Okay. So I lost a lot of wages due to the stroke I had at the start of the year. I'm behind on things, and property taxes got hiked up quite a bit. Plus, first round of medical things to pay for are in and I'm about 2k short of all of it. So... I need some help catching up.

So. For those not in the know. I had a stroke.
It was a tiny one, mostly cleared up. But it has made me forget some things and I have been jumbling words a little bit occasionally.

Bigger issue, is the cost. I haven't got the bill yet, but it's coming and I don't look forward to it.

While I was in the hospital for the stroke, my heater died. It's gonna cost over 1000 bucks to repair.

So uh... I might need to put up a gofundme or find some way to raise money cause like. I wasn't poor, but my savings have been completely wiped out and I don't qualify for any sort of loans or financing so my only option to pay these would otherwise be to sell my house. Which, I can afford even less. So I just, have no idea what to do.

I'll have to muse on it.

I'm thinking about potentially opening up story comms again. I'm in no financial danger, and am far less stressed than I was before. It'd be purely to earn some extra cash to throw at indulgences.

Thinking 50$ for a 2-4k short story that can be done quick. Mostly paying for my time here more so than the content. If I opened for these (and there will be a proper form when I do, do NOT send requests now) I am just curious if anyone would be interested in buying one?

Have a self indulgent inflation story coming in. (over 9000 words on first draft).
