Greetings all.

Soo yeah it has been AGES since i have been around here. I am so sorry i keep dropping off with little or no warning. This time however i am actually happy and have quite a bit to share with ya on my return. The only downside i want to let you all know right away is i did end up nuking a HUGE chuck of my backed up messages and submissions. Just seeing that number was scaring me away and had me putting off getting caught up over and over again. And with that out of the way now on to the real updates.

Soo first off and the biggest things happening right now is Me and my mate  04-22-90 Synge and I finally have our own apartment. It took a yeah of waiting and paperwork with the local disabled housing but we finally have our own place. Its a small studio apartment and its with a large number of seniors around but its ours. It definitely has and is taking some getting used too. I have lived with groups all my life up until now but it is just a amazing step to finally be taking. Also here i really want to give a shout out to my wonderful dragon brother  Mykell_Wildfire For letting us stay with him for as long as he did and helping us prepare and move to our new place.

The second large development that has happened recently is that I am now working two jobs. I got a second job at the Alley where Mykell used to work. The same alley that we ran the Needham Hambowl from for a while. It has been going good and even have my mate to come back me up on the busy days. the owner is a amazing and understanding guy too. Heck he lets me bring my laptop and such to work for when its slow! ((soo awesome)) The only downside to this development is i have officially been working 7 days a week at least 8 hours a day for over a month now. Its taking its toll but it is letting me stay current with bills get caught up on some unexpected medical expenses and even splurge a bit ((*Blushes* yeah im bad at that)) Also since i know its has been brought up i might very well try to restart the Hambowl but first i need to get Mondays off to do it. Soo it has to wait till thing at my first job get a bit smoother ((long story there))

Soo yeah a hella lot of stuff going on in my life right now. Nothing really bad just a lot to get used too. I am really hoping to be on here and skype/steam a lot more often but I don't want to make any promises cause of how the last few wen ((year long hiatuses and such)) Thanks again for taking time to read this and for baring wiht this crazy dragon. Soo i am normally not one to signal boost. I don't think i have ever done this honestly. But there is something I think everyone need to see.

My good friend LeeLee  leelee has been doing some amazingly epic badge ideas lately. Each one really caught my eye for being a different thing then the last and always had a unique flair to them. Well now he has come up with yet another amazing idea.

Picture your at a con and your heading down to the dealers room. Not planning to buy anything right away but just look. so your sketchbook and refs are not on you. But then you see the artist you have really wanted to get something from has a few limited slots left. What do you do? Well what you could do is go to pocket and pull out a cool combination pen/stylus emblazoned with your Sonas name and then with a grin pull out a scroll wiht a mini ref sheet of your char right then and there. Plus to make it even better for the artist and you there is a QR code with a link to the full size ref sheet online so they can bring it up right on there smartphone or tablet and have one less piece of paper to keep track of!

I know it has been a long while since i have been on. Things in my RL have been crazy and also was having major motivation issues. But I am trying to come back again and hopefully for good this time. have missed you all and just wanted to give some updates.

First of all i have a new job working at a local convenience store which is going well and i actually already got my first promotion. I am working full time now however so i have less freetime. Other then that dealing with some small issues here and there but overall I am still doing ok.

Glad to be back and cant wait to talk and see all the awesome stuff you all are posting

Second thing today is I have a rather large back log of commissioned works. My problem is i am just not sure if i want to clutter up my actual art account with a bunch of art that isn't mine or mebe start a new page just for my commissioned works. what do you all think would be best?

OK so i am not gonna be my normal cheery self for this journal. I hate to rant but I feel I need to post this.

as many of you know and some of you probably don't i am a type 1 diabetic. and lately well to be honest i have been taking terrible care of myself. Blood sugers have been all over the place I have skipped tests shots and meals way to often and just making a genuine mess of myself. well i am now paying the price for my negligence. I went to the doctors today after having not gone for several months and talked to her about things i have been feeling. and it is as i feared. I was diagnosed with at least the early stages of Diabetic Neuropathy. To put it simply my nerves are damaged due to my poor care of my diabetes and it is causing all manner of troubles. It could be the cause of many of my problems right now including my lethargic tendencies and all the cramps / pains i have been getting. the symptom that is most affecting me however and clued me into the problem is i have started loosing feeling and control of my left hand. the last two finger are numb and tingly almost constantly and it is even kind of difficult to type this.

