I Survived Another Thanksgiving and no to Black Friday
General | Posted 15 years agoWell, I made it through another Thanksgiving and I wasn't mistaken as the Turkey and cooked, Unlike some of my other Avian Friends mainly 
Swiftwind who probably got mistaken as the Turkey again. What is amazing that they didn't mistake me as the Turkey despite having similar feather colors as a Wild Turkey. Well anyway I still have all my Red-Tailed Hawk Feathers, and I survived.
Now about Black Friday. I am not attending any morning Sales events. It gets me nothing but Junk I don't need and not worth fighting the crowds and waiting 30-60 minutes to check out at each store. However, I wish my Friend
TheSonicGod the best of luck at Micro Center and I hope his Micro Center Customers buy high Commission items for him, he could use the money. If it was practical for me to do it. I would go the Micro Center where he works at and buy a $2000+ Mac from him.

I have Midwest Furfest Coming up in a few days. But my Cash is running a Little Tight. I am hoping to find someone to help offset the cost of my 2 Bed Hotel Room that I Know. Because Spending $760 on that is gonna put a major strain on the pocket book. I am hoping to find someone that who I know well and could trust maybe taking a small share in my room space.
I am not the Party type to hold parties in my room because the con itself is one.
I like it quiet in my room.
I am sorry but this is a yiff free room.
I am sorry but this is a Diaper Fur Free room. (I heard too many stories about the mess they make and I can't afford the clean up costs like I said in the top of my Journal I am kinda tight on my Money)
Do not trash my room please. (Clean up costs Suck)
I like to Abide by the 6-2-1 Rule as much as Possible including the Mandatory 1 Shower. I hope you can do the same, the 1 is Mandatory.
Fursuiters are welcome in my room. This is why I got into the fandom and I love fursuiting myself. I plan on having 2 of them with me. :>
I am not planing on having WiFi set up in my room, unless I have someone pay for that part. The internet room will take care of that problem for me.
I am hoping to find someone to split the cost of my room with.
Also if you have a Bed space for 2 People (If you are Renting out a 2 bedroom Hotel Space where I can get a bed) and meet most if not all the requirements above. I am looking for a place to stay in the main hotel for Thursday-Monday. If I can get that, it will help me out just as much. I really want to goto MFF!

Sorry for the shakiness and I had the camera on the strap and my arms were freed up. I didn't hold the camera in the parade march.
Also if you want to fully sim that experience turn your heater up to 110 Degrees Fahrenheit, walk on a treadmill, and watch the video. Then you get an idea for the feel of the parade, but heck yea it is fun as heck to fursuit and I'll do that again anytime. Fursuit is my favorite part of the Furry Fandom and I encourage you to get one made, buy one already made, or build it yourself if you don't have much money to buy. Seeing people enjoy seeing my suit always make up for dealing the heat from wearing my head.

Zrcalo is now open for Fursuit Commissions per her journal at http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1538125/ and would love to do Avian Suits and I would highly recommend her for it. She is still new to building them but she has a great start on doing the heads right. I just loved how my Red-Tailed Hawk head came out by her. Did Anyone Get A Photo of My Red-Tailed Hawk Fursuit @ AC?
General | Posted 15 years agoI am making this Journal because I know I had lots and lots of pictures taken of me in my Victor Redtail (Red-Tailed Hawk) Fursuit but I have yet to find any uploaded to FA yet. I would love to see myself in the Various Photo Spots. My Fursuit made appearances in the Parade, Masquerade, Fursuit Games Recess, Pawpets Gone Wild, Funday Pawpet Show at AC, and throughout the con area where I was roaming and having fun in my suit.
I am very very proud to have my Red-Tailed Hawk Fursuit and enjoyed having it at AC. Also I was the only Red-Tailed Hawk Fursuit at this Year's AC and I would love to see more Red-Tailed Hawk Fursuits there at AC!
If your wondering who did the Head, It was done by Zrcalo and the body and was a collaboration between 
Onai-Wolfwind and 
Furbrications.

It's Finally Complete!!!
General | Posted 15 years agoWell, I am very very pleased to post here about my Red-Tailed Hawk Fursuit Being Finished.A year ago I commissioned Onai-Wolfwind to build me a fursuit. I was referred to her from 
minimumtalent AKA Leon, AKA Cock of Justice. I was hoping to get it by Last July but Onai had problems. For months and months I had to pressure her as for awhile I thought she had forgotten about me. About 2 Months ago I did Finally Get the head from her and Hopefully by this time next week I'll will have the rest of it in my hand. Because of it being overdue it did push my patience quite a bit (besides the fact I had got all 100% of my payment in to her before that due date that wrecked my patience) and caused me to whine quite a bit. I have to apologize to you guys and Onai-Wolfwind about that. Well Anyway here are the pics of my Suit:

Am I Doomed Into Eating Pocky!
General | Posted 16 years agoWell this past weekend I had got to go to a local Anime Con called Naka Kon. Well this is my first Anime Con and it draws furries form around here also. I got to do some fursuiting with both of my Fursuits (My Red-Tailed Hawk head and my Eagle Full Suit). At the con I got introduced too this Japanese Snack called Pocky. Pocky is a candy coated pretzle like stick. I got me a box of Strawberry and Chocolate and I have yet to put em down as they are great.

General | Posted 16 years agoSorry I posted this late I am busy getting packed up now to get ready for Midwest Furfest. Since I don't know many of you guys in person that are going I can tell you what to look for when trying to spot me.
The Fursuit I'll be in is the Isaiah Eagle Fursuit. You can see it at: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2956334/ I was hoping to have my Victor Redtail Hawk fursuit for this but the commissioner seem to having trouble and I have no current way to contact her about it, I really really wish she get a hold of me via email or here on FA, because I don't know what type of help she needs on my fursuit or not. I wish I could help her on it.

After many months of searching and searching for the right name of my character I have finally came up with this one last week while I was at work and we had a little down time. The name came up because it has a few meanings that seem to fit:
*Phonic (Aircraft Pilot Language perfect fit for an Avain
*Victor is a popular mouse trap brand and hawks are good mouse catchers
*Victor is short for the use in Victory Highway (Which is the original alignment of 1926 US-40 here in Kansas City, KS and is real close to my house.)
*Victor is also short for Victory Hills, KS (the area I live near in Kansas City, KS)
Also people seem to love what the name means which is: champion

I am Still Having Trouble Finding a Name for my Fursuit

*MarfleHawk (I seem to like this name a lot but some say it may be to corny so I don't know, but I like it though. This name came form the MarfleBark term on Funday Pawpet Show. *Edge (I don't know about this one it is an idea but it seems to be a tongue twister to me when placed with Hawk. I had a local Kansas City fur suggest Ed to me but I thought he said Edge.)
*LY7 (My nickname at work, but I haven't considered using that for my fursuit)

What I am looking for is a name I can relate too based on my interests, and maybe my job, ETC. Remember my Character is a male also so no female names.
