I've also been streaming more often than I used to, speedrunning stuff and pushing for faster times. There's also the Earthbound hack that I've long neglected. And revamping my forums yet again, as futile as it may be.

I've been quiet here lately, but that isn't very unusual. I'm still working on my stories, it's just a matter of typing out all the stuff that's in my head. I'm starting to feel more inspired lately, so hopefully I can do some more catching up while I'm still feeling...up to it.

.para//Bound has been a main focus of mine for the past couple months. For those who don't know, it's an EarthBound hack a friend and I are working on. It takes place in more modern times on Festivus, and sort of parallels EarthBound's story - down to an object crashing to the ground from space. A girl with psychic powers sets out on a mission to save the world and the Internet from an internet stabilizer gone haywire. I've released the first town's campaign back in April, and been polishing it off since, while working on the next mission. I've got a load of notes to put into script form.

I'm also looking for artists to do two simple color bust drawings, for a website banner. So if anyone's open, or knows someone who is, let me know.

I'm back from the con. I had an excellent time there. Got to hang out with some friends, met new people, got some artwork commissioned. There are way too many names for me to list. I didn't get to do everything I wanted - for instance, I planned on playing Ingress, but I ended up going all over the place.

As for what's next, I dunno. I plan on visiting my master in September. I have to figure out what to do, given that the weekend I intended to visit is the same weekend as RainFurrest. It also happens to be the same weekend as Folsom State Fair and one of my favorite bands making an appearance at a concert - the reason I chose that weekend! @_@

Other than that, MFF2015 hype. Got my room. Slots have been reserved. Definitely looking forward to that. Things will be happening.

This past summer was very uneventful, and I didn't get much of anything accomplished. Blame the heat and just the usual loss of motivation to do anything at all. I'm trying to fix that. Writings, forum stuff, streams...yeah. I really need to get back into the swing of things. I have no excuse.

I got one of my wisdom teeth pulled the other day. It went smoothly, and doesn't hurt much. At worst, I had a headache, but that could have been caused by just about anything. Possibly dehydration and lack of food after the operation.

I am still trying to get back into the habit of streaming regularly. I won't be playing Boshy again for a while, since that is what probably made me lose my will to stream (or do anything, for that matter). I finally bought the plane tickets to visit  shale during the second week of October. I'll definitely be looking forward to that, a long overdue visit to my master.

I'm still working on the third chapter of Digital Dimension. I've been feeling burnt out during the past couple months, and the weather warming up isn't helping matters. My sleep schedule is at a point to where I go to bed at "when i feel like it" o'clock and wake up 4 hours later. Or on my days off, I just end up sleeping all day and doing nothing at all. Hopefully my vacation next week will help set my mind straight. I'll be going to Anthrocon, seeing all kinds of creative things. That should get things moving again.

ParaBound, an EarthBound hack a friend and I are working on, is progressing a little more smoothly, though still not free from the procrastination problem we both are having. I'm almost ready to show off a demo of it on my Twitch channel at some point in the very near future.

I am also restarting another story I've been working on over the past decade. It is currently in the outline phase, as I try to figure out some things.

Hopefully I can fix my sleep schedule so I can accomplish things.

I'm not very fond of asking for money from anyone. Hell, even e-mailing my own mother asking for help pains me. I guess I can be proud that I went almost eight years without asking for her assistance. Anyway, I am hoping to get some help paying for this procedure, or some miracle happens and I find a professional willing to do it for less.

If anyone follows me on major social networks, or hang out in the same communities that I do, you may be aware of my tooth problem. I don't know what order this happened in, but a filling and piece of tooth chipped off while I was brushing last week. This tooth had previously been broken, and filled back in 2010. After the piece chipped off, I felt excruciating pain in that area, and consulted a dentist the very next day. He took an x-ray of the tooth, and found a "large radiolucency" underneath it - which indicates a lesion, or a cyst.

I went to the oral surgeon today, hoping for just a simple tooth extraction -- which I'd have been fine handling on my own. But he also wants to do a biopsy on the bone underneath. That, plus the expenses for the pathologists to investigate it, would be impossible for me to pay for in one sitting. And most of the oral surgeons I've been in contact with expect payment in full, up front. With no insurance, no discount card (not that it would cover cyst removal), and no credit (I've tried applying for CareCredit, but I don't have sufficient credit history), paying such an amount will be difficult, if not impossible.

It's been a year since I last uploaded the first chapter, and as tradition would have it every year - I've revised it. This time, it's because as I was finishing writing the second chapter, I've decided to change the main characters' partner digimon, as well as the first one they have to fight. also working on an earthbound hack that a friend and i have started a few years ago. new, more stable utilities have sparked our motivation again. hoping to get something to show for our work around springtime.

as for kitsuria - i have decided to bring it back to its roots as a classic/retro gaming community. i have also set up a couple dedicated servers for terraria and unreal tournament. also, i am going to start streaming at some point. i just need to find a good microphone and make sure everything is working just right.

So, MFF was awesome. Had a great time, hanging out with friends I really only see online. Commissioned a couple pieces of artwork of my updated fursona and a long overdue picture of my pokesona. Looking forward to receiving those when they're done.
