Silence, I didn't noticed it yesterday, it was past midnight, half-awaken. >:c
Anyway, I recently opened up commissions on my DA account to at least get me motivated and earn some profit. Journal
Kinda surprised I have not received any takers since most people were asking for it pretty frequently, maybe it's the Memorial weekend, I guess I just need to be patient, it is the first I'm doing it anyway. xD

Posted 14 years agoI have this toothache since last week, worst night I'd ever had a long while. Right now, the 'pain' is more tolerable whenever it makes contact and my strength is coming back to me, so I will soon get back to work I keep missing out.

I guess it's safe to assume clean fanart is fine, not that I'm complaining though.
So what am I gonna do next, abandon my FA account and join Inkbunny?
Well... no, I usually avoid Inkbunny not because of the abundance of cub art, but the site's interface really kills my phone's performance, and that may will be the problem if I'm gonna upload art there.
Still, there is Plan B, checking out the Rule 34 site, though for me in this case, I have Plan C... and I'm not telling you. B)

Now the bad news which isn't really bad, while the same time it sounds bad when you think about it, but might be good for some people though other people will find it difficult, however they could find a way to adapt so it should be good, but what if those people just couldn't be able to adapt... *explosion*
You probably heard it 1337 times, about FA eliminating the cub porn, which is good, right? So that means no more of those Sonic pronz as well, with some exception of characters that are 18 and over? That's quite heavy thinking, maaannn.

Orlando Vacation Report
Posted 15 years agoHey-hey everybody, I've returned safe and sound! ^^ And boy, did we have a great time. :D Now that I'm back in my uncle's house, lets cut to the chase.
Day 1: Departure
Not much to say about this day, we left to Orlando around 4:00 p.m. and it's a 5 hour trip to there, and around 9:30 p.m. we arrived to the Corado Springs Resort in Buena Vista.
Day 2: Friday
At around 11:00 a.m., we took the charter bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom, quite sunny but not too hot. We mostly spend the day walking around, got soaked on a river rapid ride. xD My aunt wanted to ride Expedition Everest, but no one especially were brave enough to try, she can't ride alone though. Then there's a festive parade, so we watched it for a few minutes before we head back to the resort. If only I bought my camera. )X
Day 3: Saturday
Our next theme park, the Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, or Epcot for short. This time I bought my camera. :P First ride was Spaceship Earth, then it's The Seas with Nemo and friends, Mine! Soarin' was a next ride, but waiting line was 90 minutes. -_- At least I get to ride Test Track for the first time. :D We later left the park at around 5:00 p.m. to return to the resort. Originally, we're supposed to head for Universal Orlando at 7:00 p.m., but we're much too tired to keep up. Dx
Day 4: Sunday
And so, we made a trip return, 'nuff said. xD

Thursday morning is when I'll be leaving for Halloween Horror Nights and will be returning Sunday, so hopefully the hotel we're staying has free internet access if I have extra time.
How to Collect Your Dragons
Lately, my brother has been quite a fan of a hit movie How to Train Your Dragon, we've been hunting down a few collectible dragon figures and plushes and other stuff. :P
Crystal paperweights, aka Chaos Emeralds
Speaking of collecting, I've been looking around the net stores that carry glass paperweights that shape like the Chaos Emeralds, each in seven different colors. As of now, I have the first three colors (Clear, yellow, ruby) from Pheonix Orion Gifts. ^^ Now onto the four other colors (Blue, light blue, green, purple)

Okay, lets get this over with, I still haven't set the solid prices of different art styles I've done so far, so commissions are still in progress and closed. One way or another, it'll be under way quite soon. ^^
Requests about Sonic Channel
I've been asked many, many times from people wanting their characters to be drawn in Sonic Channel/SA style, and the answer is still the same, "They can be requested for ONLY my close friends." So from now on, they can either be commissioned or an art trade. If it's an art trade you want, I'm expecting a full colored drawing from you, so they can be equal value, so if you're drawing a sketch or line art, my trade is gonna be in sketch or lineart. Making Sonic Channel/SA style artwork takes time and patience.
Resurrecting my Youtube account
For the first time in 8 months, I'm making a video project of how drawing a Sonic Channel artwork works! ;) I love to give you more info, but that's all I can say for now.
Incoming Projects
The Sonic Channel video is the first project, but there are also other projects in development stages.
- The second project is the possible new character(s) concept.
- Third project involves Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing concept art for my characters, so expect their own vehicles making a debut.
- The fourth project is easier said than done, have a minimum of 150 fan artworks of my characters, drawn by YOU. Now I can't tell you why I need that many since it's been kept secret until it's reached, but I will tell you this, I've collected up to 80 drawings so far, from my first DA year to present. ;P So if you have recently made any drawings of my characters in any style (sketch, line art, colored), let me know.

