I know, its a big jump in pricing and i am well aware that many of you will be unhappy with this change. However, i am committed to provide quality art for the price. I also plan to add more budget-friendly commission options in light of this change, like a more simple shading style. So, there is more to come!

Important Update - Suspending my Patreon, Moving to Ko-fi
Posted 2 years agoHey guys! This is something that ive given a lot of thought into recently. But, you all know at this point that i started a new job. I'm doing my best to squeeze in art on the side, but this has unfortunately led to a severe lack in content for my Patreon. I no longer feel like i am giving what you guys are paying for.
So, i have decided to suspend my Patreon. I really, really appreciate those of you who stuck around until now <3 I want to reassure you guys that i am not quitting social media or art. Things are just changing for me, and i have far less time to do art let alone keep up with Patreon. If you still want to support me, i am switching over to Ko-fi as a tip jar/shop. Future WIPs / Progress pics will be public, and i will likely offer hi-res versions of artwork for individual purchase.
I'll be holding off on suspending my Patreon for a few days, so you all can see this post. But it will be posted everywhere else either way so... 🤷♀️

Last week I posted that I had an interview coming up and that I'd be closing commissions for the time being. It went well, I think. You guys already know that I'm not wanting to quit commissions, I will just have less time for it, so I can focus on the job. But that's beside the point.
I received some difficult news today. I won't go into details, as it is a personal matter. But because of that and also potentially starting a new job soon, things are hard right now. I will keep working through my current queue, but things will likely slow down. I'm not sure how long it will take me to get through my waitlist. Those of you who are waiting on a commission, unfortunately I don't have any time frame for when I will get to you. If you would like to be removed from the list, I completely understand. I will update you guys if anythings changes, but that's how it is for now. I just ask for your understanding is all.

Posted 2 years agoCommissions are now closed! I've got a job interview coming up soon, and another that I'm considering, so just to be safe I don't want to take on too much extra work depending on how things go!
(PS I don't want you guys to think that I will be quitting doing commissions because I am looking for a job, I just might have less time to do them. Even if its on the side, i still want to spend as much time as I can doing art :3)

Posted 2 years agoHey guys~ Just a heads up that i'm using a new email now. Yes i know ive changed it back and forth a bunch already but i finally managed to set it up with my domain which is what i've been wanting in the first place ( i just didn't know how to do it until now )

Posted 2 years agoHey guys. Just a heads up that i'm going to start testing out Stripe as my main method for accepting commission payments. I will still be accepting Paypal as an additional option for the time being, just give me a heads up if you would like me to use that instead. Otherwise it will be Stripe.

Posted 2 years agoSmall update to my TOS, mainly regarding payment. From this point on i will be sending invoices out on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. So if you are at the top of the waitlist (provided there are slots available) you should have a bit better idea of when to expect an invoice from me. Of course i will contact you as well like always.

(You can skip the next paragraph if you don't care about why I decided to do this)
Previously, I would accept a varying amount of commissions right at the beginning of each month. This system was ok, but there was a few problems; 1: Everything would be due at around the same time, which if I didn't manage my time well enough I would end up rushing to finish the last commissions 2: People who don't have spending money at the beginning of the month are just out of luck. And when they do, I'm already closed because I have a long list that needs to be done before a certain date. The new system allows me to accept new work anytime slots become available, and not just within a specific window. Due dates will also be a bit more spaced out and easier for me to manage. I may even be able to cut down the actual due dates a bit as well.

How will things work?
• There are 3 main sections in my queue (https://trello.com/b/QtGqyzs8), Waitlist, Paid and Working on. Each having a limited number of slots available (I may adjust these numbers if I feel the need to).
• When you send a commission inquiry, I will quote you the price.
• Upon agreement you are then added to the waitlist. (You are not expected to pay at this time)
• Waitlist commissions are treated as ACCEPTED. Meaning, when it is your turn I will be in contact with you and promptly be sending the invoice out, you will be expected to pay within the next 72 hours. (You are allowed to back out of the list at any time before paying, or ask to be moved down if you are not ready)
• Commissions are moved from one list to the next as slots become available (WAITLIST > PAID > WORKING ON).
NOTE: Waitlisted commissions are locked by the quoted price, if you want changes to your commission that will largely effect the price, your position will be reset to the bottom of the list. Likewise, if the change does not effect the price or does so very little you may maintain your position. Why this rule? If someone asks for a colored sketch, and then once they are at the top of the list they decided to change their idea completely to a complex scene with 5 characters, that just isn't fair.
