Just letting people know that yes I am still alive. Not really working on furry art(entirely) at this time. Switched over to trying my hand at pixelart. So, I've been posting to a twitter account. I'm not sure who all has been following, but my productivity has taken a major hit due to the weather. My full-time job has me working in some of the heat, so I'm taking a little break until the weather does the same. I might pop up some doodles now and then. But until it starts to cool down, I'm just not feeling very creative after work.

I'm just curious if people are interested in watching streams of me working on art? I've never really offered the option up despite having an account with picarto. They wouldn't be very long streams, but maybe enough for someone to see my process for some of my art.

And they wouldn't be on the regular since I also work a full-time job.

So, for anyone who has been watching me, you may have seen more art from me. And more completed pieces at that. This is somewhat unprecedented for me. I'd decided to put down the gaming I was doing on a regular basis to focus on improving my art, and for the most part have been making some great strides in what I've been producing. I hope that I can get to a point where I will be able to offer up some basic commissions.

So, after Inktober I suddenly have a little drive to improve my art. Looking at what I submitted this year and last doesn't show me much improvement. So, I am going to try and get some art rolling again. I just hope that the drive doesn't disappear.

I'm going to be working on digital art mostly(I think). And expect them to be relatively dark images. Eye floaters make drawing light colored images a bit of a hassle on a computer screen. May even do some more traditional pieces if the mood strikes me. I did have fun with Inktober after all. Forgot to upload some of the last days of that challenge. So I may upload those soon as well. Some of them might even make it into Sai for a little coloring. Not sure yet.

I may need some ideas for drawings and such. But I'll post that at a future date when I don't have anything on my plate.

Still not going to be taking commissions or anything like that. I don't have much faith in my abilities... still. But who knows?

Anywho... Heres to hoping for some new art to clutter my gallery!

I've been trying to do at least one doodle for 7 days straight. I consider it a personal challenge since most days I usually just sit and veg. It is a tad frustrating at times that I don't have the time or energy to do these things like I used to. Having a full-time job that requires me to be very physically active hinders any motivation I used to have to draw. And while I have been a tad more active of late, I feel I could be even more so. Here's to hoping!

I stumbled on this interesting article tonight. It looked ridiculous, but I found it pretty amazing that the artist managed to turn something so simple as a tree into one large instrument... Check it out.

I'm trying to get back into artwork again. And hopefully will gift those watching me here with some complete pieces while I'm at it. This is in light of the fact that I will soon have my own place and less stress. Plus I will have more space to actually do art. It has been too long since I've last uploaded a substantial bit of art. And I feel bad about that.

The weather is getting better day-by-day and I'm feeling more motivation. So, here's to things looking up.

Been a very productive week for me. Worked on a bunch of pictures, and spent some time actually trying to finish them. This is so unlike me. And it turns out that I like markers more than I originally thought. Sure, I am not 100% sure on how to properly use them, but what I did manage turned out rather nice.

Hopefully this will keep up. Feels good to be working on artwork like this. Just wish I had the energy every day. -.-

If anyone has any tips for using markers in a semi-realistic sense on pictures, please do message me and let me in on them. Would like to try this medium out more in the future.
