So, I've read all the feedback from the Twitter suggestion and while I was already aware of this, most of the dialogue was about how Twitter was a ceasepool and how things would be a bit of a gamble on there. This was something I already knew but the other thing that kept popping up was people suggesting a site called Baraag.net. It's like Twitter but it's typically in the wheelhouse of what I do. Not entirely since my stuff isn't anywhere near as NSFW. However, some stuff is a bit more than this site can handle so I've decided to make an account there.

Not only will I be posting a lot of my old stuff but I'll also be posting some images I've done that haven't been seen by anybody, not even on Patreon. Sometimes I've done stuff that just don't get uploaded and I figure why not share them there?

I've already gotten a good number of images up on there, including the entire first Tails the Babysitter comic. It'll take me a while before I get all the other stuff I do up there too but it'll come eventually.

As for Deviantart, I'm still going to upload here obviously. It's still my biggest and best spot despite how it can be wishy washy with how it sees me. I'd like to see how many followers I can get on that other site though.

This is all just me making sure you guys know about these other pages so that you have access to ALL my pictures since a ton are gone from Deviantart AND in the unfortunate event that I end up leaving here, you know where to go to find me.

You can follow me SDCharm1 on there but there's nothing there at the moment. The reason being is that I only created it as a back-up place in case Deviantart lands me in an unfortunate position where I can't contact any of you. I've been thinking about this again because two of my images were deleted recently.

The Black Clover one and the Goku and Trunks one for Dragon Ball GT. It's been a while since this has happened (a few years actually) so I haven't needed to act on my paranoia of making sure you guys know where to find me and my stuff if you want to see them. You'll notice there are a ton of missing images and stuff I don't post on here that are on my other sites already. The more places you can find me, the better after all. Furaffinity hasn't been that bad but it doesn't have everything on here either (by my own choice).

I just want to know if Twitter is worth risking. I don't know if the audience will be big enough to justify trying it or not so either tell me or follow me and that'll let me know.

I've never really done this before but I really wanted to show off the drawings I did for this one.

If things seem a bit lax from me on here it's because I've actually been trying to get a lot of things in order concerning my stuff.

Here are some small updates for those who are curious.

Juvenile Jenga - I have Juvenile Jenga planned out to about 100+ pages so far. I'm so excited to get through a ton of what I have planned for it.

Waiting List Commissions - I'm planning on doing what I like to call "Waiting List Commissions" where I contact people I turned down last time and ask them if they still want a commission from me. It's not the same as opening up commissions though. That'll happen after I get through those people I want to contact.

Picture Stories - I've got one more of those picture stories I've been doing coming out, starting tomorrow. It'll be the last one for a long while and then my focus will be mostly on Jenga and the commissions.

Art Tributes - I also want to try and get into contact with more people to see if I can do some tribute art for some of my friends and people whose work I admire, just to see what their characters would look like in my style.

Patreon - I'm not sure if I'll do this yet but I'm thinking of adding a 3 dollar tier where I submit art for those who can't donate for the 10 dollar tier. It might give you guys more incentive to give it a try. Plus, it means even more art for those in the 10 dollar tier. More bang for your buck.

Sonic Survivor Island - SSI is on indefinite hiatus. I'm planning on and trying to do so many things and after thinking it over, I can't really spend any time on it. It's too big of an undertaking and it's honestly shocking that it got to 69 pages. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it'll never come back. If I'm ever in a position where I've gotten my life together (finally) and I'm more sure of what I want to do with myself, I'll be more than happy to bring it back.

So, a day or so after I raged at Patreon for freezing my account for two months without me knowing, I finally sent in a ticket for some help to get it unfrozen. It was being looked over for "suspicious activity" which was bullshit, of course.

I was still a bit worried since my stuff is considered adult content and a few of the sites I'm on, when they look through my stuff, tend not to be on my side...

However, I just got an email back from them. A lovely miss actually apologized to me, explained that they've been having this issue for a bit, said that they looked over my stuff, found out that everything was perfectly fine and within the rules. There was nothing suspicious going on.

And they unfroze my account.

When I got home, I went to the payout button, and now the 900+ dollars has finally been transferred to me.

I'm honestly kind of surprised. They got to me quicker than I thought they would after I reached out for help and they looked over my stuff, determined I was A-Okay, and I got my money. That's at least commendable.

Granted, this shouldn't have happened in the first place, of course. It IS still ridiculous that my account was frozen for two months and I had to do literal research to find out what was going on but still.

I don't know if this means it won't happen again. There's a chance it might should Patreon still be going through some new problems thanks to the office change to the UK. If it happens again, I'll inform you all but as of now, things are good again.

I can finally get started on the Shadow the Hedgehog Patreon story and slow down on the emergency commissions. I want to thank Aladdin-kun, AsherTye, Tehbrokenz, and all the people who answered the call for help immediately as well as all those still asking for stuff. I promise I will get to you all next, it just isn't as urgent this time which means I can finally relax a bit without worrying about whether or not my money is gonna dry up.

You know, ever since celebrating my 2000 watchers my patreon has been on a nice little upkick. I've gotten so much more support and it's come to a point where I do actually rely on it in order to help take care of myself now. It's an essential part of my life at this moment, which makes it all the more shitty that they keep fucking up.

