So tonight, me and my girlfriend of 2 years have ended our romantic relationship. It was a mutual breakup. We both (separately) realized we weren't attracted to each other romantically, but we were actually precious friends. I am not sad, and I believe that allowing Gwen to find the right person to be romantic with was the best decision for both of us. I hated seeing my kitten so sad and i knew I couldn't really give her the love she deserved. I am still going to care about her. My feelings towards her and the support and love I will give to her have not changed.

Though I may have lost a girlfriend, I believe I've gained something infinitely better; a truly pure and precious friendship with a beautiful, happy young woman

I know I haven't posted anything in a while. Been busy with a lot of stuff but after i get settled for a few days here in college i'll draw something since all my classes are done by 1:20 at the latest. Again sorry for borin my watchers

GUH...college is stressin me out man. Some of my classes are scary. Film Appreciation wasn't scary till the Prof showed us the previous classes' grade spread. Yeah I gotta keep a 2.8 GPA so i said goodbye to that class. I picked up Art Appreciation. The Film Prof admitted that his class was the hardest Appreciation class but at the absolute worst, at least Art App has multiple choice on the exams. now MOn, Wedn, Fri my classes are done before 11

I also must take a Freshman Learning Strategies class...omfg...its like kindergarten. We have to do a personal timeline and the recommended materials were (no lie) crayons and watercolors. At least my math is easy. Day One we seriously are learning the definition of a Number and how the Roman numeral system works. Psych seems rigorous but fun as hell. English is ehh. It's a paper-writing course and we write about 6000 words overall. It's a special class so you have to get a C to pass (C- won't cut it)

Anyhow I need some distractions

Hey everyone! THis is my first journal from my new dorm room at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton! It was one hell of a drive (1200+ miles) from Bethlehem to Boca but it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I even got to meet my GF in person for the first time *ish all lovestruck* it was soooooo great! she's so fantastic! She's cute but is so graceful and-hehe you guys probably don't want to hear me rave about how amazing she is. Anyway, classes start Monday, so I might not be supper active here till I get acclimated but heck. And hey! If there are any furries in the Boca area, lemme know! Peace!

Yep, I'm gonna be gone for a few days. Heading down to Florida tonight and the next few days will be moving into my dorm. IF ANY YOU FURREHS LIVE NEAR BOCA HIT ME UP! Seriously, there are hardly any furries up here now.

In an unrelated note, I pre-ordered Halo: Reach. I wasn't super thrilled with Hale 3 and hated ODST but god damn it that storyline keeps me comin back like a little bitch and beggin for more!

Heading to college in 2 weeks...I'm scared as hell...I'm gonna be like 1500 miles away from my home and family...that week is going to be rough....

I finally received my Jackboots, which means i have the tunic, trousers, boots, cap, and helmet. Now all I need to do is get the accoutrement: pouches and straps and belts and such. I hope to have my entire SS kit finished by WWII Weekend 2011. And then once I'm out of college, I'll get myself a rifle and join the 9th SS Reenacting Group *sparkly eyes* Pictures to come

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm a lifeguard. a TRAINED lifeguard certified by the Red Cross International. I've been doing my job for four years and never had a single incident. Made a few minor saves, but who cares. But apparently, patrons at the pool seem to think otherwise. I was on break when my boos comes up to me and tells me i have to swim 500 yards while on break. That's 20 laps for any non-swimmers. My first reaction is "why? I'm not on the swim team. Haven't been for 2 years.Quitting was the best decision of my life". He tells me that some patrons have been asking management why the lifeguards sit around and do nothing on their breaks. "well" thinks I "it's because it's our break. we are supposed to relax." "Well" sighs Bossman, obviously as frustrated by it as I "we want you to swim so it makes you look like you're doing something productive." "but its my break. they just want to see if I can swim, isn't it?" hehe *shakes my head* I can't believe i spent all that time and money on the certification class just for people to question my ability to swim. The over a decade of competitive swimming I've done aside, how the hell do they think I got certified as a lifeguard without being able to swim? What, did I pretend my arthritis was flaring up when they did the swimming test? Guh...at least this rule won't last too long...

Just letting y'all know I'll be gone for a little while. Today I'll be headed for Boca Raton to Florida Atlantic University for freshman orientations. I'll be until friday. I get back Saturday, going to take dad out to dinner and that gives me just enough time to pack for my trip to Oklahoma where I'll be visiting  Mokobka from the 21st - 27th of June.

I'll be on occastionally at Pats house but I'll probably be out and about with him. Stay safe, love you all, don't burn down FurAffinity while I'm gone and for God's Sake...no more alerts about InkBunny!

I don't really know for sure but i guess inkbunny is sorta like fa? Most people i've talked to about it seem to be going there solely to sell prints since that seems to be the big draw. i dont really think its much for people who don't sell there art or just wanna post or watch. seems like its filling its own niche and FA is pretty much still my place since i dont sell anything XD

It truly blows my mind how fast shit travels. I had never seen ANYTHING on Inkbunny yesterday and this morning i wake up to 54 journal alerts and 47 of them are fuckin Inkbunny! its like somebody flew in, dive bombed my house and was gone before i could even say "what the f-"

So I was at work today and I realized something. Between work and the rapturous literary masterpiece that is The Brothers Karamazov, I have a metric butt-ton of free time. So I figure, why not try and get some art trades going? If you'd like to do an art trade just holler below. I'll take a few!

Let me count the ways. so my Xbox 360 broke. Again. For the THIRD TIME! This is my SECOND "Red Ring of Death". They told me they fixed that shit! And now they have the gall to make me buy a box at the UPS store to send it back to them! They should be sending me a box like they did the other times. Though I suppose if they had to buy a box for every Xbox they had to repair, Microsoft would go bankrupt.

The tech person didn't even tell me I had to buy my own box! I was waiting for a week for a box I wasn't gonna get. fucking hell. Remember the days of N64s? Where all you needed to do to fix anything was blow in it? I could brick a house with those things and it would be up to code.

well my picture "bound Gamer" has broken 500 views WOOO! but I can't help feeling strange that my picture "Three Fox Kits" has only 19. so 19 views for the picture i sent 6 hours on and 500+ for the one i did in less than an hour. hehe just felt like sayin that.