Posted 15 years ago*sigh* Guys, why did I even bother writing the previous journal? I only got two questions asked from one person, who is my best bud, and that's it!! Other people did the same thing and they answer more than 20 questions, so why not me? Were you guys too lazy to ask? Were you too busy to do so? Is it because of my artwork style? You didn't even say a simple "Hi, how are you?" to me, or is it because you forgot I even existed??? You better give me a good reason why.

Movie Night and Sonic *Spoiler Alert*

We headed out to a movie theater to watch The Last Airbender. But before that, we took a quick stop at Toys R Us and I did scored a couple of new Sonic goodies while my bro had a few Transformers figures.
After a short shopping, that's when we see the movie. :P Overall, The Last Airbender is an okay live action adaption, it bothers me to hear how they pronounced Aang's name "Awng". xD I think half the entire cast resembles their animated counterpart, Prince Zuko was probably the least similar while Aang, Sokka, Aapa and Momo are the most. *shrug* Aang looks pretty serious in almost the entire movie, but despite that, it's not bad.
Now I can't wait to see Despicable Me, Cats & Dogs sequel, Alpha and Omega, and Legend of the Guardians.

Hey, check this out... so I am in Green Hill, punching all Crabmeats and s#@$, *pow* Now, I'm in Casino Night, GIMME SUM RINGZ B$@*#, oww spike ballz... Now I'm in Camelot....... yeah, I'm in... Camelot.. DRAGONSSSS!!! D:< Now I'm in Osaka, Japan... and I'd met this short blue-haired girl who is obsessed with anime and video games.. pretty cute too. ;P And I'd learned a new word, Timotei. Oh, and I just saw a hobo who reviews movies, you know, that guy always says, "OH MAH GAWD THIS IS TEH GREATEST MOVIE I EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!" He was eating a week-old KFC chicken leg.

Sick Days
Posted 15 years agoLast week, Thursday night, I'd became very ill from a stomach virus that's been going around from where I live, I felt very nauseous, I nearly blacked out after a few painful vomiting. Until morning, my stomach was starting to calm down, but I was feeling very weak since I was dehydrated. My uncle took me to the clinic for medication.
Saturday, I wasn't able to eat anything, but been drinking some fluids and resting. Sunday was when I'm starting to recovered slowly, and I can finally eat again, but not much. Today, I'm feeling much better, but I still get that small weird feeling in my stomach and I don't have much energy to do much around.
Either Tuesday or Wednesday, I'll be back at full strength and get back to work on my art, there's one finished picture I made for the first time... kinda, I'll try to upload it later.

I... Can't... Draw...
Posted 15 years agoWell, it happened somewhen last week, I tried to do an art trade I owed, but I get this feeling that I just don't feel like drawing anything. :/
I tried to take breaks, had some naps, sleeping and waking up early, have some snacks, walking around the house, almost anything to get my mind going and getting the work done, but I'm STILL getting that feeling, I guess this art block has hit me down harder this time. )x
I don't know guys, what's the best thing to do in this situation that I need to get those pics done?
In other news, yesterday was the 3rd year anniversary since I'd brought my very first laptop. =3
And I'd already heard the whole 'Sonic is getting a new voice actor and others' craziness going on, SEGA is sure making a bold, Bold move. (no pun intended.)
I tried to take breaks, had some naps, sleeping and waking up early, have some snacks, walking around the house, almost anything to get my mind going and getting the work done, but I'm STILL getting that feeling, I guess this art block has hit me down harder this time. )x

Posted 15 years agoYes, Happy independence Day to you all. *salute* Hope you're having a nice weekend so far, that's all I can say.. oh yeah, my birthday's this Wednesday, try to up the ante of the gifts amount from last year guys, it's kinda... lonesome, I was about to say "depressing", but lonesome is less harsh.

Q. Are you open for requests?
A. I've been asked time and time again, the answer is still No.
Q. What about trades or commissions?
A. Same thing, no, trades are still full. As for commissions, I haven't put up the prices yet.
Q. When are you gonna submit another mature artwork?
A. As soon as I get the inspiration and plenty of privacy, I will do so.
Q. Will you make a tutorial of making a SA style pic?
A. I'm not sure, but there are other SA tutorials scattering around the web.
Q. Where did you get those Sonic Channel backgrounds?
A. They're completely custom-made by yours truly.
Q. When are you going to upload the next chapter of Static's Origin at DA?
A. Since my pc doesn't have internet and DA mobile doesn't have a submit feature which sucks big time, I can't upload.

A. Since August '08.
Q. What styles you want to draw, besides Sonic?
A. Anthro and perhaps anime or human.

A. I didn't forget, I was awfully busy working on those pics.
