Rollenspiele für Furrys im Podcast
Posted 11 months agoHey zusammen!

Thank you Furrys!
Posted a year agoThis will get very emotional now...
I am so tired in regards to social media right now. Its not fun anymore, its draining and I don't feel welcome on most platforms.
Everything changes so quickly, the enshittinfication of places like facebook and twitter has gotten so bad that I closed both accounts over the last couple of years. It was so much work to get the follower count I had, but when no one of these followers see my posts, its just a random number without meaning.
"Old" gallerys like FA feel like a haven. I crave meaning and real connection to people. I start to gravitate towards "old social media" forms as of late.
I am happy at discord, mastodon and gallery sites without an algorithm, I am very happy here.
Thank you so much everyone, that you picked up the torch from Dragoneer, that you keep this site going, that I consider a home online, for so many years. We need places like this in the midst of all this corporate bullshit.
Something real and honest, where we can celebrate our passion and human connections.
Thank you.

Where can I find you?
Posted a year agoIt feel weird and somehow wrong to talk about Dragoneers passing, as I did not know him. My condolences to his family and everyone who knew him.
Furaffinity was one of the best things that ever happened to me online, I would not be where I am today without it. It feels like home and its the last remaining gallery site I maintain.
I hope so much that we as a community dont lose it, it would be a great loss and it would scatter us much more than we already are.
Nevertheless, the posibility is there and I would not know where to go if it happened.
Where else can I find you? Where do you post or search for furry artwork if not here?
I would be happy to see any suggestions.
I am old and out of the loop in that regard.

Deutsche Pathfinder Kampagne auf twitch!
Posted 3 years ago*This will be in german this time because the actual play is in german as well*

Calendar ready to preorder!
Posted 4 years agoMy last calendar was many years ago, but thanks to Lurch und Lama I was able to make one once again.
That is why I would like to present you the Ilvarandin annual calendar!
Filled with 12 illustrations by me, plus a cover in the style of our LP Chibis, in situations that many people might know from their gaming nights in one way or the other. 😉
https://lurchundlama.de/Ilvarandin-Kalender-2022
The calendar is strictly limited to 100 pieces, numbered and signed. The last time I checked, there were only a little over 65 left, so on the first day more than half were gone. So: Hurry up to pre-order! ^^

Commissions open! - State of the mess
Posted 5 years agoHello everyone!
Commissions
It was time to write an update. Last journal I was talking about aaal the wonderfull Cons I wanted to attend this year and
now...you know. This puts me in a tough position, as conventions are a big part of my income. I try to compensate with DETERMINATION and love for what I do.
So if you are interested in commissions right now, please feel free to take a look at my priceguide and/or write me, it would be very much appreciated. :)
https://www.schiraki.de/en/prices/
Conventions
I will be attending the first FeeConline, which is an online convention about roleplay and art. Its held in german because the Feen Con is originaly a german convention. It will be online on discord and twitch on 04.-05.07.2020.
You can visit my booth and watch me draw, talk with me or get a scribble drawing done for some bucks. ;)
It would be great to have you there!

No EF room and upcoming cons
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone!
So, I got a table at the eurofurence dealers den! (cheer!)
But I have no room at the hotel (duuuuhhh...)
So, I am looking into my options right now, however it turns out, it will be a very difficult eurofurence for me this year. My husband will not be with me, so I need a ride to berlin and I have no one to help me at the convention.
To make things worse, I have no room...so I will have to trasport my stuff to the hotel for setup and I have no room to "hide" when things get difficult for me.
But I really dont want to back down this year, I cant always run from thing I am afraid of, so I will try to make things work.
Other conventions are coming up too.
I got my approval for the Mephit Mini Con and Stuttgarter Comic Con and I am looking forward both!
I plan to go to EAST too, the registration starts on the 26th, so hold thumbs for me. :)
I will need at least a ticket and a place at the DD to make it there. I could handle the hotel, but the DD is obligatory.
Hopefully it will work out! v.v
I hope to get a table at the Frankfurter Buchmesse this year, but they are tight on tables, so its sadly not likely.
And I tried to get a table at Hanami Ludwigshafen but havent heard back from them. Its normal for them to take their time with applications so I have to wait and hope.
CosDay will be held this year again and I would love to participate, but the orga for the artists changed and they havent opended the artists application system so far.
I am looking for other conventions too!
So if you now a Convention in germany that still accepts artists, I would love to hear it!
I would like to participate on roleplay and fantasy conventions too, but just have no idea which one would be a good start and how to get in.
Aaalways complicated XD
I will update all my upcoming events on my homepage:
https://www.schiraki.de/en/events/
Have a nice week! :D

