Horseback riding was AWESOME!
General | Posted 12 years agoSOOO I had my first riding lesson since I was a kid. My horse's name is Payton and she is very sweet and calm but a little lazy. She likes to do her own thing so I got her up to a trot and I led her to the outside of the ring but she decided she wanted to go over the two small jumps instead!! lol oh man I was more comfortable after that. Next time my instructor will be giving me a crop whip because just holding it will get her to go faster because by 7:45 at night she doesn't really feel like working. :p overall it was so much fun and I can't wait to go again next week!
New Adventure! - Horseback Riding!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO EXCITED!!!
General | Posted 12 years agoToday I am starting a new adventure! I am beginning horseback riding lessons!!! My college has an equestrian club and found a local barn to give lessons at a discounted rate! I am very excitedabout this because I haven't ridden since I was a kid. I hope to get up to a canter (run) and be able to jump small jumps by the time I am done school in April. Wish me luck! I'll try and get pics but that may prove difficult as I will be riding lol. :p
So sore....my bike was hit by a car last night
General | Posted 12 years agoSo I was riding my bike home last night. I had to cross a 4 way intersection. So I crossed on the walk then I got to the second median and started crossing the little walk that goes over the mini on ramp for people turning right. I was about 1/4 of the way across when a black car came speeding out of nowhere. I guess they thought they could cut infront of me so they sped past and the rear end of their car hit the front tire of my bike. It sent me off balance across the walkway where I smashed into a cement retaining wall. I smashed up my knee and flew over my handle barr onto the grass. The car didn't stop. It was a hit and run I'm okay but my knee is sprained and it's very sore and hard to put weight on it but it will heal..
I have two reasons for telling this story. The first is when your driving please slow down and take the time to look for pedestrians and people on bicycles. Getting from point A to point B takes a hell of a lot longer if you hit someone. The second reason it to tell people to always wear a helmet...I wasn't and I was very lucky it was't worse. Also if you can walk your bike across the street. You can stop faster so you can avoid idiots cutting front of you. Just wanted to pass that message along. Stay safe everyone

I had so much fun with the room 487 crew and all who joined us for parties you know who you are Thank you all for making me feel so welcomed and accepted you are truly amazing people and I am so happy to be able to have you as my friends.

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!
General | Posted 12 years agoSo I turned 20 today! woot woot!!! and thanks to It was the most awesome day ever!! We went to Wild Waterworks and we were slid warriors all day! I was there for my 10th birthday so it was only fitting that I was there a decade later.
My parents made me awesome food and made me feel so special the entire weekend. He really is the sweetest person I have ever met. I picked a good one I love you so much baby
Also, the "royal baby" was born today. Great day to be born little guy! :-P

General | Posted 12 years agoI have a hamster. His name is Wilbur and he has been with me for the past two years. His cuddles and silly antics have gotten me through a lot. Today I woke up and he was not acting normal. Now he is lying on my chest barley alive. I think today will be his last day on this earth. I hope that he finds peace soon and knows that his mommy loves him with all her heart. I love my little Wilbur and will cherish these last few moments we have together forever. <3

there was a person who commented on that article that is negative and the website wouldn't process my comment back but here is what I would comment if I could:
Marriage is founded on two people who love each other and are committed to one another. It has nothing to do with procreation because if you haven’t already noticed, hundreds of thousands of people procreate without being married. Oh, and many of these children are put up for adoption for a chance at a better life. There are thousands of gay and lesbian couples who adopt and give a loving home to these children. These couples are taking care of a large portion of the human race. Your right, marriage is not a privilege it is a human right and EVERYONE deserves the chance to make a commitment to another human being, for better or for worse, no matter what their sexual orientation or gender identity is. How dare you speak about bullying in that way. Thousands of people all over the world have had to face severe bullying that shakes the very core of who you are. You do not know what real bullying feels like because if you did, you would not have written this comment. If you are going to voice such a negative opinion then you better be ready for people to voice theirs because that is there right, just as marriage is a human right. Sexual orientation is not a choice. People did not choose to be gay any more than you chose to be straight. The only difference is that these people have embraced who they are in order to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. If getting married is something they want to do to contribute to that happy, healthy fulfilling life then that is their choice, not yours.
