•First Boost: Special custom Title on server, and color is optional. Goes over all general roles, ex: Newbies, General, Senior, Immortal members.) Still under admins though. If you're inactive for a long time though, like for months, will revoke this. (This is only if you're not still boosting)
•4 months: 3$ off all adopts I make, newly made and old. (Discount/Sale adopts not included in discount.)
•7 months: Rule limit broken = 2 Holds on adopts+ the 3$ off all adopts newly made and old. (Discount /Sale adopts not included in discount.)
•1 Year: 3 Holds on adopts allowed including ones during sales + 3$ off all adopts newly made and old
and any commissions. (Discount adopts/commissions not included in discount.)
(Once you stop boosting, that's when these perks end, except for the custom title you was given, you keep that, unless inactive for a long time, you will be downgraded to general members.)*So a follow up to that FB issue...
Posted 5 years agoOk so I learned censored pics, isn't something facebook seeks out by AI alone, a "Person" is taking time to look in my gallery on my FB Artpage from the far past and such for my NSFW type images. Seems to be happening after some drama I had with a someone recently. When you refuse to draw something for people and they wont take no for an answer, sometimes a person like that can tend to try and ruin you behind your back. Well gl to "them" because Facebook isnt needed for me to get commissions and to sell adopts anymore like I needed back in 2014+ish, , as I got a decent amount of supporters on FA and discord alone. Plus I got a new FB I can migrate friends to, so I always got a plan B with these types of shenanigans. It's sad how people will try to pull down others because they don't get their way. The "Cancel Culture" type pf approach only quietly.

Art groups im in, are having issues like I am, and I guess ppl in those tend to go after people like me for revenge and such, because when the owner of a group or FB page is penalized, the people associated with them is too, aka Admins mods etc even if they wasnt the one to post or cause it (correct me if wrong on the group thing since I experienced it with my art page and a mod on it, someone told me it happens in groups too). But w/e, FA is my main source, and i'm happy to have supporters like you guys helping me in the end, won't let that person stop me from drawing and posting what I enjoy just because I won't draw something or be sexually into something cringy they want that they can get from someone else. Facebook was only a temp leverage, and i'm glad the Senate is calling them out and Twitter, won't go far into that so yeah.
This will be my last journal about it. Ateast I had some more input on the matter, learning about FB a little more when it comes to reports. It still sucks their customer service is so vague and horrible, as you can't get no help from a person.

Posted 5 years agoAnyone else dealing with Facebook's retarded violation wave all of a sudden? Like on censored images I have that's NSFW, even they're getting me in trouble now, with the "Can't post" for a certain amount of days. Now it's 3 days for me after 24 hours just the other day, was forced to make a new account also since it applied to my older account for some dumb reason and FB's customer server is trash asf. They're flagging me for things from years ago even, it's BS they making it violations against you now. Might even have to make a new Artpage on the site too because that's where the issues is coming from.

Posted 5 years agoTry to shove political agendas down your throat and tell you how to feel or else "report". I can see why ppl hate election year so much....when you try to enjoy non political websites and apps, just to break free from the drama, those sites end up joining the trend too and sometimes add fear tactics against you as well, it's so stupid. As if getting spammed on phones, emails etc wasn't enough as well.

Posted 5 years agoI vow to not use that site for my adopts because I wanted uniqueness with my own concepts, but I think i'll slightly lower my pride a bit on them since i'm lacking motivation of Pokefusions lately, BUT im gonna make sure they're more unique from the generator's concept. Watermark issues (For my Customers)
Posted 5 years agoEdit: Watermarked as in over the design, not just sitting on the side of the character or off it's design. All my designs are required to keep that.
Ok, I noticed this being a thing at times, where I sell someone an adoptable, and instead of letting me know, the people just roll with this. If I send you an adopt, and it's watermarked, it's on accident, not on purpose, sometimes when I save in SAI, with the watermark off, for some reason ppl at times still get sent the protected version instead, so i you receive that, let me know asap, because if you was to resell the adopt/s, you'll get suspicious thinking people having only the watermarked version, and again... I assure you, I don't do that on purpose. You are welcomed to use the watermarked version in your gallery from mine if you want it posted protected, but it's not suppose to be what you only own, as you're entitled to the full PNG version. Apologies if this happened to you and if you still have this as an issue, let me know, with proof of purchase (or I can look it up). Thanks for listening! :D

