A collaboration effort between by friend Ginger and I that’s been going on since the fourth grade. Sort of. We’re both artists and we’re both writers, and we generally categorize the characters as either mine or hers (most of the males are my creations, while most of the females are hers - that’s just how it ended up). What we do is draw one plot arc at a time - she drew the first few comics (the first 30, I think), and then passed the baton on to me, and I’ll be updating as fast as I can ink and color her first series. After that, it’s my turn to crank out the comics for a while, back and forth, vice versa. (:

I'm in the middle of a long-going, huge gender crisis. It kind of just came to a head with that last drawing, the one of me as a guy, because I very seriously considered taking on the persona of that person online - and in real life, if I could pull it off.

I've always felt like a guy inside. I don't just mean "o lolol I'm one of the guys I play video games hurr durr", I mean I feel awful and out of place if I'm in a dress or wearing makeup, and I always identify way better with guys than I ever have a girl. I really can't explain it, but I don't feel like a girl. At all. I've always, ALWAYS felt like I was supposed to be a guy.

That having been said, I am also a straight female - meaning, I am attracted to males, if only superficially. I really just want nothing to do with chicks in my life, which is strange, I guess.

I've always wished I could grow a beard and awesome sideburns and wear boy clothes without looking weird, and be tall and just be a guy.

I don't know what I'm supposed to make of all this. This is an extremely confusing time for me. I:

I just suck at/love drawing people laying in bed and sleeping and in pajamas and shit like that. Ech I'm a creeper.

I love how pretty much everyone who watches me is going to regret it because I've been in the most terrible slump and I've drawn a lot but it's all strange and frustrating and makes me not want to draw anymore.

But I keep on with my bed-people.

According to the doctor (who was awesome), I have a very aggressive sinus infection and tons of fluid backed up in my ear. I also might have a cholesterol deposit in my inner ear that would damage my hearing further if it's not removed. So I was prescribed some antibiotics and ear-numbing gel (ABSOLUTELY NASTY) and I have another appointment sometime after Christmas.

I have to keep my antibiotics locked up because my older brother is severely allergic to all the -cillins and the ear-goop is AMAZINGLY NASTY. It is the consistency of honey. I have to fill my ear with that crap three times a day.
