Posted 15 years agoI guess my birthday ruined my Halloweek poem streak. XD I was having way too much fun yesterday to be bothered to stop and write a poem. I totally need to go out and buy a Guitar Hero drum set. >w<

Updates and News and REQUESTS
Posted 15 years agoAlright, so first of all, next week has two important purposes for me. First of all, Thursday is my birthday! BU That's right, Scier turns 22. Oh boy, isn't that such a cool number? ewe You betcha!
Second, next Monday begins my favorite week of the year, Halloweek! One day just isn't enough for all that candy and costume epicness! For those who were watching my last year, you may remember that I did one horror poem a day for that week. Well, this year will be no different. :3 Actually, it will be just a bit different. ;P
Out of the 7 poems, I will be opening at least 2 to requests. I may take more if I am really sold on the idea. As a rule, they must be horror themed, and I would prefer them not to be any of the choices I did last year. That means no werewolves, surgery, zombies, death by ice, demons, axe murderers, or gangsters. X3
If you are interested in obtaining a request spot, post your idea here. If you like another person's idea, please comment to theirs and recommend it. Hopefully this will give me the inspiration to write a bit more frequently again.

No. I would not do any drug, legal or otherwise. I barely use painkillers. :P

Nope. Anybody who thinks that is incredibly stupid. :P And on a second note, the world has been failing with male presidents for years now.

Sure. :P I have never smoked it and never would, and I find the use of it to be idiotic, but it's far less dangerous than alcohol and would be a great source of tax money to pay off that unholy debt our ignorant forefathers have created for us.

Oh, now that's an interesting question. X3 That really depends on your age. Junior high school and high schoolers really have no business having sex. They cannot grasp the true importance of it, or the incredibly deep consequences and effects of it. Between two consenting adults who have taken proper measures to prevent unwanted births, I don't see an issue. I do believe children should be kept inside a marriage, as financial stability is incredibly important to a child's ability to succeed in school.

With every fiber of my being. (I am just going to second what the guy before me put. x3)
[08] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
Illegal immigration is stupid. :P Just fill out the paperwork.

I highly doubt she would be able to handle that responsibility. It would likely be better for her parents to help raise the child, since I can imagine some powerful regret if she was to give that child away and never see it again.
[10] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
I am not really sure. :P Alcohol is the stupidest legal thing you can do. It's far more dangerous than illegal drugs like marijuana, worse for your health, and it smells like piss. :P
[11] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
It shouldn't have been called on. :P All that was done was the provoking of an incredibly unstable part of the world.
[12] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
I don't find there to be a legal basis for it, given the so-called separation of church and state. Without the bible, how is there a basis for making suicide illegal? It's merely a personal choice.

Absolutely. It happened to me, and it made me straighten up real quick. XD Now I enjoy spanking certain naughty slaves... ;P But that's another story.

I would burn it for free. :P The flag is nothing but a symbol. Just because I burn it doesn't mean I have any issue with the US, and just because I don't doesn't mean I love this country.

Absolutely not. However, what religion has become over the last two thousand years has been a steady corruption of the pure beliefs. There are a lot of distorted beliefs in religious systems, but the fact they spread the word of God is what matters. They simply need to do a better job practicing what they preach.

No. XD Everything that has the potential to cause bad health couldn't be illegal, or sex would be due to STDs, having children would be due to stress, going to work would be because of accidents, driving certainly would be...the world would be at a stand still. :P Eat responsibly, and don't give your child Big Macs when they are 5, and I think you will be just fine.

. That movie was fantastic, and I absolutely loved it. It was so adorable, and so good. ^w^
Well, another of Red's friends came with us. I happened to mention that she was cute, and so we started talking. Well, after spending Saturday texting back and forth, the day with Red and her on Sunday, and this morning together, we are now dating. <3
She doesn't have an FA, but she just might very soon. :3 Once she gets one, I'll let you all know. Let's just say she's such an amazing person and I love spending time with her. <3

NFL Week 1
Posted 15 years agoAnybody else watch football besides me on here? x3 It's been an intense 2 days if you enjoy the sport.
Good news first, my team, the Seattle Seahawks, are 1-0 to start! Of course, facing the 49ers that was to be expected... XD But I am glad to see my team off to a good start, and not plagued by a dozen injuries like last season. -_-
That Kansas City vs San Diego game was a spectacle too. Dear glory special teams, talk about punt returns! It was also pretty humorous to watch Rivers blow his temper over and over again.
Of course, the best moment of the week was that SICK stop by Ray Lewis against the Jets. If you saw the game, you know the one. ;P
And gosh dang penalites...Cowboys lost because of a holding call. Bears won because of an out of bounds call. NFL, can you cut down on these? :P

Posted 15 years agoDoes anybody else find it annoying when overtly sexual images are labeled as "innocent?" Obviously, if your subject is posing seductively or engaged in sexual activities willingly, they are far from innocent.

Posted 15 years agoWell, I took a trip up to one of the three local GameStop stores today. This was the one at the mall, and it was rather amusing.
Upon entering the store, a younger lady, mid-twenties or so, removed her jeans. She was wearing a dress as a shirt, for some reason, so it wasn't as though she was being indecent, but I did find it odd. She asked me where the food court was. I told her just to take the escalator up and it was right there, but she didn't seem to understand. She said she needed help, then proceeded to tell me she had been sucking on a fifth of vodka she had in her backpack.
She drifted off to talking to the man behind the counter, so I walked away to look at Nintendo DS games. I did overhear her asking the clerk if he wanted her to buy him lunch, and that she would bring it back with her. She mentioned she had been invited to several parties, and that she had received several numbers while she had been here today. I left before she did, noticing she was sitting down against the wall of 360 games.
That's my experience today. :P I just thought I'd share it.

Did anybody play Red Dead Revolver?
Posted 15 years agoI just started playing Red Dead Redemption, and they seem to be making A LOT of references to the first game. Given that I have never played it, a brief rundown would probably do me well. X3 So, if you've played it, what was the major plotline?
On a side note, Red Dead Redemption is pretty fun. Cattle-herding is a pain though. XD The fire-fights are lovely though. Shooting somebody's knees out and running up on them crawling away is pretty awesome. x3