Fetish stuff is hard
Posted 6 years agoThe last couple of months I got some fetish related commissions and nowadays I am willing to work on some of these to a certain extend (There are fetishes I still would not draw, but macro for example is not really a problem).
But as someone who doesn't have those kind of fetishes, I face the question now: "What is the appeal?"
I find it hard to draw something I don't understand and I find it very hard to talk to my customers about this. I want them to be happy and to be satisfied with my work, but I am terribly afraid that I sometimes miss the point of what they find appealing.
Maybe I over think this. :')
But drawing sexual stuff feels VERY private to me and I don't want to be insensitive or anyone to be uncomfortable. So I cant just....ask?
*ruffles her hair*
Life is hard, human interactions are so hard...
Any suggestions from people who work on porn and sexual stuff?

I will be slow (sick)
Posted 7 years agoHello everyone!
Some of you already noticed at eurofurence that I have been sick and was not the whole time at my dealers den table.
I felt so bad that my husband had to stay at my table half of the time. This has been the first eurofurence I could not enjoy, because I felt horrible.
I was diagnosed with a sinusitis about 2 weeks before eurofurence, visited 5 doctors in the process, but I am still not better, because it seems the sinusitis (wich ich nearly gone) was just a sign for a bigger issue.
The last doctor I went to diagnosed an allergic reaction and now that I am back home, its worse then ever before.
My eyes are swollen and burn, there are times I have problems breathing, believe me, I feel horrible and lost 3 kilogramms through this whole mess.
I am afraid as hell, that my cats could be the problem (I am exposed to cats every day since 10 years and never had a problem, but now...), but I can not know for sure before I got tested, wich will take some time before it can be done because I take medicaments at the moment to get the symptoms to a bearable level.
I try to get rid of everything that could be the cause exept of my cats, till then.
Stop working will not gain me anything, because I feel bad nevertheless. But I am not at my best health and there are times its hard to concentrate.
Till I get my life back on track, I will be slow with everything.
Please dont be mad at me, when I am slow responding to notes, or if I dont respond to comments at all.
Please dont be mad at me if you have to wait longer for work to get done.
My life is crumbling a bit here, I cant stand the thought that I could have to part from something that is so incedible precious to me like my cats.
I am crying just from the thought of it.
I have to gather all my strenght to go on at the moment.
So please dont be mad at me.
Work will be done, I got it all written down. But I will be more slow as usual and I will be very silent on social media for some time.
I am sorry. I am so mad at this mess of a body I am stuck in, I wish I could change things, but I am completely helpless at the moment.

Eurofurence! Meet me at my panel and dealers den!
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone!
Eurofurence is right around the corner and I am doing my last preparations. :)
This year I will attend the dealers den again. I made a bunch of highly limited prints (20 only) and got many originals this year.
I will of course take commissions, so make sure you pay me a visit. ^^
And then, the big surprise: I will hold a panel called "the joy of colored pencils" where I will talk about the right materials for colored pencil art and some basic techniques to get you started or push your cp-works to the next level.
The panel takes place on thursday at 11:00. Please look up the room at EF because I dont want to write something here that could change (and I cant correct it then).
I am so looking forward to see you all and talk to you. :)

