2025 Christmas Wishlist
General | Posted a week agoIt’s that time of year again!
Step 1
Make a post in your journal containing your list of 13 holiday wishes.
The wishes can be anything at all, from simple to really big.
The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
If you wish for real-life things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where folks could get in touch with you.
Step 2
Surf around other lists to see who has posted their list. If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true.
Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special
Step 3
The List!
1. The Cat Returns BluRay
2. Rob Zombie's The Munsters (2022) BluRay
3. A Steam Deck (My PC can't use Steam any more, Windows 8, and I miss playing some of my PC games)*
*A new gaming computer would be nice too...but I'm not sure what EXACTLY to ask for as I'd like one to do gaming, drawing, and animation (something I'd like to get into)
4. Hellsing Ultimate: The Complete Collection BluRay Region 1 (the NTSC/American release)
5. Destiny 2: Renegades DLC (Xbox) - https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/st.....s/9P6T2ZP8NN1G
6. Artwork of my main 'sona
7. The Discworld Novels
8. Spy VS Spy Omnibus
9. The Housepets! Omnibuses
10. Mortal Kombat 1: Definitive Edition on Xbox
- Some of these wishes may require my email address or my Xbox GamerTag (S3ANW0LF).
- If you need my real address, DM me :)
- If anybody wants to do one of these your more then welcome to. If you do I'll add your list on here and see if I can make one of your wishes come true.

Tomorrow....11/6
General | Posted a month agoIt be my birthday tomorrow! Turning the big ole 34 and for the first time in who knows how long? I'm actually really excited! I can't explain why as even I don't know why I'm excited for this particular birthday over the others I had but whatever the case? I can't wait!
Laptop Question
General | Posted a month agoOk, I'm no tech person and I have no idea what to look for, so I'm coming here for some help.
So, my current PC (Win8) is serving me well in many areas, but I feel like it's time to upgrade and have a laptop on the side as I'd like something to do work on (mostly writing reviews for Gaming Furever, my own stories, and drawing with my Huion tablet) and is strong enough to be able to play a good bit of the new Steam releases (Not anything graphically intensive, but games like Amid Evil and such). But, I have NO idea, like I said, what to look for nor what type of specs I need, etc. All I know is that I would like it to do the following: Use a drawing tablet (Huion Kamvas Pro 16) without issues, play Steam games (Amid Evil, Postal 4, and the exclusive furry ones on Steam that aren't on Xbox), and just be a good, solid, work/gaming laptop, if that last one makes sense. While I'd love to get one this year, right now, I'm more focused on looking at what's available, so if any of my followers/friends know of some good llaptops that fits what I'm looking for? Please, let me know: I'm all ears!
Thanks!

What Have I Been Up To?
General | Posted 6 months agoGuess I should do a 2025 Update journal!
For starters, I've been doing reviews for Gaming Furever since last year now and been having the most fun I've had in a long time! I've also been taking breaks from social media (only going to a few pages I have saved that only post movie and gaming news) and I've never felt more happier in a long time!
THAT SAID...I've also started job hunting again, mostly for a good work from home job as I'd like to be able to stay and help my mother out. So far, haven't had much luck in that department as most jobs I've found that I could do from home are either AI related or Call Center-types. If anyone here has any ideas to what I could look into, please let me know.
Other than that, just been playing games and watching movies as well (just finished Doom: The Dark Ages and MAN that game was awesome and, yes, the soundtrack is MUCH better than Doom Eternal's OST! and just catching up on stuff I missed out on.

Display Name
General | Posted 8 months agoYeah, decided to tweak my display name to the name I used to use during my stint as a Radio DJ and, now currently, as a game reviewer.
Any Horror Fans Wanna Help A Wolf Out?
General | Posted 10 months agoSo, around the theatrical or DVD release of Zack Snyder's remake of 'Dawn Of The Dead', I remember watching TV and an ad for the film came up featuring clips from the movie that would cut back to a screen showing Wisconsin's population dwindling down to a low number, signaling just the main characters/survivors of the film.
Problem is, I only saw this spot once. I think it was on UPN15 (as it was known as where I lived), but I haven't been able to locate it for a long time now. I checked YouTube and it wasn't there as most of the TV spots are just clips of the press conference or one showing random names and what year they died, and I even checked my DVD copy and I didn't find it there either.

2024 Christmas Wish List
General | Posted a year agoIt’s November 5th so I needed to be able to post this in well enough time for others to participate and share their wishlists through the holidays as well.
Things are expensive. Art takes time. Give your peeps time in advance.

2023: A Year Of Victory
General | Posted 2 years agoFirst of all, Happy New Year's to all who are already in 2024!
I think, out of all the years I've been alive, 2023 will go down for me as the Year Of Victory. Why? Well, I've finally achieved many goals I've been wanting to accomplish for many years now along with some amazing surprises!
- Finally got rid of the stress and fear that plagued me for so...SO long (Including cutting the news out)
- I'm no longer depressed
- I'm taking many things I've been wanting to do (drawing, video gaming, and writing) more seriously
- FINALLY fixed up my room (though I'm still not done in that area lol)
- I'm overall more happier then I ever have been in who knows how long!
- My mom being out of the hospital (tl;dr She went into the hospital in the middle of October for health problems) in time for my Birthday last month and is looking better then she ever has!
Sufficed to say? 2023 was my year of Total Victory!
There were also some minor stuff, too, like...
- Made some more fursonas for myself
- Caught up on some movies I've been wanting to check out and some I just watched on a whim (Including the GLORIOUS cheese that is The Barbarians)
- Played some of the best games of the year like Crime Boss: Rockay City, Atomic Heart, and Dead Island 2
- Got back into playing Destiny 2 (Hoping to get Lightfall next year, before The Final Shape releases)
- Made some more incredible friends in the fandom
...and others I can't think of at the moment.
So, here's to 2023 being, for me, the best year I've ever had and here's to 2024 being another wonderful incredible year for me; mentally, spiritually, and physically!
Oh and as for goals? Um...just a few: Get a Steam Deck, Get the Destiny 2 DLCs I'm missing (Shadowkeep, Witch Queen, and Lightfall), catch up on some more movies, and...yeah. Simple goals, really :)

Birthday!
General | Posted 2 years agoOfficially 32!
That time of year again!
General | Posted 2 years agoIn just three days? This ole' wolf hits 32!
While I have plenty of birthday wishes for gifts I'd like to have, I already got the biggest one this week: My mom is out of the hospital after being there for two weeks (had a growth in her belly that was preventing many things)!!!

BlueSky invites
General | Posted 2 years agoAnybody interested in one? I have four now, so first four come, first four served...that sounds dirty xD
Hello, BlueSky
General | Posted 2 years agohttps://bsky.app/profile/djmetalwolf.bsky.social <- Yep, got one, thanks to a friend! So, if anyone wants to follow me there? Go ahead!
Buh-Bye Twitter! + BlueSky?
General | Posted 2 years agoDue to a recent upcoming update, I will no longer be using Twitter. I still have an account there but it's going to be used only for business purposes now (posting game reviews).
If y'all want to chat with me, I'm on Discord and Telegram and here, of course!
EDIT: On that note? Anyone got a BlueSky invite? Figured I at least get an account there.
