I want to thank ALL of you that fave'd those pieces (again)... and I want to apologize if I came across as a bit harsh in the comments sections. Today was an off day for me, and it shows....




So like... it's been a weird day.






Let's try this again.....

I wrote up this really lengthy rant. Deleted it. So I'm just going to say this:


If I don't like a comment you write, I'm going to call you out on it.

If you want to be butt hurt over that..... if you want to HATE me for it......

I'm getting way too fucking old for this shit.

Pushing the other journal away. Nothing to see here.

I understand you have a busy schedule and all... but honestly, when weeks go by and you don't provide me with any kind of update, I start getting anxious. When you don't respond to e-mails or notes from me just asking for updates, that makes matters even worse.

I paid you money. Then, after initial contact, you just up and disappear. Yes, you may be busy with work and commissions and things of the sort. I get that. Really I do. But really, is it that much of a hassle to dedicate a small part of your day to communicating with your clients and maybe putting their minds at ease?

And it's not like I'm being unreasonable or anything. I'm not the sort who tries to contact you on a daily basis asking if the commission is completed. No, I'm talking about reaching out maybe once a week, or every two weeks. I'm talking about a very nice and courteous "just checking in". At no point am I angry or upset or unreasonable.


So... I pay you money for a service, and show you nothing but courtesy and professionalism. So why won't you offer me the same in return? Why won't you reply?


You may think I value prompt service and quality work. I do. But I value COMMUNICATION above all of those.



You may think I'm joking, but if you take a year to draw a picture for me, but actually send me weekly updates on what's going on, I WOULD BE PERFECTLY OKAY WITH THAT.



But no, you take your money and vanish into your work and ignore all my requests for an update.






Do you know what will happen after all that? At the end? When you suddenly appear from the void with a completed commission and act like nothing ever happened and like I never once attempted to contact you?


I will accept the completed commission, be nothing but polite and courteous and professional, thank you for your time.........






And you'll never hear from me again.

Already had the lovely pleasure of running into one psychopath, who has now earned the pleasure of being the first person I've ever actually blocked on this site.



Is this what we really are? Just a bunch of psychopaths? And some of us are just better at hiding it than others?



What has this world come to?





You know, I try my very fucking best to be nice, easy going, friendly, approachable.... I try. Really I do.


But apparently that just means people take advantage of me easier. I become a walking doormat. A pushover.



Any time I ever stand my ground, people get fucking pissed.




Well.......




Fuck it. I'm gonna stand up for myself more from now on.


And if people get pissed. Call me a cunt and block me. So be it.



I've tried too long to avoid making enemies. Maybe I should start being okay with the idea that people will fucking hate my guts no matter what I do, especially defending myself.




So, yeah. Bring it the fuck on, Furries. I'm too old for this shit. I've made enough friends. Time to make some enemies.

Get ready. Going to post thirty (30) pieces today. Might be all at once, might be spaced out over the course of the day.

Ok, I've decided that I'll upload exactly Thirty (30) submissions each day. Doing so for my own sanity and for the sanity of all my beloved watchers. This should mean, hopefully, that everything will be re-uploaded by the end of September..... if I'm doing the math right.


Posting shall resume tomorrow!




Again, just want to thank all you wonderful people for your patience on this long and tedious journey.

Ok, finally after two days of doing this, I've managed to dig through my personal archives and retrieve all the pieces of art I've ever commissioned and get them all arranged in chronological order....... mostly.



As I begin re-uploading everything, a few caveats to note:

- I won't be typing up clever quips and stories or try to be funny with the titles or the descriptions or anything

- All I'll be doing is listing the name of the artist and the owners of any other characters that appear in the art as well

- I may not remember the name of the artist. For this, I am DEEPLY SORRY. This will most likely be due to a combination of shitty memory on my part, and a lack of legible artist signature or watermark on the picture itself. If you know who the artist is, PLEASE TELL ME.

- I may not remember the names of the owners of the characters that appear in the art with me. See above. If you know who the owner is, PLEASE TELL ME.




Three and a half years of non-stop commissioning of artist, like I'm some kind of fucking psychopath... has put the number of items to upload at 932. Nine hundred and thirty two. Yes. Whatever. Shut up.

DO KEEP IN MIND... this number does include things like alternate versions of the same image, so that sort of thing really shouldn't count all that much. Also I may have a duplicate file or two in there. It's a mess. We'll know the true number once I've uploaded everything.



I would appreciate feedback as well. How many uploads should I limit myself to? How many before it gets annoyingly spammy and you just want me to FUCKING STOP ALREADY. I figure you'd just get sick of it after the 30th upload. Maybe even unwatch me to spare yourself the headache and annoyance of Schmozy's 60th upload of the week. And it's only Tuesday.



No matter what happens, I want to thank you all for your years of patronage and support. You're all a great bunch. Truly!
