Before deletion, I was noticed which artworks would be deleted by admin.
I put the link of deleted artwork (now put in InkBunny) and reason of deletion from admin.

Actually admin sent me clear reason of deletion. That was better than I expected.
However, at the same time, I thought strongly “what’s next?”.
The reason behind the deletion was originally from request of AlertPay, Canadian company. So that means admin’s rule might be tighter accidently in future. That’s potential fear and anxiety for me. No one secures no more artworks will be deleted in FA.
So I decided to leave FA and focus on InkBunny.
As most of you may know, I already have account in Inkbunny. As of now, I am very comfortable for submitting cub art there. And it has been hard for me to maintain two account because I have no room and time basically.
I will gradually delete all artworks here and decrease frequency of checking message and comments here.

実際、管理者は削除理由を示してくれたのですが、やはり「次は何が来るのか？」という疑念が強く湧きます。なぜなら、彼らが削除を依頼する理由は、彼らの内部では無く、外部のカナダ企業ALertPayの要請をベースとしているからです。
このような状態で、安心して絵の投稿を楽しめるわけで無く、また最近２つのアカウントを維持するのが大変であったため、FAを去ることを決めました。
徐々にFAで投稿している絵を削除していき、メッセージやコメントの返信も疎にしていきます。今後、新たな作品を見たい方は、Inkbunnyのアカウント（https://inkbunny.net/Sanae へお越しください。

Please remove all pornographic images involving underaged characters from your gallery within 72 hours.

I replied to confirm criteria and which works should be deleted.
But there is no clear answer at this moment.
So I am going to do nothing for coming 72 hours and check which works will be deleted. I think "which works are deleted" will be useful information to you in order to confirm criteria from FA Admin.

とうとうFA運営からエロいケモロリ絵の削除要請が届きました。
未成年が絡むPornographyは７２時間以内にすべて削除すること、でないと運営側で勝手に削除するとだけ通知しており、詳細な判断基準やどの絵が対象になるのかわからない状態です。
なので、７２時間待って運営の判断を待ちたいと思います。
どの絵が対象になるのか、たぶんこのページを見ているみなさんも興味があるでしょうし。

とうとうFA運営からエロいケモロリ絵の削除要請が届きました。

But a lot of my favorite artists actually moved or moving to InkBunny from here. And FA will ban adult cub art this month. And I am afraid that some of my works may be deleted by FA admin.
If most of my favorite artists will be gone, and most my works will be removed. In this case, my account in FA will be "annex" or ....ruin. Anyway I don't know what will happen here in future. I am just wathing movement in FA.
If you are interested in InkBunny, do not hsitate to create account.
I will post naughty works for InkBunny account only.

2) As a background, AlertPay (Canadian company) is asking FA to remove adult/mature cub arts.
3) Definition of “Cub art”: According to my questionnaire in FA, Cub art is illustration, flash animation which depict character who has human-like body and looks like sub-teen. Non-anthro (like Pokemon) , chibi and SD are not included in cub art. Labeling “this chara is over 18 yrs old” may be meaningless. FA admin will judge how looks like this chara is.
4) Definition of “adult/mature”: Arts with showing naughty bits or sexual conduct will be removed by Admin. Other expression is gray.
5) Some cub artists started to remove their arts and move to other site like InkBunny.net. But to move to InkBunny is still risky because InlBunny also uses AlertPay for transaction. (Today I recieved new information that AlertPay already dropped support of InkBunny, so no problem at this moment for adult/mature cub arts.)
6) I recommended waiting for admin’s determination regarding removal arts because criterion of removal is still vague. Once an art will be removed, this artist will NOT be accused in FA.
7) I am asking watcher of the journal for good idea to enjoy adult/mature cub art safely. (As I dscreibed in 5), there is no worry about new site other than InkBunny.)

