im doing these so i can get enough money/points to get and give a sub on dA to those who don't have them or want to continue their old sub

I am starting a Saifen art competition. Why? Because created him some time ago and that he needs more art about him. So as a way of having more art created about him, I am holding this comp. There will be many different categories that you can enter into, and each one will have winners that will receive a prize.

The categories are:

Portraits: This is where you draw only Saifen, with or without background. I will judge this category on the quality of the picture, such as the line work, the colour, toning and shading.

Fighting/Combat: This is where you can submit pieces of Saifen doing fighting moves. You can do him in combat. For this I will judge it on the picture itself, and the positions that Saifen is in.

Ty/Sonic related: This is where you draw Saifen with other Ty/Sonic characters. I will judge on the quality of the picture and imagination as to what Saifen is doing with the Ty/Sonic characters. Example: Saifen helping Bush Rescue/Sonic and co. in a mission.

Fashion: This is where you draw Saifen in a costume, it does not matter what, you can use any sytle of fashion, you can even make him cross dress if you like. I will judge the best costume, in terms of what it looks like, attention to detail.

Goding(?): This is where you draw Saifen doing godish things.like him summoning something or firing a powerful bolt.etc

Humour: This is where you can make funny things happen to Saifen, it can be in a comic form. It could be where someone plays a practical joke on Saifen. I will judge how well it was thought out, the humour quality to it, and attentions to details.

Writing: For those of who are writers and not drawers you can submit a piece of writing about Saifen. I will judge the quality of writing such as spelling and grammar, and I will judge this on how you use language to bring put the settings and characters and the plot.

Every division will have winners who will receive a prize. The division winner will be metioned in a sneek peek of my manga

In addition to the division winners there will be an overall winner who will receive four (or more, cuz i love drawing) prizes from me

When entering just remember in your artists comments to say that it is part of the competion and what catergory you want to submit it to. You should also send me a link to the picture so I will be able to find it more easily as I get a lot of deviations to view because of the amount of people I watch.


The competition will close on the same day (or later) as my other contest

Have fun, and I really hope you do enter, as it will be a lot of fun. I am a fair judge, so I will base it on artistic merit, and the other criteria that I mentioned above.