Meet me at Comic Con Germany and EAST!
Posted 7 years agoHello my everyone!
It happened that a neighbor of Leundra had to give up her table at the Comic Con Germany Stuttgart. I bought the ticket and will be at the comic con this year. :)
I have no idea what to expect, I've never been there, but so far I've only heard good things. Keep your fingers crossed!
https://www.comiccon.de/de/
Second, big event: I'll be at the EAST at Suhl! : D
In fact, I was able to get hold of both a Dealers Den and a room. Right after the Comic Con, I will be off to drive to Suhl.
Jan does not have any holiday left and that's why this will be my first Furry-Con on my own.
I'm a bit nervous, on the other hand, I'm really looking forward to it.
https://www.sachsen-furs.de/east-8/
Wish me luck!

This was NFC for me!
Posted 7 years ago(watch the video>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cfm.....g&t=2s)
Between a whole mountain of work, which has accumulated before and after the Con, I now try to sit down and tell how my first Con abroad was like.
From February 28th to March 4th, the Nordic Fuzz Con took place in Stockholm and I wanted to be there!
At the beginning a few problems stood in the way.
First there was the thing with the luggage ...
We had decided to fly and a suitcase weighing a maximum of 23 kilos was all I could take with me.
All my pictures for the Artshow + frame, as well as all prints, presentation stand, wall, tablecloth, mouse pads, sketchbooks and co, had to be brought there a la Tetris and under no circumstances were they allowed to weigh more then those 23 kilos.
When this hurdle was over, I learned the day before departure that my parents, who wanted to drive us to the airport, were both seriously ill and unable to drive us.
On top of that, my husband had spoiled his stomach the night before and I had to make all preparations on my own, as well as arrange a ride.
To our great luck, a good friend of us lend a hand and so we went on 27th to Frankfurt airport.
Fortunately, everything went smoothly and we arrived in Stockholm. We shared a taxi with a nice artist from Spain (Licantrox) to the hotel.
The hotel ... people the hotel ...
Who has seen my video knows what I mean.
The hotel maintains a huge jungle in the lobby ,with a stream and kois.
When I sent pictures to my parents, they first asked if they were from inside or outside.
At winter, -12 degrees and several centimeters of snow, the question was not serious.
The location was extremely convenient, with several restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and zoo business in spitting distance (so we could bring our cats also something from Sweden). ;)
The food was accordingly varied and to our great pleasure also cheap.
Unfortunately, far too late, I realized that there is also a sauna and a pool in the hotel. : / Meh, next time I think of my bathing suit.
To the Con itself: It was cuddly.
I can hardly describe it any differently because the Eurofurence has been my only Furry Convention so far and this is a lot bigger than the NFC.
That did not make it any worse, just ... cute.
There was a really fond Opening Ceremony, in which they had almost made a small stage piece for the presentation of the events.
Also, I have to say that I find the mascot, a little black mouse, adorable.
Unfortunately, I was barely able to attend panels or other events because I spent most of my time at the Dealers Den, or did the commissionsI had accepted there, but what I've seen I enjoyed a lot.
Among other things, I missed an arcade room, a bouncy castle and various Suiter events. : /
So, now we come to the part that was almost the whole con for me: Artshow and Dealers Den.
There is not much to say about the Artshow. As the setup times of Artshow and Dealers Den are almost identical and I did not have time for both (for reasons to come), fortunately my husband dropped and hung my pictures there.
We discovered my drastic mistake number one.
You know, at the Eurofurence you apply for a fixed area in the Artshow and if you have it you have to see for yourself what and how to install there.
On the NFC, on the other hand, you give notice in advance about the pictures you want to bring with you and they give you the place you need.
I in my all-embracing wisdom, of course, had stated the dimensions of the images WITHOUT FRAME. Yes, you can facepalm now.
Of course, my pictures did not fit anymore and everything had to be repositioned. Somehow, my husband and the Artshow team finally made it.
I apologize once again for the inconvenience. : ')
Let's get to the drastic mistake # 2.
I had packed a box during my suitcase tetris, there were all the things you need to build up your table, the screw of my display stand, the black cornerthingies for the plug-in wall, safety pins for my banner, price tags ....