I am by no means looking for sympathy right now. This is my fault and i know it. What i am here for is to ask for help i so desperately need. To fix myself as much as i can i need to do three main things.
the first is I need to fix/establish a real ridged schedule of my days. I am getting up and going to bed at such a myriad of times it is impossible for me do the other two steps of this plan easily. I am just wondering if any of you have any tips for getting to sleep and ways to wake up and stay awake that i might not know of.
Secondly i need to start testing my bloodsugers and giving myself my medication with every meal. This is where this is all my fault at the moment. I have asked for help with this from those close to me before and blatantly lied to them about having done it. I am getting better but but better is not good enough. I have to do these without fail and i am just wondering if anyone else has any ideas as to how to help motivate myself to do these changes even if i feel kinda silly for needing motivation to take care of myself.
And the last stage that makes both of these work to really fix my problems is to eat all these meals at as close to the same tie each day as possible. This is a key to proper control. I need to regulate my schedule down to meals and snacks so i can tell what each change in blood sugers means. Right now i am barely eating three times a day if that. Snacking too much and just making genuine mess of my care. I have to set alarms and try to eat at the same time but the main things that make this a issue are work and being out and about. I can fudge the timing a lil each way but work is normally busy these days when i should be eating. and of course being kinda of a active dragon i love going out and don't always remember to think of eating or timing of outings. not to mention the times plans just keep changing while we are out. So again any ideas as to how to handle these situations would be greatly appreciated.

So yeah this is what i am dealing with right now. I use to be the staple of diabetes care back when I lived with my parents and in new york. But several small things as i moved here and out just compounded and put me into this pit i find myself in now. stupid things made it harder and harder to control myself and i kinda rebelled against it. I really want to fix this I want to get better i KNOW i can do this but i am having such a hard time even with trying so hard. My Swiss cheese memory and spacing out nature just makes this soo difficult to accomplish. That is why i decided to post this to see if i could get any fresh ideas.

Soo as of the second i have been on FA for six years now. Man that makes me 1 fell very old and 2 just shocks me. I cant believe it has been that long. It has been one hell of a ride though. I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank all my Friends and the people that run this site for a awesome time.

As for me I am doing alright. Still not sure what is causing my odd medical issues but am working on it. Also am trying to be more active on this site and do plan on drawing and writing more this year. Some awesome inspirations had hit me lately so i want to try and do something with it that i can share with everyone here. On that note I will be working on a minor redesign of my sona. Nothing major but something recently came to light that I need to change

Greetings again all.

So yeah remember me saying I have been feeling off in the last journal. Well on Thursday it came to a head and I blacked out while at my job. I didn't hit anything or get seriously hurt but did spend most of the day in the local hospital. They got me in fast and i am soo lucky my mate and Dragon bro Mykell were there to help me i could not walk or do most anything right. I am a it fuzzy as to details as to what all happened. The docs had a few theory's of what had happened but they said it wasn't the ER's job to diagnose just to stabilize.They told me it wasnt my Diabetes cause my Blood Sugers were fine at the time as well. So I left the hospital with nothing but a idea it might have something to do with my heart. Friday I got a emergency appointment with my actual doctor and she says that its probably not the heart but something to do with how my body stores its fluids. I guess i was partially dehydrated but not everywhere or something like that. ((the ER docs said i wasn't)) She also mentioned that my diabetes along with this problem could cause these instances. There was also talk about me needing to eat more as I had lost about 5 pounds of weight. But again no answers yet.


So yeah Second year this has happened around the same time. Still no answers so i am more thena little scared. Tests are in the works and i have been referred to a neurologist to see what might be causing this. So Yeah keep me in your thoughts if ya want its 2 days latter and i am still a bit off and weak and such. But i am slowly getting better. First off i am not Dead or gone or anything like that. I have been very busy with work and sadly suffering from major motivation issues. My health seems to be taking a odd turn too keep having hands fall asleep on me. going to get it looked at asap. I am still wanting to be around more often and miss you all very much.

As for the second part of this journal. My mate and i did do something rather awesome we got a Wii U as our Christmas present. If ya have one please feel free to add SedrinDragon on there. Is a fun little system and has a lot of potential i think.

Hope the return of the site finds you all well. I have been having a very interesting time as of late. Due mostly to 3 major things

Number 1 of these is the fact i have actually started a second job. I bit of "Doing the right thing" On the part of my wonderful  04-22-90 Landed me a sure thing job with a local D'angelos. Still am also working at Dunkins. Soo two jobs for the draggy as of this Monday. trying to do the right things and at least stay the required two week at Dunkin as i really do respect my boss there just not many others. This Is definatly a new thing for me. But not unwelcome trying to use this to get a few other areas of my life in check a bit.

Secondly I had another hospital visit. Had a real bad sore throat but it was odd and off to one side. So i had to get it looked at. turned out to be a viral infection and got put on antibiotics. this little scare however had me missing work on the SECOND day of my new job. Worrying aside though it turned out ok.

lastly is a annoying RL issue i am dealing with. Mostly that the owner of the house we are in right now is sick and it is kinda stressing everyone out more then they already were. We should be ok just ya know not what was needed right now *sighs*

other then that Still playing GW 2 and loving it! Also got the awesome Hambowl coming up soo i am gonna be jamming the tunes there! thats all for now Have a great time and thanks for reading!