This journal was created for members who use Japanese mainly in FA. Main topic in this journal is new AUP since Nov 25th regarding banning of adult cub art.
運営の新ポリシー
既にご存じの方もいると思いますが、25日にFA運営側から示された新ポリシーに「猥褻なCub art禁止」が盛り込まれました。背景には、FAが決済に使っているAlertPayというカナダの業者が猥褻なCub artがFAにあることを理由に、今後の契約継続をストップすると通告してきたためです。
FA運営は、12月16日前後までにFA内のArtistに、該当する作品の自発的な削除を求めています。さもなくば、運営側で該当する作品を削除していくとのこと。運営側もFA運営のための苦肉の策と嘆きつつ、これらの監視・削除行為は実施されるようです。他の決済業者を探すとか、法廷で争うなどの選択肢はあると思いますが、寄付に頼って運営しているFAにその体力があるとは思えないので、この流れは変わることはないでしょう。
素朴なギモン
ここで「Cub Artとは何なのか」「エロい、エロくないの基準はどこにある？」といった疑問が湧いてくるのですが、偶然に22日にCub Artに関するアンケートをWatcherのみなさんに実施したので、その結果と今回の運営のコメントから私なりに下記のように解釈します。
●Cub artとは？
Cub Artとは、見た目の体型が人間で言うと13-14歳以下の獣人キャラが描かれた作品らしいです。ポケモンなどの四つ足キャラは含まれないようです。運営側のコメントによると、例えイラストに「このキャラは18歳以上です」と描かれていようが、見た目でCubかどうか判断するそうです。私の描いているTTKは、見た目幼いのでCub扱い確定ですね（アンケートでも私はCub artistとされていました）。
ちなみにChibiキャラ（デフォルメ）は該当しないそうです。しかし、それがCubかChibiか、判定が難しいキャラはどうするんでしょうね？
●エロい、エロくないの基準は？
明らかに性行為が描かれていればエロに該当しますが、人によって性行為を連想させるようなシチュであったり、水着、パンチラなどが該当するかはわかりません。
Cub artistの動き
今回のFA運営のアナウンスを受けて、自称Cub artistの方々は自主的に絵を削除し始め、中には他のサイトに引っ越す人もかなり出てきました。引っ越し先として良く挙がるのがInkbunny（http://inkbunny.net/）です。ここは確かにエロいCub artへの許容度はあるのですが、ここも決済はAlertPayを利用しており、新興SNS故にCub art自体が少ないために問題になっていないだけという見方もあり、エロいCub artが増えればFAと同じ状況に陥る可能性は十分にあるでしょう。(27日時点で、InkBunnyはAlertPayなどの企業に決済を頼らず、独自のシステムを構築して対応するとの情報が入りました。なので、InkBunnyはエロいCub artを安心して投稿できる場であると言えます)
今後のFA
Cleanな（エロくない）Cub artや、ポケモンのような動物体型のエロは許容されているので、それらの絵がメインの絵師さんは気にすることなく投稿できるでしょう。微妙にエロいCub artについては、運営の判断次第ですし、削除対象になっても、絵師側に罰則があるわけではないので、グレーゾーンにありそうな絵は自発的に判断せず運営判断を待つというのも手です。
ただ、エロいCub artが一掃されたらそれで終わりなのか、という点については誰も確信が持てません。AlertPay側は猥褻なCub artのみが問題と指摘していますが、カナダ政府から認可をもらって事業をしている以上、（カナダの法律上）違法コンテンツの流通を荷担するようなことはできないので、さらに理由を付けて厳しくFA活動に制限をかけるかもしれません（Inkbunnyに対しても同様）。以前に書いたジャーナル「カナダでロリケモ２」を通して、カナダの通関がロリ/ショタケモ同人誌を2007年に輸入認可したという情報を入手し、違法性は無いことを確認していたのですが、その見通しは甘かったようです。他にも日本国内外で2次ロリ/ショタエロ（人間）に対する規制が厳しくなる事例がいくつか報告されていることもあり、日本でも2次ロリ/ショタエロに続きケモロリ/ショタのエロコンテンツに制限がかかる日はそう遠くないのかもしれません。
どうしたらケモロリ/ショタ絵を気兼ねなく楽しめるのでしょうかねぇ・・・
良いアイデアあれば教えて欲しいです・・・（上記太字で描かれているように、InkBunnyは比較的安全っぽいですね）

But I have not understood yet the word....it is "cub art".
I saw some people used the word many time but the meaning seemed to be vague for me.
So I would appreciate it if you could let me know your comment about my questions as follows. You don't need to answer all. Take it easy!
1) Could you let me know the exact definition of “cub art”?
2) Does “cub art” contain sexual nuance?
3) What is difference between “cub art” and “loli/shota furry art”?
4) Do you regard Pokemon art as cub art?
5) Do you think if Sanae’s gallery contains “cub art” or not?
6) There is an art has description “this character is NOT underage”. Do you think it is not cub art whatever it looks like?

