Didn't last long, but long enough for me to realize it was a mistake to react that way.

As in access to all WIPs, all versions of sketches and linearts before they are approved, and even side projects once in a while!
Only down point is that it WILL request you to make an account if you don't already have one, but that's little to pay to see everything literally before anyone else, right? ;)

Who would be interested in participating in a folio?
Theme would be Big Cats (lions, tigers, panthers, etc...) of any sex/gender, and mostly a pin-up-y/sexy/not explicit thing (softcore sexual would be ok)!
Before I get to the planning part, I want to make sure there would be people interested at all in participating!
What would be required would be high quality/resolution artwork, in colour. Traditional would be ok, too!
Feel free to share this around if you think you might know people who might be interested!

Posted 9 years agoI just got an email from my assistant notifying me that there was a problem with the emails he's sent, and that he only today got a notice that they had not gotten through!
This explains why he's been sending things and people wouldn't get anything.
Please PM me if you haven't gotten updated on your commission yet, and I'll be taking care of it myself!!!

as in
super hot and sticky and I wanted to die
Now I've got one again so I can get back to work!
Also, on a side note, my assistant is currently taking care of communicating (I've not been feeling well enough emotionally to take care of it myself) but is currently slowed down by medical issues, so please be patient with us if you're on my list!

I know many people don't like the patreon thing, so uh... please don't answer if you don't. I don't want to create drama, I am asking for help, not for people to insult me or a service they have no obligation to pay for. So yeah.
Now that this part is out of the way;

My patrons list has been growing shorter, and I'm at a lost.
I advertise my stuff a lot, I keep the page well updated, and I don't use it as a paywall, only as a reward system! Even with that, it seems like it's just not working out as well as it could be.
What would interest you into being a patron?
What kind of rewards would make you go "Yeah, I want this!"
Now, before anyone suggests raffles or art, I'm sorry but I can't do either. Raffles are against patreon's TOS, and giving art kind of ruins the purpose of it, which is more of a tip box with rewards, and not a commissions system.
Right now I have
Early access ($1): See tings a month before I post things publicly!
High Res access ($2): Get the full resolution of everything!
PSD access ($10): See the stuff in depth, layers and all. (these are resized for protection)
I can't really post WIPs, seeing as I feel like these should be for the commissioner only, and I so rarely do personal art that is more than doodles, it wouldn't really be worth it.
But that's pretty much the only thing I can think about.

Back from Furnal Equinox 2016

I loved it SO MUCH
I love this fandom. I love the people, I love the ambiance, I love everything.
Sales were the best I've ever had at any other conventions, so that's an other plus!
I also had some people stop by just to chat it up and ask questions and be generally curious about art things and it was so cool!
AND hearing about multiple artists things like "You should charge more!" and "Your stuff is worth more than you think!" instead of snarky "does this person think they should charge that much?"
And just hanging out with people and knowing that everyone around you is part of the same fandom is like.. It's amazing.
I'm gonna be going to as many conventions as I can afford!! I'm already thinking of adding two more to the list!
But yeah. Met cool people, made new friends... It was amazing.
