To be honest, I didn't wanted to make this journal, I really tried to reach a solution in a peaceful way, but this person's stubborness and state of denial is beyond comprehension. The situation came to my attention after
fevernight123 notice about a picture made by this person looked like we saw it somewhere before, and we found out it was from AMWULF.
The more we dug into this person's gallery, the more we started noticing that some, if not all, pictures there are traced from other artists, Mentaiko, AMWULF and even myself. I'm talking about
ketikoo-kenagiwa
Of course, as I said before, I tried reaching a peaceful end to this, but this person refused to cooperate. He claimed that he was not tracing but referencing, despite he didn't add much to the picture aside of few dialogue and other props and backgrounds, and despite admitting he's referencing from other artists' pictures, he's not crediting the original source and simply states "I'm really proud of this, I did from scratch".
It is impossible to reach a conversation with him, despite him saying he's not afraid, if someone finds out that he's tracing, he's quick to block and even erase comments. You may be wondering, "But some things are different, how can you be so sure he did traced you?", well, fun fact, he did confessed that he traced it.

I know he's gonna read this one day, so I'm gonna point out all the stupid things this guy is saying.
1, You didn't reference my picture, you literally traced it, you made a poor job at trying to recreate the tree even some sun spots are there, you added a dialogue and a leash. That's all you did, the entire pose is traced. You don't even know what referencing is by now, you are supposed to do something transformative, something new and based from it, not literally draw over it and just add some stuff.
2. Yes, you traced it.
3. Nobody has a legal ownership of a sex position, that's stupid. But I do own the rights of the picture you literally traced on and that you admitted tracing or "referencing". Anyone can use the pose as they want, it's a sex position, but not literally, the same background, same anatomy, same pespective and in a shitty quality to add at that. You don't even credit original source, you just go out fanning that you did it all by yourself, you are just contradicting yourself by now.
4. No, you didn't. You did win watchers and pageviews thanks to it, and again, you didn't credit me, neither you did for Mentaiko or AMWULF on the other tracings, so basically, you're stealing from us either way.
5. You don't know your rights. There's no right that protects people from copyright infrigment, the only thing is Fair Use, but it doesn't apply on imagery. What you did was illegal, and to be honest, if you sue me for harrasment, I have more evidence of copyright infragment from you, so don't even try.
About referencing, I don't use referencing, I literally start all my pictures from scratch. I know how anatomy works, different from you. You say you deleted comments because they were "hurtful" and "insulting". While the only thing they said was to credit the original sources, one literally just put my name on the picture you traced from me and you deleted it.
You say you have friends that tells you that is fine, this is not fine. As I said before, this person is not crediting me, nor Mentaiko, nor AMWULF, nor anyone he has traced. You can easily see he's tracing from his inconsistent art style, every picture has a different artstyle, and to make it worst, he's making YCHs and Commission that are actually traces of other pictures who will get those who commisioned him in trouble.
I've tried contacting FurAffinity staff, but they don't do anything, they just scan over Trouble Tickets by now.
Please spread the word, don't let this guy set free and spread his lies.
Make him, at least, credit the original sources.

I can attest that he blocks/deletes messages of everyone who points out that he is tracing, and I did a throughout research about the terms tracing, referencing and heavy referencing and my results are he is between tracing and heavy (very heavy) referencing leaning more to tracing. Either way it is wrong to first not source any of the references and also post tracings ! So Please be aware of that user!

Boredom/Bad Habit/Cute Kitties/Weird Souvenirs
Posted 12 years agoOkay it's time again for my time killing diary/journal. Like in the other journal I'm bored and don't know what to do so I just write about random stuff. Bad habit: In the last few days I really developed a really bad and perv habit always when I see a hot halfnaked guy I have to take a photo of them (secretly) I know i shouldn't do that but I won't post them somewhere and I only want them to remember all the hot guys in Mallorca. The worst part is that I can't take a photo of all hot guys I see ,always when a wave of hot guys come to me can't take photos without be discovered. The second point the cute kitties I see, they always sit in front of the hotel on trees or on a bench, and they alwayw meow when someone pass that's soooooooo cuteeeee ~ *_* (,,,)==>w<=(,,,). Now the weird stuff I see and bought or want to buy. So i have bought ca. 30 postcards because they are sooooo hot ca on 15 of them are hot naked man printed and on the rest are cute animal in Mallorca look or real postcards. What I really want to buy is perv again i want to buy a bottle-opener in the form of a penis it's well I don't want to explain.

Boredom/Vacation/Fire Emblem
Posted 12 years agoDon't want to say something important or interesting. I'm just bored. I just use my journal to kill time because nobody will read it at all so it's advantageous for me. I'm in Mallorca, you know the party island of spain. Unfortunately i'm not a party guy. Up 'til now I go swimming every day or just sit on the beach and enjoy the view (if you now what I mean). The beach is full with hot muscular men >///< The first day i arrived at the Hotel I was so despaired that I don't had Internet (yes I'm addicted to Internet ). And the air-conditioner in my room was defect or something because the first day I sweated alot. And I played Fire Emblemm:Awakening on my 3DS and something odd I go everyday out for a walk and I never met another mii with streetpass what the f*** is wrong ?! Whatever,back to Fire Emblem I just want to talk about the hot guys in Fire Emblem not that the story isn't good I just can't understand it fully whout playing the old games of Fire Emblem by the way why does the Laguz disappear in Awekening I would love to play one. But at least we have Yarne he is cute enough so that the lost of the Laguz don't bother me much and that was the start for my liking list of Fire Emblem Guys. Yarne: he is an Taguel and super cute I like his ears, his tail and everything else about his body >///<!! Owain: he is kinda crazy but he is cool and good looking with blonde hair. Plus he looks seductive with an Yukata or Kimono or whatever it was. Brady: his looks i kinda dislike but emotional guys are cute, and I want to hug him soooooooooooooo much! Gregor: I'm normally not into extrem older guys but Gregor ... he is charming and wise plus he looks not that old do I Think.Stahl: I love his hair i want to touch it everyday! Lon'qu : He looks hard and musculine but he have a soft cute side which I love ! Lon'qu if you dislike woman that much why not change the team?! Frederik: What should I say Gentleman?! Beside his calm appearance he have a wild side and that what I love about him. Gaius:He is sweeter than any candy or cake. And he looks really good with an exposed chest. Inigo: He is a Player but ... he looks hot in this traditional japanese outfit too plus he looks cute in it.Kellam:I almost forgot Kellam I wanted to submit it now but then Kellam popped up in my head. Kellam is well just awesome he is a bit chubby (a good thing) and he is funny and (again) cute! Krom? Priam? Gangrel? These ones I don't know if they belong to my love or like list. Yeah that's it. No there is one more character i like my avatar he looks hot too. An some of the heroes you can download from the internet, like Ike or Zephiel. I noticed the last few minutes that I use the word cute really often and that i say really much, and that I'm kinda annoying. But I'm kawaii~!

Posted 12 years agoI'm a really lousy artist, I always start a project weeks before and I never succeed to end them in time for example I wanted to make an Easter Special but I can't do it in time again -_-. I should just stop and make next year an Easter Special.
