Terms of Service (Current and Future Clients)
Posted 9 years agoIf you plan on commissioning me, buying one of my auctions, or one of my ych/collabs, please read.

Payment:
I take PAYPAL only.
Payment comes upfront, once payment is received, you will be added to my queue.
I will send you an invoice, and once it it PAID for, I will put you on my list
I accept Echecks, BUT I will no add you nor start the work until it FULLY PROCESSES and clears.
Refunds:
If I have already started the artwork, there will be no refund available
If you come to me and I have yet to start, payment will be returned promptly and in full
If you purchase an AUCTION, and you withdraw last minute, you will be black listed.
Any work I have completed will be paid for, if you ordered more than one piece and I've already finished one, you will not be getting refunded for that one piece.
Alterations:
You are allowed (2) MAJOR Alterations to the picture. (Aka arm adjustments, body adjustments, shading or colors)
I CAN restart a picture. ONCE. Any other restarts will result in an upcharge.
No Ref sheets/Requesting a design:
I've had multiple occurrences of people wanting me to design an anthro for them, or given me a written description of their character.
If you give me a written description, you will have to be forbearing and understand how difficult it is to translate text into design.
If you do not have an ANTHRO ref, and I am forced to 'design one', there will be a 3$ upcharge.
Time frame:
I do this (art) as my 'job'. This is how I take care of myself. 24/7 I try to dedicate my time and effort into getting pieces done. But, I am human, and I have mental disabilities that sometimes leave me chronically unable to function. This being said, depending on the length of my queue, you could be waiting up to a MAXIMUM of a month (for a ych/commission). If circumstances arise and more time is needed, you will be promptly noted and informed. Larger pieces, such as multi-char collabs, auctions or YCH's, can take up to two months, maximum.
-Note; This applies to EVERY.YCH.OR.COM. Which means the time frame does not start until money has been received.
** Please note; this is just a wide timeframe I am giving myself so I don't shut down over the stress of cranking pieces out too quickly. Most likely, you will NOT be waiting a month, but, I want it to be known that if things happen and I must take more time, you have seen and agreed to my terms of the time frame.**
What I will draw;
SFW
SOME Anthros (ferals are my specialty, but I will occasionally attempt anthros)
Ferals
Gore
Trans, non-binary, a-gender, or any other sort of 'sex' type
Males/Females
Gay/Hetero pairings
Oc x Canon (depends on the pairing)
Oc x Oc (You MUST have permission from the other oc owner if you do not own the second character)
What I will not draw;
Hard Core Fetish; (IE; Scat, Waterplay, Cub, etc)
Mecha (Mechanized body parts, simple cyborgs are okay)
Hate Art (Anything involving attacking someone, people, race, or belief)
** I am pretty flexible with what I can and wont draw. You are always free to note me with questions if you do not see your request/concern on here**Opening Commissions/YCHs