I am soo uber happy right now. Just got back from the Midnight release for GW2 and picked up my Collectors Edition. O.-.O Holy Balls of Fire is this thing epic. First there is the Rytlock statue which is not only HUGE (10in tall) it is Ultra detailed. He looks soo awesome and his armor could be used as a weapon! the material is hard enough to hurt actually and just looks so bad ass. Next was the tin that the game came in. This thing is board game sized and just beautiful. The prints inside are just amazing and the Making of book is really cool and signed by the team! All in all freaking fantastic! also picked up the Collectors Edition Stratagy Guide to go with it! which came witha awesoem stand up atlas of all areas in the game! I am soo excited. Gonna be playing this a lot, Time to get lost in Tyria. Soo if i am away for the next I dun know FOREVER lol I apologize but willl try my hardest to keep in touch. if ya really want to talk to me ya can find me In Game on the Ehmry Bay server with the rest of the Tyrian Claws.

got a couple of updates for ya all. Just so ya know.

first of which i am officially caught up on here again no idea how long it will last this time. Also I am making the decision that i am going to abandon all my messengers besides Skype and Steam. I hate to do this but the others mess up on one or the other of my computers and they have just gotten on my nerves way too much. Might try and get a all in one working again in a while but for now Skype and Steam will be the best ways to contact this draggy.

In more positive things I am Soo stoked for the upcoming release of Guild Wars 2 I am soo loving the game and encourage everyone to try it as it has something for everyone. Soo fun and not your typical MMO in the least. I am going to be on the Ehmrey Bay server and the Tyrian Claws furry guild! Check out  guildwars2furs for more info on how to join. Also i did go out and but the collectors edition *blushes* soo expect me to be a bit of guild wars nut for a bit.

lastly but certainly not leastly. My Hatching Day is less then a week away! Aug 9th is when this silly blue entered the world and I am hoping for a fun Hatch day. Things have a been a bit rough lately so i could use it *blushes*

Greetings all.

I just have to get this down on something. Today was just so crazy. Not bad but a roller coaster.

First off today is me and 2 year anniversary! I am soo happy and soo damn lucky to have such a wonderful mate. At like 12:30 am he surprised me with some wonderful gifts and then we went to bed.
This morning we wake up and he is in terrible pain seeming on the verge of tears even going outside and curling up on the ground to try and feel better. I have no idea whats happening and we both decide to call in to work and get him to the hospital. Well after being there for several hours and all the tests we finally get a diagnosis. He has Appendicitis and has to go in for surgery. The good thing is we caught it in time and it didn't burst. But he will have to be ther eat least till tomorrow afternoon. Please just keep him in your thoughts mebe send some nice shouts his way. He deserves it soo much. I am glad he is ok but man i was stressing bad today.

As for the update. I am still recovering from the DKA back in December seeing two docs and a nutritionist right now to try and get back to 100%, Got put on a diet to help me get some nutrients i seem to be lacking and avoiding some things i really don't need. I am planning on AC and have tickets down and back all set up cant wait to see some of ya there! ^.-.^ Sorry for the bit of rambling not braining to well atm for some reason.

So yeah after trying to return to fa and failing so many times i am just going to officially announce a semi hiatus from the site. had to nuke over 1000 submissions today soo feel kinda bad. I know its silly for me to but i do. I want you all to know i am doing ok and finally have my health mostly back in order. Just feel that I cant keep up with FA much anymore soo comments and such from me might be few and far between for a while. I still love all your works and all my wonderful friends here just want to spend my time doing other things to help get my life back in a better spot. I hope you all understand and i do hope to be back reasonably soon.

Just a quick update on things. Should have the last bit of my diabetes medz by Friday soo will doing and feeling a lot better soon hopefully. Also i am finally all caught up with things here and will hopefully try to stay that way. I do wnat to start drawing again soo hopefully you will see some new posts by me soon. And lastly but not leastly i am thinking of making a second account for all the commissioned art and such i have that is not by me. If I do i am thinking of doing it a bit differently and having that account and the posts on it be from my Darker and more Dominate Sibling Resdin. Soo like if i post a naughty pic she will make comments about it like shi was spying on me or something lol. I am not sure if this is a good idea or not your thoughts?

I had just written a really long journal explaining how i have been feeling and doing lately and about why i am behind on here again and not commenting and faveing all the amazing works i have seen lately. I have seen them but Via my phone which is hard to comment and fave on. You all have done some astounding work lately and i really want to let you know that. Some of the most murrific, Beautiful and emotional pieces of art. I want to give you all the support i know you deserve but my drive and ability to do so seems to have vanished it seems. I just want you to know i still very much care about all my freinds here and wonder about you all the time. I will return to my more active self on here i am just not sure when yet. THis journal is a quarter of what i wrote before I accidentally backed up a page and lost it all. But it say what i want to for now.

Just letting all my friends know I am doing much better. The whole hospital trip was very scary thing. But i am much better now and am going to work very hard to make sure it does not happen again. Now my only issue is my chronic lack of motivation and energy. Will try to be on here and update more still miss you all greatly.
