Satana Madness Terms of Service

Disclaimer:
Upon commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service, and agreeing to deal with my personal schedule and its inconsistencies.

General Rules:
-I require full payment before I start working on the commission, this includes the initial sketch.

-I will always give updates at each stage (Sketch, Line Art, Flat color, background, then the final shaded piece)
-Note: If you know I am working on your piece and have not sent an update in a week you may ask for an intermediate update.
-You must tell me any and ALL changes you want made in each stage or they will not happen (id: if you want something line art related changed and I've already begun coloring, the change will not be made.)

- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason that I do not have to tell you

-Please note I put my social life and IRL job before art, so if things are going on they will take priority, (you will be informed if there will be a gap between work times)

-I do not work with deadlines that are closer than 3 months to the commissioning date.
Notes:
* Large projects are not eligible for a deadline and will be refused if
deadline is required.
*If there is a queue in front of yours I will not be able to keep to a deadline so please check my queue.

-If the character involved needs to be changed there will be a 30% additional fee.

Refund Policy:
-As soon as I begin on the sketch a full refund is no longer available.
During sketching stage : 75% refund
Line art stage: 70-50% refund
Color to final: non refundable.

-I can choose to cancel a commission if I feel you are being rude and/or non responsive for more than 3 months without prior mention.

-If you go on hiatus but still want the art, it shall be put on hold until your return.

-If I choose to cancel a commission based on lack of motivation to do so, the commissioner shall receive a full refund.

Not gonna lie or try to play it off, my work ethic and completion is horrible.

I'm horrible at time management and struggle with motivation pretty much 100% of the time.

But I need to fix that. And I'm going to.

I got a slap of reality the other day and was almost kicked out of my house.

So I'm re-prioritizing. I will be finishing up the last 3 commissions I owe then I will be closing them.

Art started as a creative vent and outlet, and I want it to go back to that.

I may post the odd YCH then finish it but not often.

I'm really sorry to my commissioners I know I have been very absent.

I need to get a job and remember that I can't just live on smoking and doing personal art in my room.

I will still post personal art and will be active but I will no longer be accepting any sort of commission.

I hope when I get my life back on track, and I feel I'm in a place to take on more tasks, I will also be far improved and maybe even more comfortable with my art.

In conclusion, I will be doing my best to finish up the PokeGO YCH's hopefully with more consistency then I've been all month.

I'm sorry for all the waiting and just lack of proper updating.
