It is with deep sorrow that we announce that Alan passed away in his home in Roanoke, VA. Our family asks for your thoughts and prayers as we grieve this unimaginable loss, privately. Alan was a brilliant scholar, musician, artist, and friend and will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him.

The fursuit-components (custom top & guitar-ready paws) that Hive Fursuits crafted to complete my fursuit were so powerful that even in my excitement to give 'em a christening-whirl by playin' the first song that came to mind (New Order's international smash dance-sensation "Bizarre Love Triangle"), I amazingly flubbed way less than half the lyrics despite singin' from memory!

Jammin' for Fursuit Friday, a variation on the outro to my song "The Argent Moment" ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/38783520/ ), which originally features call-&-response solos with  bd. It was hard doin' double-duty, especially when coverin' for Bob's idiosyncratic & acrobatic guitar leads!

It was initially intended to be just guitar, so that was recorded first, no backing band...I love to make my life hard!!

While I certainly have some opinions about this website that would foreground its limitations & awkward management practices, it certainly has its place, and that has jutted into relief as social media have once again descended into the stupidity of bickering over the chaos of false choice. I have no dog in that fight but I certainly do want to connect with folks & continue to share my work, especially stuff that has niche import to the furry community.

That is to say I'm going to at least test the waters returning here, seemingly one of the last relevant holdouts (& this is good) of the "gallery-style" format.

It's of course way too much to close the gap and throw up all the work I've done since I last posted, so I may do that incrementally, or not at all. We'll see!

Otherwise, I'll just continue to share new work as if nothing happened...simple as that. It's good to see y'all again!
