Currently writing a short story

I tend to not post much art (actually I haven't posted anything on here ever, yay!) , but I've decided to write a short(ish) anthro SF story.
It's probably going to take me a while since I'm a slow writer , but here is a quick summary:
The store takes place in a city divided, plagued by crime and hatred. The cult of the Great Fang , the religious authority that holds the city within its grasp is crumbling due to internal corruption, and extremist groups and gangs are starting to take control of the streets of the city, turning it into a war zone. Deacon Jeromandias is confronted to the harsh truth when he has to retrieve the church's most prized artifact, stolen by an infamous group of separatists.
