Last December, TheSpeedGamers raised close to $6,000 for ACT Today! by playing Pokemon for 72 hours straight. On July 17th, TheSpeedGamers will do it again. They have committed to playing one full week (a continuous 168 hours) of Final Fantasy 1-12 to raise money for ACT Today! A commentary feed and chat will accompany the game play for viewer interaction. The money raised from this marathon will benefit families in our fall/winter grant giving period.

By 50 hours they have raised over $12,000 in donations. Help them reach their goal of raising $20,000 (and hopefully more) to help children with autism. Goodluck, TheSpeedGamers!

As you might tell I haven't been posting things lately! That's because my uncreative ass can't seem to come up with anything interesting to draw. I've been contemplating doing some babyfur art or the like. I dunno.

I'm willing to take any (and probably all) suggestions.

I apologize for not being too active on here (and deviantART as well). I'm still getting crap from my ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend, apparently he's threatening calling the cops on people for harassment. Apparently I'm the bad guy in this whole mess. Whatever.

On a better note, I'm also doing some voice-work for people on YouTube. I got the role of Zidane Tribal in a Final Fantasy IX fandub and Sonic for an adaptation of the fanfiction "Burning Arrow, Wildfire Heart." So that also contributed to my lack of uploading stuff.

I have bad luck with relationships, I really do. And after so many relationships I'm starting to think the problem is not with who I'm dating, but myself. I don't know exactly what I do wrong, but it must be something. Anyway, on with my pity party of a journal entry!

I wake up and send my girlfriend a comment on her MySpace profile (pointless knowledge) attaching the Project DCK Valentines special. A few hours later I get a Message from her stating that she wanted to "just be friends." Now, I'm not one for Valentines Day but seriously?! Could she have picked a worse day for this? It's almost as bad as when my other ex broke up with me on my birthday.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad at her for breaking up with me. I respect her feelings, so it would just be stupid to get angry at her. But, I am mad at the fact she broke up with me over the smurfing internet. I expected her to have the decency to at the very least call.

And then there's more. The only person I would consider calling a best friend decided to start dating her just hours later. What the hell?! As if I couldn't see that from a mile away, I would've at least expected them to wait a couple of days. I know it's delaying the inevitable, but still.

So yea. For everyone else, hope you Valentines Day went well!