Now that you already have an idea where the journey is going: I left all that at home.
And I noticed it while setup.
Or rather, when I realized that I could not setup.
So my husband put in a sprint to the Bauhaus, which was within easy reach and provided me with ductape, cable ties and a screw, as well as a painter's crepe.
People, no matter what you forget:
Ductape can fix it.
This stuff holds the world together.
After we had improvised the table together, it was already time for opening, we finished extremely close.
And then it was a three days, wild ride.
I have drawn more than 18 sketches at the con, I have sold many prints and even orders at the con! It was bombastic! And the fact that the Con was so small I had the feeling to be able to remember many more names and faces.
It was especially funny when you tried for five minutes to talk in English until the person you speak to recognizes the accent is German - just like him.
In the evening I once dared to go to the dealers party and met many great people there and actually talked to them!
I can not remember when I socialized so much the last time. XD
Another evening, I was in the Artist Lounge and sat down with other artists while working on my commissions and talked. We have laughed a lot and it's always so nice to talk to someone about their passion.
By Saturday evening it was exhausting, but also amazingly great.
Unfortunately, the Con should once again come up with a low for me, this time one that I had not been my foult.
First, the Artshow.
I had put a picture in the Artshow, which should go away for 100% charity. Right on the first day there was a note that this picture (since it was pure Charity) would go in the auction.
I was very happy, unfortunately it did not happen.
What exactly went wrong, I do not know. In any case, I took the picture back home, which I think is a pity.
I assume that due to time constraints, they took some pictures from auction, which of course is understandable, but somehow sad for me as an artist.
Likewise, I gave an A3 print in the Charity Lottery, of which I do not know what happened to it, because it was not distributed as a prize.
So about the charity (which was therapy dogs, a great project!), I'm a bit hesitant, somehow it felt like my contributions where not welcome. But that can just be a chain of unfortunate circumstances?
The next downer was Artist Payout.
Two of my pictures had sold in the Artshow. Unlike the EF, the artists on the NFC receive the money directly from the buyers. For this the Dealers Den is cleared, the artist gets his pictures and the buyer picks them up there.
If he shows up.
First, the whole event moved back 1 hour to 20 clock. Then there were technical problems and it was 10pm until you could even let buyers in the room (in which we have been waiting for 2 hours). My black panther was then actually picked up. I do not know if the buyer wants to be named, but I already know him from the EF.
Therefore, greetings and thank you anonymously. ;)
The second customer, who actually bought my Blue Jay, did not show up and after 11pm, we gave up.
Actually, I wanted to use the last evening to celebrate, which I had never done before, since I had to work. Unfortunately I wasnt in the mood for celebrating after that.
After we gave up and collected my pictures together, I was hungry, dog-tired and frustrated.
That someone didnt pick up is picture from me, never happened to me before.
In retrospect, however, I must also say: The buyers were waiting just like us all the hours in front of the door.
Maybe he just gave up eventually?
Well, I definitely did not feel like partying any more and crumbled me to bed.
The next morning we had to clear the room quite early, but allowed us a leisurely breakfast at the buffet.
Actually, Sunday was half a conday, but since we already had a slight post-con gloom, we decided to leave early and drive to the airport.
We arrived germany without problems.
My parents still could not pick us up, so I booked a Flixbus the night before to take us to Kaiserslautern.
But thanks to a stubborn passenger, who really wanted to take her bulldog in the passenger compartment, we arrived late at the airport.
Time was running out so tight that I was sure we would not be able to make it to the collection point in time.
But after a sprint that blew up my bronchi, that I tasted blood and then coughed two days later, we still made it: Because the bus was too late!
Now I'm back home, the suitcases are unpacked and the first commissions started.
It was a great experience and a great con with great people.
Thanks to the dealer den team (Sithy!), I felt very comfortable and welcome.
I still do not know if and how it will work out again, but I would like to come back.
Thank you that I was allowed to be there! The Nordic Fuzz Con is definitely a wonderful convention!

