This is something I'm doing for myself because it makes me happy.

What is Conceptua Machinara (working title)?
A small worldbuilding project and setting I'm working on, that focuses on what it's like to become, be and exist as a living machine / mech, choosing not to become one, and what a world or society where such a thing is possible could look like. Working on this is helping me escape a long time art block.

Can I commission art of myself in your setting?
Unless specifically advertised, I'm not taking commissions in this setting. I'm just afraid that adding any soft of pressure will have me lose what little grip I have on this creative energy. The fact that I'm drawing this for my own sake, without expectations, and that I can write the setting how I imagine it, seems to be what lets me get excited to draw a LOT lately. I missed this feeling.

Can I commission another artist to draw my character within your setting, if I give you credit?
Without permission, please do not just yet. What art and writing I've put out so far is but a small fraction of what I've actually written - and some of the drawings that I did upload are not accurate to setting, or were experimental in trying to find the aesthetic I'm going for. I don't feel like the information or writing I've released so far is enough to accurately portray any scenario in-setting.

Will you put out more content for this setting, and expand on it?

This is a draft for my commission terms of service.
The currently displayed description here is considered valid, but subject to change.

1) Getting a commission:

I will announce or display an 'open for commissions' status either as a journal or my profile, when commissions are available.
If I'm streaming (picarto.tv/scritt), stream sketches may be available as announced on stream.
To inquire about a commission, contact me via note, or on Telegram SuperStripes
If you are commissioning art of an adult nature, you must confirm you at least 18 years old.

2) Pricing:

Prices displayed are for a single character / per additional character:
Clean Sketch: $40 (+$15/extra char)
Shaded Lineart: $65 (+$20/extra char)
Full Color: $90 (+$30/extra char)
Timed sketch pages: $30/hr
Simple Background: Add $10
Full background: Add $30
Prices are set as temporary guidelines, while I figure out how long each tier of finish realistically takes me, and are subject to change.

Commissions are paid in advance via PayPal, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3) Timeframe:

Commissions paid for will be completed within 3 weeks of payment completion, or commissioner may cancel for a full refund.

4) Changes to ongoing projects:

Once a sketch is approved, further changes to a commission incur an extra fee for the additional work.

5) Subject Matter - what I will and won't draw:

I will usually draw:
Clean art
Adult art
Anthro characters
Feral characters implied to be of human-equivalent intelligence or greater in adult context
Feral characters in clean context (with limits)
Kink - some but not all.

I will not draw:
Underage characters
Feral characters not implied to be of human-equivalent intelligence or greater in any adult context
Unsanitary themes
Gore
Extreme violence
Snuff
Extreme Hyper

I reserve the right to refuse any subject matter or commission without any reason given.

The current pricing guidelines are: $20/half hour based on estimated completion time.

I will not draw certain extreme kinks and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission (at full refund of funds already paid).
If I cannot finish a commission within 4 weeks, you can request a cancellation and full refund - this does not apply if the completion time is extended by adding additional details or corrections to an ongoing project.

I reserve the right to upload, refine, and redistribute art I draw, in any way I deem reasonable, including selling prints in the future.
As a customer, I grant you full rights to also upload, modify and refine any piece I draw for you, as long as you don't remove my signature, or artist credit along the way. This means you may have other artists refine my sketches if you wish, but I reserve the right to redistribute all art resulting from my original work.

I may ask for consent of all owners of characters appearing in pieces I draw, if they contain characters not owned by the commissioner.

For reasons I cannot specify I may not be a part of TwinTailCreations in the future.
However, I still own all characters, art and content - all related intellectual property - including the website design, and I will let TTC use this as long as they operate.

Any and all TwinTailCreations related art, or toy designs TTC has ever produced are of my own personal design.
Should anything happen to the company, I will still (as I always have) hold the rights to all of this content, and I will hold the sole rights to sell these designs to another company. This will happen only in the case that I get to hold a leading design role in that new company when it comes to fantasy toy designs.

The, I've been given, leading me to make this announcement, is extremely vague.
Essentially, 'something is happening and you may need to claim the assets that are actually yours'.
Hopefully nothing comes of this, but if something does, then let this journal be proof of the standings.

Simple drawings, digital or traditional. Add $6-10 for each additional character. Prices vary depending on complexity.

Sketch-to-lineart or sketch-to-drawing upgrade:$10-14

Clean drawings or Lineart: $18-22
Sketches that have been cleaned and then either traced digitally into black/white lineart or fleshed out with additional details and simple shading. Additional characters are $15-20 each and prices vary depending on complexity.

One hour of sketches: $25
Based on your general directions, I will make myself comfortable with coffee and music - and then produce as many sketches as I can for an entire hour. They may vary in quality, but you are guaranteed at least three good sketches, by my own judgement, and at least one of those being a full-body sketch.

Digitally colored drawing or cel-shaded lineart: $30-45
Colored drawing of your character! Prices vary depending on complexity. Write me to discuss prices of additional characters.

Digital colored painting: $40-60
Fully digital, detailed painting of your character! price varies depending on complexity.

Field Note Reference Sheet: $70-90
Multipage reference sheet of your character in the style of field explorer notes, with additional drawings and annotations for the details. Contains at least two full-body drawings of your character with simple coloration, as well as a lot of extras.
