcohol. Please keep in mind everyone pays the same admission price. Food, non-alcoholic drinks, and bowling are all provided. You can pay cash at the meet or pay with paypal using the link below. If you need to use Facebook Pay please contact Brigitte Schovanec
You do not need to bring anything. We encourage and appreciate the following things: Party supplies, candy, przies, and games [cards, board games, switch, etc]
Business Opportunity: If you are a small business or artist, we are always welcoming to prize donations! If you donate every meet, you will be listed as a sponsor for the group. Prizes can be coupons, gift certificates, art, fursuit parts, accessories, gift cards, candy, plushies, etc.
Please come at 6pm if you can! It helps a lot when everyone arrives early :) If you need a ride OR can offer carpooling, please make a post so others can see.

cloudedfury will be holding a spooky movie fur meet night. This will be open to anyone 18+, if you would like to attend just RSVP to ottermidas on telegram. We will start movies at 5:30 pm a mixed drink will be provided, but it is suggested to bring more drinks to contribute both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in nature. No one under 21 will be allowed alcohol of any kind. Some snacks will be available, but bringing extra is appreciated! The location will be at a private residence (RSVP for the address). Movie selection is going to be decided day of the meet. Costumes are welcomed along with fur suits.

So many of us have been quite active of late, and the admins for this page only just got back into town from a wildly awesome CFT. Capitol Pride was a success and there may even be pictures to come as well! We would like to formally welcome all the new furs we've met to to our page and will be organizing a new gathering of some hi-jinx variety soon for further ensuing hilarity!

Capitol Pride 2017!!!

Every year the capitol city holds its very own Pride celebration in August, and this year is no exception. But what will be different is a great crowd of folks of the furry fandom making a concerted appearance. You wanna come show off what you got, fly your Pride flags, and celebrate diversity with others? Then get out there!!!
To top it all off, there will be a showing of Zootopia in the park - and what's more furry than that? So grab your tails, put on your glitter, unfurl your flags and show off your Pride!
RSVP with the event coordinator HERE, so they can have an idea of who all might be coming and whether or not there are enough handlers for suiters and cosplayers.

Hiking Event!
Posted 8 years agoWell, the bowling event was a rousing success! Next up: a hiking meet! (We don't recommend fursuiting for this one. ;) )
When: Sunday, July 23 @ 9:30 am
Where: Meet for carpool at WinCo parking lot: 1240 Lancaster Dr SE, Salem, OR 97317
(Far away from the building, toward Shari's. Look for a white Jeep. Consult the map below.)
Route: Dry Creek Falls, 4-mile hike. In-and-out. Easy-moderate rating. It's not long, but there is gentle but steady elevation gain; 980 ft of gain over 2 miles. There's a rather pretty waterfall at the midway point. We'll get a group photo! ^.^

It's a 1.5 hour drive to the trailhead. Please be prompt so we're not starting the hike too late in the day. We will be hitting the road in our carpool groups by 9:45. After the hike, we'll stop for food at Bridgeside diner, right across the street from our trailhead. :)

1) Bring plenty of water! Hydration packs are awesome.
2) Bring some snacks to keep your energy up.
3) If you need medication (e.g. inhalers), make sure to bring them.
4) If you're riding with someone, consider pitching in a little bit toward gas.
It's not a *bad* idea to have a first aid kit on hand, though we'll have one fur already bringing one. Message us if you have any questions!

The date will be July 14th from 7pm to 9pm. It will be $15 per person and includes shoe rental. We have two lanes reserved!
Fursuits are welcome but there will be no designated headless lounge. Wearing bowling shoes IS a must.