Nordic Fuzz Con (where to find me)
Posted 7 years agoThe Nordic Fuzz Con is getting closer and closer and my night sleep is getting shorter and shorter. :')
This year I will attend my first convention outside of germany and I am more then excited, I am a twitching ball of nervousness, suffering from all the horrific thoughts of what can go wrong. XD
I will be at the dealers den, next to Sethaa and will try to sell my prints, commissions and some small goodies like bookmarks and keychains.
To prevent you from just passing me by because I am too shy and nervous to say something, here is a plan where you can find me.
https://www.facebook.com/events/155.....n_history=null
I am at one of the tables in the middle, table 38 to be exact.
Please approach me and dont wonder if you find me in one of two stages:Shy and none responsive, or complete overexcited.
My body thinks those are the only two stages I can be in at conventions, its realy not my choice. :')
I will bring alsong some originals for the art show as well, so look out for those!
See you in sweden!

Open for commissions!
Posted 8 years agoHello everyone! :)
I am open for all kinds of commissions - no waiting times, I could start right away!
A few weeks ago I updated my priceguide with some lower price commissions:
http://www.schiraki-art.de/commissions/prices/
Of course these are just a few examples of what I can do. Feel free to ask me about anything and I can tell you the prices and if I am capable of drawing the subject. ^^
I would love to hear from you!

Battle cry - redbubble
Posted 8 years agoMost of you already know that my galaxytiger was stolen and is now printed on hoodies from china.
Today I spoke with a lawyer and it is like expected: The producer is in China and so I can not do anything about it.
All I can and will do is report the item to third parties where I find it. Amazon, Etsy and a few smaller shops have already has taken the sweater down from their sites.
But this is nothing more then an inconvenience for the producer, I know that in the long run I can not do anything about it. They will upload the article again and again and sell them in asian shops I can not reach.
The fact that I can not win does not mean that I can not fight.
So I took the next step and opened a Redbubble shop that you can find here: https://www.redbubble.com/de/people/Schiraki/shop
What do you gain if you buy there instead of the Chinashop?
Well, on the one hand you support me and every sweater you buy from me is one sale less for them.
On the other hand: The file they have stolen is actually much too small for a print on sweaters. At redbubble they have my highres file. This means the print is sharper, more colorful and beautiful than the garbage they try to sell you from China.
I beg you, do not buy from these thieves. I'm not the only one who was robbed, they do not give a damn about artists, because they know exactly that they can not harm them.
At this point I would like to thank you for all your kind comments, encouragement and support. In the last few days it has become such a lot that I probably will not come after all to answer individually (even if I try), but I read everything and it helped a lot to see that it does matter to someone.
The whole thing has draines me and will probably spoil my mood for a while, but the shop and the small successes at least give me the feeling that I do not have to surrender completely without a fight.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!

So, my tiger got stolen...
Posted 8 years agoFacebook has deleted the promotion for the hoodie with my stolen design. Of course, that does not change the fact that the sweater is still sold.
(This is about: https://awesomefunnytees.com/produc.....l-tiger-hoodie )
As I learned, the sweater is now also available on Wish and Aliexpress.
In addition, in the meantime, I have looked up how it looks with a legal persecution.
Since the producer is neither in Germany nor in other EU countries, I can pretty much forget it.
It's really sad. On my pages, I hardly reach a range of over 2000 (if it is going really well). But it is enough to be found by thieves and be robbed.
My picture will go around the world, and I do not see a cent of it.
Please I beg you, if you have any dignity, please dont buy this design! Tell the shops its stolen, comment on their pages if you find it on facebook or elsewhere.
I try to write the shops but I see no chance to make them take it down.
This sucks so much...