If you're one of my patrons you'll not have noticed anything different but for me, I have. Last month, the payment was taken and put onto my Patreon account, however, I didn't notice that the automatic payout towards my paypal didn't go through. I figured it was just a mistake and that the next month I'd get the added sum of the month before and the current month since that was something that had happened before. On the 5th of every month, the money they take from my patrons is supposed to be automatically submitted to my paypal account and then I submit it to my bank. Easy.

Well, it's past the 5th of September and it happened again. I didn't get the usual notice that money was transferred to my paypal. So I did some investigating. It says that my patrons were charged so I went to check out the area where I can manually transfer the money to my paypal myself. There I see the full sum of the money that I haven't received yet. It's right there! They've collected it and it's on my account... however, I'm not allowed to transfer it to my Paypal. Why? Well apparently it's because they've been monitoring for "Suspicious Activity On My Account".

Now I was not informed of this. The fact that I had to do some snooping to discover this already made me angry but then I realized that it's been 2 months since I was last allowed to get the money that's locked onto my account. Which means they've been "monitoring" my account for over 2 months at this point...!

Well than gee, you think you would have found "suspicious activity" on it by now if there actually was any wouldn't you?

But no, there actually IS a reason for this and the reasoning is seriously some of the most daft bullshit I've ever seen. This isn't just an isolated incident with me. It's a problem with a ton of people out there. Just a few days ago, an article was released detailing that other people have had similar problems: medium.com/@lucylit/patreon-is…

Suddenly, a ton of people are having problems getting their money or even their accounts to work because they're being monitored for "suspicious activity". What's ACTUALLY going on, as I discovered by doing even more research (a lot of work on my part just to find out what the FUCK is going on mind you...) is that new policies have been put in place on Patreon regarding ADULT content.

People who have their accounts focused on more adult oriented stuff are having their stuff monitored by servers set up in the UK and not the US for one, which means that some of it's being flagged as fraudulent when it was fine before because they're linking to credit cards or accounts that are stationed in the US. Other people may be victims because of an adult content crackdown that Patreon started 2 months ago. That was a whole fiasco that I missed because it didn't really affect me at the time. However, I'm aware of it now and it's officially apart of my business because they're fucking with my livelihood.

Even though adult focused content is the thing that made their platform so strong, the crackdowns have seen some accounts even get suspended. Patreon is usually regarded as a place that people go to when they're abandoned by other venues for being too weird or different. That's why it was such a God send when I finally got around to making one. The fact that this is happening at all is ridiculous.

The money is RIGHT THERE! It's ON my account but I can't transfer it to my Paypal because of some bullshit "investigation" that I wasn't informed was happening and is apparently taking them 2 months to complete. The reports that people are giving say that they can't get in contact with Patreon support. They're not saying anything. No one's looking over anything. This was just something that happened because they're fucking up. What's worse is that, checking my Email, they did eventually talk about what was happening but it was all a bunch of bollocks about how they're working hard to fix the issue and trying to send word to the people about what we can do to fix the issue.

Yeah but YOU'RE the ones who fucked with my shit! I can't fix it! None of these people complaining about it on Twitter can. Only YOU can! You're not addressing it either. The fact that I had to do so much fucking research to find out what the hell was going on, 2 months after not even realizing what was happening is ludacris. What kind of platform has whacked out customer service like this?

So yeah, I'm a BIT pissed off right now. I've got a little over 900 dollars on my account that's just sitting there. The frustration of having it sat there in front of your fucking face but being unable to DO anything to get it is one of the worst feelings in the world. I'm livid.

So, for right now, I'm gonna have to focus more on making some money with commissions. Those don't rely on Patreon and are just direct feeds to my Paypal. That means I'm gonna have to work EXTRA hard too. One more page of Survivor Island will go up, since I just finished it, but after that I'm gonna put that on hold because I have no choice. Juvenile Jenga, however, I will continue just because I NEED to work on something I actually want to work on so I can help work through the frustration.

You can't rely on any of these sites for shit anymore. I'm lucky I have both a part-time job and a commission system. I can't imagine how it must be for people ONLY relying on Patreon who're going through this.

Hey guys. If you follow me on Deviantart, you won't be getting any updates from me until May. That's because Deviantart has suspended me for one month.

I'm trying to mull over what I should do.

I think that I'm just going to have to make this and the other sites I'm on my new home. Also, I think I'm going to start uploading some of my free pictures that I had on the site onto my Patreon too.

I need that Deviantart page in order to have the best exposure right now because I do need the money but if they keep cracking down as much as they have then I won't be allowed to stay there at all.

So when I go back, I'm going to have to stick to the only cropped images thing and since they also deleted cropped images with links, I won't even really be able to provide the direct links in the description. I may just have to tell you which sites you can find them on.

Oh well.

Also, I was also temp banned from Fur Affinity for about a week, which I didn't even find out 2 days before the ban was lifted because I visit so rarely. From now on, only furry pictures are going up on the Furaffinity page.

Basically, 17 pictures that weren't of any nude, erotic, or sexual disposition were deleted. Why were they actually deleted? Because diapers were IN them.

That's it. If you couldn't SEE a diaper in the picture, it was fine. But that's it.
