General | Posted 4 months agoHello again, still here, tho it doesn't really feel like that. Still drawing, got some stuff to post, I've just been mentally unavailable. I've been meaning to reach out and poke people to let them know I've been thinking of them, but actually committing and thinking of what to say is very ahdhdjyucdthonbagagdhdj-ing and ect. I've been overwhelmed and unemployed for a year and change. Thats changing next month, and I have.... hopes, but I am a creature filled with upset, discontent

Closure issues
General | Posted 2 years agoCan be applied so so many parts of my life, but it really upsets me when someone nukes their account with no explanation or farewell. It leaves me with the curse of hindsight and what could have been said to keep them around. I need to mope :<

November things

Instead of announcing that im drawing again by showing you, then disappearing again, like I do, Im changing that by letting you know in advance :Y...... Not really, but november is gonna be a bit busy.
For those who remember, I said a couple years ago that I was doing an electrical apprenticeship. Id like to update that to add that I violently ejected myself out of it a year ago, and started a long overdue and equally arduous mental health journey. The latter is an ongoing process that will take IDC to complete, but the job thing? Thats gonna take up some time. I have a lead on a mechatronics and robotics job that looks interesting, but involves contract work with fucking amazon. I dont want to work for amazon again :/ I started working at whole foods because it wasnt an amazon company, and that lasted for all of six fucking months before I got to go to boston to see a VERY distressed John Mackey explain how an amazon partnership would be nothing but beneficial to us employees (lol), how nothing would change (lol), and how we would all be one big happy family. He emphasized the last one too many times to be remotely comfortable. Whatever, I have a potential phone interview for *sometime* this week at best, and other leads at worse.
Also floating the idea of commissions, voice your ideas, comments, concerns to me, but this month, Im working on a 40k comm., one that will take less time than I hope it will take. Stupid Taunar, Ive painted it once already, and was so happy to be done with it the first time around. Commissioner paid in advanced, though I cant remember, or how much, but this $350+ hunk of fuck requires some attention, as does all my painting, and as much as Id like to share (and further erase the disconnect between me IRL, and the horny on main Yeen that I am here), I dont think the audience Ive gathered here really cares much, as the venn diagram of the furry and 40K fandom intersect only so slightly, and one half of the diargam is spewing the over used "heavy flamer" meme. I would probably make a second account elsewhere to post that stuff there, and later neglect it.
Two comms actually, but both the commissioner and I forgot that I had entire chunks of his army, so whoops...

General | Posted 3 years agoWHo else thinks they work better with background noise, so you spend some time on YT looking for something to play in the background, and the next time you look at the clock, four hours have god damn passawedlajldsfkaj. Probably my second favorite hobby..