In this lesson, I am going to introduce popular words in FA for mainly artist.
pic, art, artwork, work: 作品。あまり使い分けは無いように思えます。artってほど大層なものでもないなぁ、と思う方はpicあたりがいいでしょうね。illustrationは見たことないです。
artist: 絵師。絵描き。
draw: 描く（動詞）。
colored: 色のついた、着色した。
B/W: 白黒の。
line art: 線画。着色していない絵。
project: 作品に取り組むこと。プロジェクトというと日本では複数人が関わるイメージがありますが、それ以外にも個人で取り組んでいるものも含まれます。
request: そのまんま、リクエストです。「こういうキャラ、シチュエーションを描いて欲しい」と依頼することですね。comissionと区別して無償のケースが多いですが、念のため相手に確認しましょう。
commision: 基本的には有料のリクエスト。
slot: commisionやrequestの空き。
art trade, trade: 描いた絵を交換すること。
scribble, doodle: 落書き、ラフ。ラフなんですがrough sketchって表現は見かけたことないです。
furry: ケモノ、ケモノ好きな人。
yiff: 「ケモノ系のエロ」という表現。形容詞は「yiffy」。
paw: 動物の足。肉球。
fluffy: ふわふわの、もこもこの。
nom nom: 何かを甘く噛むこと、はむはむする際の擬態語。
cub: 幼いケモノ。ロリケモ、ショタケモ。これ自体にエロいという意味は含まれないが、ロリケモ・ショタケモのエロを嫌っている人は、cubという単語自体にエロも含んだニュアンスで使うことが多い。
underage: 未成年
subteen/preteen: 12歳までの年齢を意味します。
teen: 13歳(thirteen)から19歳(nineteen)までを指します。
pron, pr0n: porn（ポルノ、エロ作品）の隠語。
raep: rape(レイプ）の隠語。

General | Posted 15 years agoこんなこと自分がやるのはおこがましいとは思いながらも、以前から自分を支えてくれている皆さんへの恩返しを何かの形で表したいと思ってこのジャーナルを書きました。
このジャーナルが、日本語を使う人たちと英語を使う人たちのコミュニケーション向上に少しでも寄与できれば幸いです。
なお、このジャーナルにある英語は、文法的に必ずしも正しいというわけではありませんので、ご了承ください。

I know some my friends want to communicate well in FA but they also know that's hard due to barrier of difference in language. I described this journal for my Japanese friends. I hope this journal could help them have good communication with other people who mainly use English. Basically I don't care of correct grammar of sentences in this journal. I just focus on well-known expression in FA. If you find this journal useful, please let others know this journal.

Some comments said cub porn is not illegal in Canada, on the other hand some comments said it is illegal in Canada (strictly saying). Anyway most people commented that possession of cub porn solely will not be prosecuted in Canada. If prosecuted, legality will be proven in court, most people also commented.
However it is too risky for general working people to fight the charge from the viewpoint of possibility of losing time, money, fame, relationship and position in society. Not to posses any cub porn materials in Canada is safe anyway.
I found the following website after I posted the last journal.

You can find current status of “cartoon pornography depicting minors” in various countries. This information is not directly related with cub porn. However this information helps us to predict future restriction of cub porn worldwide.
In addition, if we can reveal reasons of restriction of cartoon porn depicting minors in various countries, we would predict precisely what will happen on cub porn in future. If you have any information about “the reason”, please discuss that here.

I have a simple question.
Currently, the following countries make it illegal to possess (or create/distribute) sexual images of fictional characters under 18 years old or who looks under this age.
Canada, South Africa, Sweden and the Philippines
1) Cub pron art is illegal also in those countries?
2) If no to fisrt question, who and how to judge this character as "not human"?
This is simple question, but I don't know the answer.
I would appreciate it if you could answer to my question. Escpecially I would like to hear comment from peple from those countries.
