I understand that characters can be rebooted, revamped, whatever you want to call it and it sometimes happens.
However there are cases that different timelines, universes, origins, etc...should not be permitted to change the name of a beloved character that comes from the G1 Transformers...these guys are the start, the cannon to all that came after them.

I ordered one for myself with detached footies and mittens.

I am tired of being so cold in winter, particularly if a dog decides to hog the blankets at night!

I need something soft, warm and most importantly, I can still be mobile while inside of it.

My uncle passed this morning, he had stage 4 cancer, so if I'm quiet or not responsive very much...that's why.

I've cried throughout the week, just knowing that at some point...he was going to be leaving...knew that this cancer was going to take him away from the family. Every call that came from one my mom's relatives was a combination of dread and fear, knowing that this call could be the one that said he was gone. My heart is filled with sorrow that he is gone, love of him as I got to know him before he was sent to prison for a while and yet, there is a bit of relief that he is no longer in pain...no longer suffering with a cancer riddled body.

He was spending 95% of the time sleeping from the morphine shots and I did not want to remember him laying in a hospital bed, I want to remember him as he was when he got out of prison...grateful for the few weeks he lived with us.

This morning, I held my mom as we cried together and I was crying too much to say anything...but I could hear my aunts and my mom saying The Lord's Prayer together, with my mom telling my uncle to go be with his dad and brother. It was right at this moment or very shortly after, that we believe he finally left his body and 'went home'.

I'm not a religious person and not even sure if I believe there is a God, but I have to admit that...when I was sitting next to mom and crying with her, it did feel like there was another presence with us...as if someone had wrapped us in deep love. And, that a small 'weight' had been lifted off from me...what that 'weight' was...I don't know, but I do know that I felt it.

My sweet and loving, caring, Mistress - - is unable to create more artwork due to her computer having become a com-pooped-er.

From what I remember her saying, the computer will start in safe mode but trying to do anything with it results in the BSOD - Blue Screen of Death and right now, any help to get her either a used and cheap computer...or even the money to pay for a service to retrieve all of her pictures would be very much appreciated.

So, I got this prepaid card for PayPal so I wouldn't have to link my bank account to add money to my PayPal and now for some reason I can't load money on it despite having had cash in hand to do so.

Based on what I have read on the back of the card itself and the back of a brand new one that was in the store, there was no mention of a card expiring in use...since the front is printed with 'reusable'...it's very frustrating since it was how I was intending to pay two sweet friends - and for commissions. :(

I mean, if I have to buy a new card to do it then I will but I would like to know why my current one can't load money to my account for some reason. :(

Has anyone else experienced this issue with a prepaid card?

I noticed that had a journal mentioning that was offering free art and thought I'd check it out.

I edited some bits out that didn't really relate to this but nothing major. :)

I have updated my gallery so that hopefully it will be easier to navigate and so that I stop being "pestered" by having unassigned group folders. XD I am really glad that I do not have as an expansive gallery as some people that I watch do, because holy crap for having less than 100 submissions...it still took me at least a couple hours to sort everything out. x.x

It's hard to describe just how incredible and epic this series is going to be, you just have to see this for yourself.

So, back in the late '90s I discovered a sprite based webisode/episode for a series called SMBZ - Super Mario Bros Z - and yes, it follows the theme of DBZ - DragonBall Z - but without all the screaming/yelling for minutes at a time. XD Only, it uses the characters from the Nintendo and SEGA to tell the story of their main protagonists having to unite for a common cause. So, you might be wondering...okay so are they beating up Bowser or Dr. Robotnik/Eggman? Well, both and neither, but I won't spoil whom the real villain is so if you really want to know then you'll have to check it out. X3

Anyways, this series was first seen on Newgrounds and I was impressed to the level of quality demonstrated by the creator, Alvin-Earthworm - yes, the very one that sort of "set the standard" if you will, to what sprite animations could be like. I watched every episode with anticipation and eager to see his next installment, checking back each month at least to see if there was a new upload from him and I did this for a good year or so after the last one was made. I began to realize that either something tragic IRL had happened to Alvin or that he had lost his passion and was just quitting the series without any notice, I was sad but knew I could do nothing about it so had to move on. About three or four years, after the last upload I had heard rumors that Alvin was considering to resume the series again, or passing it down to someone he felt comfortable with the series in his care but again, only rumors as they turned out.

Fast forward about a decade since the last upload to Newgrounds and I decided to listen to some of the fighting music from the old series on YouTube, I received a shock that I never imagined would happen. Alvin, had uploaded an intro...but, not just any intro...thee intro of a rebooted creation that had gained cult following, SMBZ Rebooted. Initially, I could not believe what was right in front of me and so clicked to check it out, I was amazed at what I saw from the intro alone and so began to check out his social media. Quickly learning that not only had Alvin created the intro to the rebooted series but had already finished the first episode and was going to release it on YouTube within a few days! You bet your ass that I was checking daily and absolutely hyped up for what I had hoped would be a nostalgic trip, and my god...it was, I am still amazed at how far Alvin's skills have grown in that ten year span.

Perhaps it is me looking through rose-tinted glasses and having been so blown away in my younger years, but as of right now...this journal, SMBZ Reboot is the best sprite based "cartoon" if you will, that I have seen in my life. Given that Mark has already delivered on the first episode and has come back to a beloved series by many people, I would be willing to give him the benefit of doubt in giving the donations towards the series instead of just for artwork commissions.
