I have been putting some thoughts to giveaway prizes since the plan was always to have one for the store opening, but I'm still figuring out what would be best. The obvious choice is an Eglok, but I really cannot afford to give one away at this point in time, given how big they are...

I don't have many sizes available yet either. I've got teenies squishes and minis with I think one or two smalls on the way but that's about it. A giftcard/store credit would work well but I feel like that's way less exciting?

I will probably run a poll on either twitter or bluesky to see what people would like! Any suggestions are appreciated!

Sorry for the prolonged silence! not too much more to update on since last time - things are continuing to move along slowly but surely.

You may have noticed that shop activity over here has been very slow as of late. Frankly, I've been overworked at my dayjob and have simply had no energy to work on the shop. I've been nonstop exhausted for over a month straight, trying to get my contract adjusted to better suit my needs.

But! - My contract at work is being finalized now, so after these next two weeks I will only be doing 3 day work weeks! This means I will regularly be having 4 whole days off each week to both recharge myself, and work on the shop. I cannot wait to put myself back into the shop and keep creating!

Franky, work has been kicking my ass, and I've not had the time or energy to work on the shop all month. But! I've been trying to have my contract changed to give me more hours, but across less days. This way I'll have more days off to recover and work on the shop. Management has been taking it's sweet time but I think things are finally being put into motion, so hopefully soon they'll cut me some slack soon, lol.

In other news, I've finally installed the flexiplate to the printer! Should be WAY easier to remove prints now!!
It's just gonna sit weighted down overnight to ensure it's stuck on nicely.

Firstly, we have a Bluesky! Feel free to follow for more updates, as our Furaffinity account is used mostly for images rather than text updates and community polls.

Secondly, we have made the decision to put the official Tumblr account on indefinite hiatus. There's next to 0 engagement over there, and it frankly just doesn't feel worth the effort. I will keep it up in case I ever want to use it in future, but it will not be active for now.

I will begin posting to @/saturnsunstudio on Tumblr when I awake in the morning.

Our Tumblr is set up but currently empty, as Tumblr is a notoriously buggy website and is not allowing us to actually use their new "community labels" feature, so we cannot flag our posts as "adult."

I have sent a bug report but it has been several days with no response, and honestly, I don't hold much hope that I'll ever get one. Currently trying to figure out a possible workaround!
