Everything has come to a screeching halt in my life atm.

Though my uploads stopped long ago, I had been fairly active in my arts up until recently.

This inactivity & complete withdrawal is what I'm asking forgiveness for..

The forget is a bit more complicated.. I've personally forgotten plenty in many areas in my life, but I've also slipped into my need to autopilot & keep busy with work.. So I've been absent..

Literally I've had little to no contact with a lot of great people in my circles & thank the heavens that for the most part they know me plenty to just let it go & touch bases later..

The unfortunate part of this rebuild is that work has plateaued as far as stresses & my dire need to step up and focus as lead in my section of rec here at the msh nvm.. That's handled.. But now I'm left with my free time & I'm going bat shit crazy if I'm not numbing my senses..

I'm going to kick myself in the arse because 1. I have projects I need to complete, 2. I have new ideas I'd love to put in the works, 3. Jumping back into my art is a healthier way to heal & mend what I've already done to myself..

So I'm asking forgiveness & know that I'm still kicking.

Hello!

So I do as much doodling as possible w/ my schedule being what it is atm..

I actually do a lot of stupid little doodles on a separate file I literally named Sketchy Stuff..

Where I'm going w/ this is~

Would anyone like me to upload any of these little doodles?

I ask this since I know there's a big absence/silence in btw stuff I finish & actually put up..

I'm going pretty slow on Commissions atm~

But I hope to spend a lot of time home this weekend and get it done!
I'm talking like, water bottles at the bed for me to keep hydrated & snacks in arms reach.. w/ occasional breaks to walk around & stretch!

I love how things are coming out so far.. If you look at my front page from time to time you'll see the pink text change as I progress w/ pieces!

I do apologize to those on my list for having to wait.. I am getting my teeth kicked in by school.. 7classes, & I thought it would be easy? Ha!

But I guarantee I will provide quality work for each of my people!

Meanwhile on a more personal matter outside of the fandom..

I have a job for the season~ for those of you who don't know I'm a full-time student in a Forestry & Natural Resource program at a local community college!

That being said I work summer seasons anywhere I can involving said major..

My job will take me longer & farther than before!
Last position was in Kamas, UT a few years ago..

I'll be heading on up to Washington state!

I would like to continue working on art while up there, so I'm trying to figure out a proper transportation to lug all my stuff & talk w/ soon to be roomies about interwebs so I can keep in touch w/ the outside world!

The farther part was covered.. lol now for the longer part.. just when I wanted to really get into commissions & what not.. I'll be working from early June all the way into late September..

For those I'm leaving behind, I love you all.. and I shall return of course.. ♥♥♥

But lately I've picked back up & drawn more complicated things I haven't done in quite some time, simple excuse for not doing it before? Chibi's are cute & easy to dish out which is what I like.. quick doodles..

How soon I finish them depends on my breaks btw classes, currently full time in a Forestry program ♥

Also a working scanner helps, my cords were tossed out by family during our move last year..

I believe I'm just about done w/ art work for this months local Anime Convention here in Fresno CA!
We have one more big meeting for staff just before the big weekend kicks off!
Woot~ I'm also working on my cosplay this week & crossing my toes to make sure I get it done in time because my hands are just too busy sewing & drawing..

Trades & Requests~ I've had to put in a back burner, but can kick back into it once this is all over & even btw the busy hours this week!
I know I do want to color the trade I drew for Reepir, & have requests for a few silly ref sheets due to my little gag of a ref sheet.. I'm excited to see things getting busy? Aaah! I love it~

Also school~ the Fall Semester is starting the 12th for most but I'm on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday schedule so one day later & I'll be hitting the books & fighting the urge to draw all over my notes..

Like the subject says I'm a little late~ for posting that is!

I was born years ago on June 8th, indecisively deciding on when I'd be born keeping my mother in labor for many many hours, as if 2 months early wasn't good enough.. Doctors were getting impatient!

Lol, anyways, it's been a terrific Birthday when I had expected very little~
My very close & best friends came through & a few family members too made damn sure that this would be celebrated.

So, yeah, it's my birthday~ Yaaaaay!

& if you must know~ I'm now 23

Friday night my dog was mauled by my neighbors 2 pitts..

He had severe blood loss & was in shock..

Our neighbor on the other side heard the fighting.. & one man across the street tried to help.. but when that didn't work she went to another neighbor of ours who got a shovel & beat the dogs off of our little guy.. We rushed him to the ER & they wanted $500 down just to look at him.. to even consider him worth saving.. so we drove him home..

I'm not blaming the dogs, I've raised many pitts who were absolute sweethearts.. I honestly hate my neighbors.. these dogs are not pets to them.. they're only an extra income w/ breeding them.. I only wish it didn't have to be our dog..

He's a Dachshund mix~ a little bigger then most & beefy but he's no fighter.. teacup chicawawa's would chase him.. but he was loyal & a best friend if you ever needed one.. he may have been a little stinky but he loved everyone..

He made it through the night.. & another night.. & another night.. but Monday came around.. he stopped eating.. he still couldn't get up & walk around..

So we scheduled an appointment.. and the place we took him was great, the doctor great.. the staff, meh.. instantly they took him in & checked him out.. All I could do was wait at home for any news from my dad.. then it hit.. they discovered he had a very serious infection along the throat w/ all the shredding the dogs had done to him.. the infection was spreading throughout his body & his kidneys & lungs would soon shut down.. they could have cut open the wounds again & clean out everything but it wouldn't stop his body from shutting down.. so I got the call saying I was getting picked up to see him one last time..

The drive was the longest.. but the choice very clear.. he needed to be put down.. sure we could be selfish & take him home letting him waste away in our house till he died.. or we could make it all better for him & let him go.. We held strong waiting in the office.. but then we're called into the little room where he's placed on the table so we could see him again, touch him, talk to him before the doctor would come in & give him the shot.. He explained why he couldn't be saved & said that our dog honestly shouldn't have survived the attack or the first night even.. but he admired our little guys strength to try & hold on.. I held my hand over his side feeling him breath softly & slowly.. the needle pierced his skin & the plunger began pumping it into his system.. it felt like forever.. then it was all in & his breathing came to a stop.. his little body still warm.. but quiet now.. he laid there on his raider blanket.. they wrapped him in another sheet to take home w/ us after getting his little paw prints..

We dug a deep hole in the spot he liked to lay around.. we waited for everyone to get together & lay him down slowly w/ a big long sheet, he laid there wrapped up in that favorite blanket of his.. & we began scooping in the dirt.. placed a small stones on the ground.. a smooth flat one he used as a pillow sometimes as the center.. later we'll paint it w/ his name..

It has been a very exhausting & long weekend.. My hear feeling beaten & bruised.. my body drained of everything..

Stitchers is our dog.. I love him.. & this is what happened.

A good friend of mine is raising funds to start the construction of a small aquaponics garden.

I've been thinking about doing some commissions..

Personally I'd rather throw out a free drawing first before I'd charge just to let people see what I can do? Depending on what you ask for.. that is..

I also have been lazy w/ my art too.. but that shall slowly come to an end..
More so w/ coloring my work.. I can now do that w/out much problems..
But because it's been years since I've put any real detail into works & actual coloring I probably have a bit of rust.. I'll get through it..

Other then that I have a small list of some drawings I do owe individuals..
I'll get it done! I'll make it happen! B-bam!

I think I'd like to do some trades if anyones open to it~

Got a new sketchbook & yes I will draw in it from beginning to end.
