I know that it'll be difficult for you all to be nice AGAIN to me after all this time and all those problems, and I fully understand it.
For anyone who wants a refund, you can get it. Just note me with a screenshot of the amount you paid for the commission.

Lately I've been constantly studying because of imminent exams, while before I thought I've had a little time to actually do something
While more than a week has passed from Black Friday, I'd like to apologize for the huge delay. Unfortunately it isn't something that I can control, and I'm angered by that.
I want to apologize again to all my customers, and say that maybe it'll take a little longer than what I originally thought.
The only time I could have these days is during Christmas holidays (from Friday 14 to Sunday 6 in January).
It never took so long to me to draw something, expecially if commissioned.
Hope you understand.

-Your work will be concluded in around 3-4 hours, 2 days or 2 weeks, depending on the type of commission. Have patience.
If commissions will take longer I will let my commissioners know!
Only thing I ask is to respect it if it happens.
IF IT WILL TAKE TOO LONG, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A PARTIAL REFUND
-As the artist I reserve the right to deny anyone a commission for any reason. I don't, usually, but it can occur.
-If I haven't started on your commission yet and you give up your slot, you will get a full refund.
-I WILL NOT fully refund commissions I have started. You will get a partial refund, depending on how long I have been working on the commission.
Sketch= 90%
Refined Sketch= 80%
Lineart= 60%
Coloring= 40%
Shading= 20%
However, Painted style commissions CANNOT be refunded at any stage of the commission after the sketch phase
-I need a character sheet to draw any of your sona/characters. Ideal references should be flat color, full bodies with back, front, and side views.
-If you are commissioning a character design to make from scratch, I need an accurate description of the character. Like its species, gender, bodytype, colors, markings etc. If you don't have some of these ready, we can work on those together.
I WILL CHARGE MORE IF THE CHARACTER'S DESIGN IS IMPRECISE OR VAGUE (like a very bad traditional drawing on graph paper. Please don't send me those).
-I am unable to issue full refunds if you have already paid for your commission and I started already. I DON'T DO FULL REFUNDS IF I STARTED. READ REFUND RULE ABOVE
RUDE COMMISSIONERS THAT HARRASS/ATTACK ME WON'T GET THEIR MONEY BACK IN ANY WAY.
You will also be blacklisted if you do this.
