After the site recently went down for a few days, we thought it would be a good idea to have additional places to promote our adopts and to connect with our customers somewhere else in case it happens again in the future. I found a few sites that seem pretty cool and we're just learning how to use them!
We'll mostly cross-post new adopts, we won't add too many old ones and fA will still be our "main site" for contact, as this is where we started.

Recently we came up with an idea to do a Pokedex project - to put it simply, we'll be doing adoptables (in order) from each region and of course, we'll start with Kanto (I already made a folder for it!).
The first Pokemon is finished (it's Bulbasaur, which we posted yesterday), there will be more of them soon. These Pokemon won't always be strictly colored with the colors of regular Pokemon - they'll be different, depending on what we find interesting/unique for the Pokemon we'll be creating.
Surely there will be many of them colored in animals colors, in colors from other Pokemon and in shiny colors. Alternatively, if we decide that Pokemon will seem more interesting to us as completely different thing, we'll create it in a different type or make a Pokefusion out of it. We'll see!

We're going to update some things on our account here. We don't have a specific date for when it will be ready yet, but probably in the near future.
First of all, we're working on new reference sheets - they will look a bit different! Lineart will be colored on the characters, it won't be black anymore and we're going to try out a new shading for the refs. We want to work a little on what the overall picture looks like. There's a chance that we might go back to doing evolution lines for our Pokemon characters - we kinda... forgot about it? so it will be good to come back to that in a while. There will also be a list of edits that we don't do and a few other things that you will learn about later. ^^

General | Posted 4 years agoWe need to make some small changes to be fair with everyone.
From now on - after uploading any adopt into the gallery, we won't allow buying adoptables via notes for a limited time - the comments are highly prioritized and we won't be answering any private messages about newly added characters for a while.
That's because comments are visible to other users and when we aren't online at the time, users can see if someone already claimed the desired character. It's unfair for people who claims in comments if they want to buy something and they didn't know someone has already sent a note about it.
By saying "limited time" we mean 3 days after uploading the adopt, so after these days you can write to us on the note.
We're checking the site almost every day, so I think if something is up for adoption for a long time, only one person will be interested in it at the same time.
I know there were people who prefer to buy adopts anonymously and it might be a bit unfair for them. However, if they'll be interested to claim the character earlier than after these 3 days, they must write a comment under the adopt to claim it and after we allow them to buy the character, we'll also allow them to hide the comment (+ of course, the owner of the character in the description can be hidden, just tell us about it while we'll be getting things done via notes). We just want to keep it fair for everyone, so users can see what is claimed and what is not.
The change has been applied on our last uploaded adoptables set and will be valid for every new uploaded adopt.

We can do edited versions of our adoptables.
If you want any edits, please tell us before the payment. If you already paid we can't do these edits for you.
Some things are not listed, so feel free to ask about them! Some may also be priced differently - it's all depending on the difficulty of the edit.
For example: if the character has a quite simple design the edit might be a bit cheaper than what's listed.
Edit will be priced as below if we need to add parts that weren't in the original adopt (e.g facial features hidden behind the hair).

If you're here, that means you:
- violated our rules,
- were rude/disrespectful during a business exchange,
- were rushing us with too much pressure - changing almost everything in our product even if we don't want to change it,
- wasted our time by purchasing something 'without the payment' (wanted the product, but didn't answer our notes and avoided them),
- were scamming or trying to steal our products,
- re-sold our product for a higher price than you bought it,
- were spamming via note or on our products pages,
- were rude in comments on our products pages.

- When the payment is done we can finally start making the product for you.
- We have the possibility to refuse if the if the requirements are too hard to do.
- If something is too hard to make but we can do that - we'll probably ask for extra money for this one.
- We will give you a timeframe in which your character will be completed so please be patient (usually it's 3-7 days, but it may vary).
- Please think about it and write what you need in the form - don't give us additional work later, because it'll be difficult to edit after saving files. If you have a specific vision, don't be scarce with the details - say everything, even the most "obvious things", so we may avoid possible confusion.
- Even though we do outfit adoptables, we don't do customs of outfits (outfits to be pasted onto the character)! Instead, you can order an outfit of your choice on the adopt, which we have in the "OPEN" folder or when ordering a custom character.

