Services
I offer custom digital art commissions, including but not limited to:
Character portraits (busts, half-body, full-body)
Detailed illustrations
Original character designs and ref sheets
Each piece is custom-made based on your description, references, or prompts. Please ensure you provide clear visual or written details before the commission begins.
Payment
Full upfront payment is preferred.
Alternatively, a non-refundable deposit of $20–$30 can be made to secure your slot.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or invoice (upon request).
Work will begin only after payment (or deposit) has been confirmed.
No refunds once the sketch has been delivered
Revisions
Each commission includes two free rounds of revisions, typically during the sketch and flat color stages.
Minor edits are welcome (pose tweaks, expressions, color adjustments).
Major revisions (pose changes after line art, outfit swaps, etc.) may incur an additional fee depending on complexity.
Extra revisions beyond the included rounds will also be charged.
Copyright & Usage
The artist (I) retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned work.
You are granted personal-use rights only, which include:
Sharing the artwork online (with proper credit to the artist)
Using it as profile pictures, banners, etc.
You may not:
Remove my watermark or signature
Claim the work as your own
Alter or resell the image
Use the art for NFTs, AI training, or commercial products without written permission and an additional fee
For commercial use, please contact me in advance to arrange proper licensing and pricing.
Client Conduct
Clear, respectful communication is essential throughout the process.
Disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behavior will result in the cancellation of the commission without refund.
Please respond to messages and updates in a timely manner (within 3–5 business days) to avoid delays.
Privacy
All personal information shared (name, email, payment details) will remain confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change based on demand, complexity, or other factors.
However, once a commission is confirmed and paid, the agreed-upon price will not change — even if prices are updated later.
Delivery Timeline
Normal turnaround time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the time work begins (after payment and reference confirmation).
Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, emergencies, or heavy workload. You’ll be notified of any delays in advance.
Rush options may be available upon request, with an additional fee.