Posted 5 years agoI probably overdid the Shark-week theme for adopts since I did them AFTER Shark week was over, but I had fun Sharkifying pokemon though. I tried to get a lot more suggestions done this time atleast. Glad you guys enjoy some of them also and bought them.
Got any other ideas? I'll take non-fan adopt ideas more also now since my originals seem to be flourishing a lot better now. With my new adopt update in place, I feel more in the mood to make adopts again so if you have an ideas, speak away and yes, if you still got shark suggestions, i'll still take those too! Be aware that I might not take all suggestions. :D

Posted 5 years agoOk, today is the day this main rule update applues since it's been over a month since I warned about it, so I gave more than enough time for it to send to people.
TOS been updated in some areas, simpler explained rules (slightly shortened in characters rather.)

Rule 8 fused with rule 3. So holds and about no adopt exchanges during hold parts are now one. More stricter rules for this one, sorry to have to bring the steel out.

Posted 5 years agoFor those who send me money through my paypal without invoices sometimes. I will be retiring my old email on the account and will be now SapphirusSap[at]gmail.com for that specifically. I will still use the old email for sending files etc, just not for paypal anymore, just thought i'd update ppl here who don't use Discord and such, will be updating this on my commission info etc :D

I start them off as 500x500 and shrink them later. I will price them from 12-15$. They will be headshots ro slightly bust only and will be shaded Lineart shading only, unless you got a preference to flatcolored/cellshaded icons instead. Let me know! =)

Tablet Issues (once again smfh lol)
Posted 5 years agoSeems my cord for my tablet isn't the solution to my issue afterall (as windows lies again about the actual issue since this happen 2 years ago). Instead of buying a 3rd Tablet pad used this time, just gonna buy the whole set 100% new this time. So will be delayed in doing art 5-10 days. Dx

There's always room for more people. Make sure to make an introduction when you join, this is to prevent raiders/trolls so it's not as easy as just coming straight in. If I know you, i'll pass you right in, just let me know who you are from on here. (I'm the only approval person)
Warning 1: You will be kicked from my server if you ignore the Introduction channel to be approved/accepted in the group. Sitting there afk forever/staying offline in the welcome channel is not accepted, so yeah, if you don't introduce youself within hours of joining, will be kicked, you got plenty of time to do that, and if you have to afk, do that, then afk, you'll still be accepted in the end.

Posted 5 years agoGiving over a month long of a warning, starting in Fall (September 1st). I'm gonna lower the hold amount to 1 per person, as I admit, after a while it's been kinda frustrating, like when I make multiple adopts like 5+, and they end up ALL being on holds instead of me making profit faster on atleast some, it kinda makes me discouraged to make adopts at times because I know it's gonna happen right away guaranteed and I tried to upload them at different times of the day to avoid it, instant multiple holds and such, but it's not working. Most holds are literally a week long, and rarely faster purchased (like in 3 days) which would've made me feel less annoyed with holds in general.
Hold times will still be a week, won't change that. Also, when I give heads up on adopt reminders, please try to be ready when the day comes also, delays can be a pain, especially when the person convinces me they'll be ready by the pay day of that adopt, and when I come to collect, it's ends up a stalling session. If you want additional adopts/customs/commissions, i'm always open in general for that, so take advantage of that one. Just having to wait which feels like forever to be paid on adopt/s, it's a pain in the ass and stops me from potentially making faster cash from people who like to buy adopts within the same hour/s/day I posted it.
I would like others a chance to buy adopts from me who miss out also.
Example of what I have to go through:

That's work I have to wait now to sell/make money, I go and make two more, those adopts get on hold also, like the first example or the other, that's 4 adopts I gotta wait up to a week to get sold..... and this is just two ppl, imagine making two more and they're all put on hold the same way as the first 4 but different people, 6 adopts I made under 2-3 days, I gotta wait to get paid for. instead..., so i'm stuck waiting instead of potentially making a faster sale to help me with something irl. I get discouraged to make adopts with that stress going on, and around the time I do, it's close to the hold's payment due time unluckily and there's a chance i'm gonna deal with another hold/s instead of seeing them get a chance to sell to someone new or to someone who buys adopts faster....so yeah
Adopts made by others don't normally even have holds for a week, so yeah, hope you can get what I mean. :D

I've felt negative like this because almost every adopt I post, there's always a hold and barely a buy faster or right away situation instead and when I need money faster, im almost always waiting a whole week instead for each adopt that's on hold, and it's a pain in the ass since the holds overlap non-holds and buy right away sales. I'm happy ppl enjoy my adopts, but there's a limit that I can take that is inconvenient to me, and that's is there. Especially when ppl get greedy and snag 2 just to only be able to pay for one in the end, wasting my time.
I admit, there's been times I didn't feel like taking some suggestions because if they're a super holder, i'd rather take suggestions from ppl who potentially buy adopts faster from me.
Example:
"If you make this, I will buy asap!" (Ends up being a hold that lasts a whole week instead everytime, that encouragement trap smfh...)

Posted 5 years agoDue to the week of 90's F, I been sluggish and drained of doing art because nothing's more annoying than heat for me, I hate summer LOL, so I apologize if I been slow on adopts etc lately, getting my motivation back since it's been cool lately, but on Weds, we gonna have that heatwave back again. Cant wait til summer is over tbh. No AC in the house so fans is all I can manage for now. xD

Posted 5 years agoHaha, the Yugioh Monsters adopts thing was gonna be a temp thing, because like Monster Hunter and Many Digimon, so many of the creatures and characters are mostly complicated for me. I am glad you guys like my Yugioh monster adopts though, I was technically aiming for dragons I loved from the Franchise, especially from the OG series. Some get reaaly hard though LOL.

Adopt Suggestions?
Posted 5 years agoBeen sine Feb since I posted about these on here, so, anyone got any suggestions? Pokemon, Pokemon of different typings, Pokefusions, Digimon, Original concepts, etc? If you have an idea, I might consider it! Though be aware, I don't take every idea since some might be too complicated for me or for other reasons. Keeping up with me faster etc.

Please be aware that it's not auto join, you must introduce yourself in the welcome channel as well as let me know where you're from online and such, this is to prevent raiders barging in etc. And if you're an enemy, then you won't be accepted. The server s 18+ friendly, i'm lenient with my rules so you an post anything in any channel, even NSFW, but channels are made incase ppl wanna be more organized. Ping me when you make your introductions also so i'll know as I possibly be afk at times.
Make sure to read the rules also! :D

Ok so i used the number generator to get winners, there was only 15 entrants. But more than past raffles atleast. DOn't be disappointment if you didn't win, i'll do more raffles in the future. Usually I did them every 100 watchers but i'll increase it to 150 for now. Ones like these will be done for every 1k possibly, might change the raffle formula then but will always be a free art type of thing in the end.

1k Watchers Raffle Special!
Posted 5 years agoOk, so I finally made it to 1k Watchers, which compared to many, took longer haha but i'm quite grateful for this kiriban, as I've got so many supporters that's helped me grow ever since i joined FA back in 2008. So I will be hosting a super adopt raffle with 5 winners this time, you must comment on this journal a number, make sure you continue the number after the previous poster. This will start from now til June 1st 11:59 PM est, so you got a bit over 2 hours, since it's May 31st 7:06 PM now as I post this.