- Please, use English when you're contacting with us. Don't hesitate if you need to use a translator - in case of misunderstanding we'll ask you some questions to clear things up for both of us!
- We'll remove comments that we deem inappropriate (for example: rude comments, trolling, manipulation attempts like begging, etc.). However, there is no problem with constructive criticism and any suggestions - such comments are very much appreciated! (When it comes to the suggestions - you can also submit them here!)
- Be firm about whether you want to purchase/put the adopt on-hold - don't write "Will buy later" and similar comments that give impression of adopt being on-hold/claimed. Comments like these will be deleted. (Also if you're interested in on-hold status - make sure the adopt was uploaded 48h ago!)
- Don't hide your comments on our adoptables/auctions.
- Don't fav reminders - we're deleting these. Please, fav only the original artwork.
- When you're interested on any of our products you can comment on it or note (but only if the submission was uploaded 3 days ago.)
- Don't claim our designs as made by you.
- You need to download the files in 1 week (we're cleaning our sta.sh frequently, so the files will be deleted one week after we send them to the buyer - if you'll need more time to download them, please contact us).
★ PAYMENT: ★
- We only accept PayPal and our desired currency is USD (if you want to pay in another currency - tell us via note, we'll tell you if that's possible and we will count how much it will be in USD currency).
- We will send only one invoice. If you want any additionals for the character list all of them in the form right away. Make sure to list at least the number of things you are taking (and if these are outfits and accessories it would be best to write in advance what you're interested in, because in order to calculate the total we need to know whether these things will be complex to draw!). We can wait for the rest of the details, but note that in this case our work may extend beyond estimated time (depending on how long we would have to wait).
- We'll need your PayPal e-mail, because we are using the invoice method. In an invoice you'll see details: for what you're paying and how much do you need to pay for it.
- Payments must be made 24 hours after you have agreed to purchase an adopt or won an auction. If we don't receive the payment in the time we will be forced to block you and put on the blacklist. The adopt will be put back up for sale or will go to the next highest bidder.
- Don't bid on the auction with money you don't have (unless you know you'll definitely have it at the end of the auction). Let's be fair with the other bidders!
★ ABOUT THE ON-HOLD STATUSES: ★
- We can put the adopt on hold if no one bought it in 48 hours after that adopt was uploaded - we want to give a chance for the buyer which can pay for the product immediately.
- We can put the adopt on hold for you ONLY for 7 days. If you need to extend time tell us about it. When the time runs out you'll not able to buy the product - second buyer will get it.
- When we are holding the character for you another person can't buy it even if that person can pay immediately, so don't worry about it - we're waiting for your payment.
- If the adopt isn't repaid within the agreed time (without information about extension), it goes back on sale.
- Once the invoice is sent, you have 24h to pay (we may wait a few hours longer). Otherwise, it will be deleted and the character will go back up for sale.
- Only two holds at a time! - if we have any other two adopts with on hold status we can't hold for you another one.

★ PURCHASING: ★
- If you're buying something from us, you have to reply in 24h (in exceptional cases, we may wait a while) - in the first note you will get the form, after filling it we might ask you some questions if necessary (to understand your vision better) and then we will send the invoice (where all the information will be listed). If you start ignoring our notes during the whole process, we'll most probably send the last note to check if you're still interested in the adopt (there may be cases in which we won't send it; if there were any previous problems with the communication/understanding the intentions) - if you don't reply to this one we'll be forced to block you. Please, don't waste our time if you are not 100% sure if you want to purchase an adopt.
- After you paid the invoice and we finish everything, you'll receive full resolution files of the product that you bought (we're sending these using DeviantArt's sta.sh, so you will get link to them).
- If you're buying an adopt with outfits of your choice or any other additional thing - we have 2-7 days for your product after the payment. Completion time depends on the number/complexity of additionals. Usually we get our work done fairly quickly, but we want to have that few extra days in case something happens!
★ AFTER PURCHASING/RECEIVING THE FILES: ★
- Once you have successfully purchased an adoptable, you will be marked as the design’s official owner. You have full rights to the character that you bought - just remember to credit who made the design and the artist who did the base (we always put this information in the adopt's description and on the reference sheet of the character).
- You may still ask for some minor changes after we send you the completed character. Major changes will require extra payment.
- When you get the files, you can upload them wherever you want - these are yours now!
- You're able to gift the design to someone or trade it. Also, you're able to re-sell the design that you bought - but ONLY for the price that you paid for it (if you're not sure how much you paid, contact us! If it's not a very old adopt, we should be able to check it!). In case you have additional artwork of the character, you can sell it for a higher price. If you trade, re-sell, or give someone the adopt, please notify us so we can update the current owner.
- You're able to add various things (like accessories, etc.) to the character yourself and make small changes in the design if you need to.
- You can choose some not-visible on reference colors.
- You're able to draw the character that you bought and use it as you need (for example: buying commisions with them).
- You can use the character that you bought in comics, stories, books and other stuff like this. However, do not turn any files we've sold you into merchandise! You need to create your own content with the character or order it from someone else with that purpose in mind.
