So I did an Ancestry DNA test to see what my heritage actually was and it came back like this -

England, Wales and NW Europe - 80%
Ireland & Scotland - 14%
Sweden - 5%
Baltics - 1%

So my heritage is an interesting thing. Born and raised British but have a lot of history, mostly from mainland Europe. It seems that my ancestors were Romans from both my maternal and paternal side, so there seems to be a lot of Italian in me for a start. Also my middle name is 'Deffee', which is of French origin, indicates the high presence of French blood in me [also my grandfather has a lot of French in him so....]. Also, my last name, 'Morris' is from the Welsh 'Morus' so there is some Welsh in me too it seems. There are indefinitely other things in me too, For example German, I've heard of that being present too cuz Ancestry and stuff. Also there is French, Italian and German in me all together, which may mean I am of Swiss origin, which seems very likely due to the fact that French, Italian and German [or dialects of] are all the main languages in Switzerland, so it seems like that may be it. Otherwise, It's likely there's Irish in me. Due to the Celtic blood from the Welsh, it is likely that some of their ancestors may have came from Ireland due to that being another Celtic country.

So, Yeah, very interesting indeed. I gotta do one of those saliva tests to be sure though, but that's my theory based on stuff from Ancestry.
