A month ago, I was pennyless. My PC had exploded on me and I spent my last amount of cash on a new PC part, leaving me with no money to get to my christmas temp work, no money for presents for my family and it made me miserable. I decided to offer all visitors and watchers alike something cheap to at least give me funds for at least the 1st part of my no money statement, "Surely my friends and followers will not disappoint me in my time of need. I'm offering them a drawing of there internet persona or fursona with a New Year get-up to use as an avatar on anything for just £2, they will surely understand."

But no.

Not a single response, Not an inch of interest. You sat on your cash and let me wallow in depression of knowing I'll see other sad faces or worse get fired from a temp job due to no funds to get there.

Don't begin to blame "poor advertisement" It was on my profile page, posted to every social network and forum I go on. There was no excuse for you NOT to see it.
Don't begin to blame "over priced" because most of you are charging more then $10 JUST for a commissioned sketch!

Normally these "End of the Year" blogs I do are reflecting the GOOD that has happened, but sadly this has over shadowed it.
Don't get me wrong, I love the feedback I get from my own drawings. I love seeing my drawings getting favourited and sometimes a follow on the side. I would love to draw for other people, and I tried to offer so, just so long as I got something in return.

Really shows how tight your pocket goes.

This is where my ego shines!

I'm not gonna be sad and list off what I got for my birthday (mostly cause I dunno yet)

But what I did get was Beta Access to The Serect World MMO, interesting... Maybe EA knows it's my birthday and gave me the Beta Key, or they heard the comments I made about Origin and want to prove me wrong.

Well ladies and gentlemen, Another year has past us by. What have we learnt?

It's a cheesy question to ask really. EVERYONE asks it and the same things are said all the time. "I've learnt to be good. I've learnt to love my family and friends. I've learnt to be kind to one another." and if you have learnt that, good on you, i already learnt that lesson years ago, it's repeated more than the Christmas TV specials.
Really, the question should be edited. Instead of "What have we learnt?" it should be something more along the lines of "What new things have we gotten experience in?" (we can edit the question a little more later) in that way, we can reflect and gain perspecive on not just the person who has been asked, but also ourselves too. Of course this is just my 2 pence.

So, what new things have I gotten experience in? Many things!

My artwork as always is improving tenfold and are getting VERY popular.
I think the most popular and successful piece so far is my Then & Now of Lion-o from Thundercats (Link Here - [link] ) And i really don't know why.

I'm really out of ideas to write now, so I'll just leave you with saying Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and Good Gaming/Drawing

The following is my dream from last night, well at least all I can remember...
It is by far, the most WERIDEST dream i've had to date, with certain parts of it being worryingly werid.

It starts off with me entering some old Spanish fort, where a Queen of Dragons (I think) lived she sets me a task to go through her fort of puzzles with themes for... something... I can't remember why I went in. At the beginning of her puzzles, I going through an area which is mixed between Alice in Wonderland and Wizard of Oz and the queen-lady has stuck me in an Alice/Dorothy outfit (yeah... moving on...) I had to dodge lots of weird tiny mechanical things, before I entered a long corridor where I had to find a pocket-watch, and it should be found on top of other mechanical things, which when activated, crawl all over you. I find the pocket-watch at the end of the corridor, which led me out to another ledge
After some wall climbing, I see my father sitting outside the next puzzle area and we talk saying that it might end badly, then I see a friend of a friend outside the next door (who I know is gay) and he points out my costume has changed to a Queen of Hearts outfit, to which I can only respond "I have to play it by her rules" it is sunset now, and I run into 5 Harley Quinns, all with different personalities, sitting on scaffolding. They tell me that they all died in the same area, but looking at the diagram on the floor they drew, they all died in different areas, I pointed this out to them and there's a silence, then they combine to become purple proto-drakes saying "You have so much time, and you increased it more..." so on, then it became night
I then was in my Last Aeon outfit, using a scaffolding pipe has a staff weapon again these purple drakes. The drakes were cursing people and animals with corrupt books but I was beating the snort out the drakes with the scaffolding, literally, since they were so big, I could only hit their snouts
then the dream ends half way through the mid-battle

No ending epic battle with the queeny-dragon-lady, nothing. Just ends in the mid-battle.
Does it mean i'm carrying on this dream tonight? I really don't know.

- Occam's Razor is my best friend. I'm not prepared to do complicated drawings (eg: Mario and Kirby fighting on a dinosaur whiles the Mega-Zord dances with Dr Manhattan and then... you get the idea) Keep them simple, but not too simple (eg: Draw me)
- If you're asking for a self-character drawing, please provide a reference picture to said character (ie: other people's drawings, in-game screenshots, etc...) it will help me a lot and make your drawing get drawn quicker.
- If you do wish for a commission and I accept, PLEASE be patience. Depending one what work i have to do outside of my artwork, I will have your drawing done by a week.
-Please also accept my apologies if any text in the picture is mis-spelt/grammatically incorrect
-Prices will be cheap to start. Depending on how popular i get/how high my list of commissions i get, the prices may increase.
-All my drawings are done on A4 size paper, if you want larger, it will cost you an extra A4 paper (eg: A3 = A4 x 2)
