If your Terms of Use or Terms of Service invalidates any of my rules, do not contact me for a commission.
When purchasing a Commission, Adopt, YCH's from me, you agree to:
- Being 18yrs or older.
- Payments through Paypal Only with currency set in USD.
- Only reupload my artwork that I have done for you.
- Don't show my work to anyone under 18, please.
- I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any post.
- Do not edit my watermark or any signature of mine.
- I don't charge for changes while the sketch is being made, I always ask if everything is ok, if you agree I'll start a "clean" sketch/line so that everything can be seen better. If you request changes during any step that is made after the completed sketch (and it's approved, because I only start other steps after approval of the sketch), you will be charged an additional fee.
- Indecisiveness during the sketching phase could lead to massive delays in your work being completed (and also other waiting commissions), therefore please be clear in what changes you would like made. Constantly being “unsure” or indecisive will lead to your work being canceled and refunded.
- When requesting reference sheets, please keep in mind that the pose is always "static" because it needs to show a full frontal, and full rear view of the character so future artists can easily see markings/details/etc.
- You can ask for wips when you want to be updated, I'll send what I have, but constant harassment and asking for updates will not be tolerated (i.e. your commission will be cancelled).
- Please be patient, I don't like to work with x days to finish the art. It's not for lack of commitment, but it makes me anxious and I end up failing in quality. Sometimes the art can takes a few days, a few weeks or months, just be patient, it will be completed anyway :).

When purchasing a Private Commission from me, you agree to:
- A fee of 50% of the total value of the art ordered.
- You don't own the copyright to the artwork, it's completely mine.
- You don't have the right to publish the artwork on any platform or commercialize it.
- Private art is ONLY for your personal use.
