<sub>From the start of this year with the card incident, I've managed to pay it up, thank you all who helped, everyone who helped on that matter has been compensated, I'm still trying to get in line financially but at least am not on that extent for now)

I had a big burnout this year which made me take much longer than usual to get to and complete slots, but don't worry, as i disclosed in my TOS, no matter how long i take, it will be finished - Thankfully, the most postponed queue is moving at a good pace now, 6 reference sheets are done out of the 10, 4 left, current is at a good progress already, hopefully soon finished. I will be re-opening new slots soon, thank you for your patience:)</sub>

Got a client pay through Boosty, but the only current withdrawal options are Bank Card and YooMoney, paypal is no longer available, so since february 26th it's been trying to withdraw to my card but it gives an "Error" status at every try, i have already opened a ticket and all they say is "Incorrect Card Data" no matter how correct the filling is

Every new try is charging fees, the money is completely unusable as even the client opened a ticket and the support says refund is not possible, what do i do??? I keep poking them in the support ticket and they aren't helping, either me or the client

I'm accepting slots to work my queue with time ! My roommate's PC is dying and they really need one to work urgently, i'm also getting better RAM for mine, so we gotta work double, components have been scarce to get and the sooner the merrier

TERMS OF SERVICE

This should be read before I begin your order. If you do not read my rules, you are violating them. The issue(s) will be dealt with based on each particular case.

General Rules

• Terms of service are subject to change as necessary;
• If you don't like my style, don't commission me, it is only liquid until a certain point;
• I accept PayPal and Debit/Credit Card in Ko-fi);
• (More info in Prices & Payment section) Payment is due upfront before I begin working. If you're certain to commission, i will accept half the payment(from a certain value range) to reserve a slot until i sketch your order, the other half is to be paid when the sketch has been accepted;
• No refunds, due to many issues regarding that, so be sure beforehand that you want to commission me. You have my express word that it Will be done even if i take longer than usual to get to your slot;

• If you don't have proper references of your character in which i cannot clearly see/understand them, you are prone to be charged up to 50% depending on the level; This includes reference sheets with shading, low quality images, etc. (This does not apply to reference sheet orders, for that i have other rules stated in the row below);
• For reference sheet orders: If you have absolutely no images of the character, i encourage you to get at least a single one no matter how simple, i am not good at working with text-only descriptions, if you have nothing on your plate, please provide any and all images you can that has the features you want for your character, along that you're free to doodle over my sketches for guidance, i'm NOT good with text only specially if you're too vague, i absolutely CANNOT stress this enough;

• If you are in my queue (paid for the slot) and i have not yet started anything, you are allowed to change the idea of the illustration so long it is within the limits of the money spent, if more, the additional difference is to be paid for (eg: portrait to fullbody, celshaded to painting, more characters, rull Ref to extended, etc.);
• I do not use 100% white(#FFFFFF) or black(#000000) in any order, if your character references contain these, bear in mind i will adjust for something close instead;
• Above 2 characters per order will get an additional fee of 50% of the initial value per extra character added;
• If additional people are participating in the same drawing i will require their written proof they are aware of the piece being done or most preferably be made a group and directly contact everyone;
• If you commission more than 1 piece, do not expect them to be done at the same time. They may or may not be depending on the complexity of the orders I am working;
• When the order is started, my workaround time is from 2 to 3 months max, but can be finished sooner;

• Evict summoning me more than once a day if it's not about the order, i'm often a very busy individual;
• Do not charge me about your order until at least 1 month after buying/paying;
• Once I send your finished order(s), please store them safely within 1 week. I do not wish to clutter my storages because i must keep free space at all times;
• I usually work in my queue order, but if circumstances demand, I work on what and when I can at the moment;
• Sometimes i am not feeling motivated/inspired and need to work on something else or study what is not on my reach within your order;

• Do Not remove my signature/tag(s). If you try, you will be blacklisted, reported and blocked;
• All orders are by default non-commercial/personal use only, and as, customers may create icons and personal prints of their illustrations, but may not sell for personal profit. They may also display their commissioned piece on their personal gallery provided credit and a link is given;
• Do not copy, reproduce, edit, publish, sell, or upload my work in any form without prior knowledge and consent, with the exception of customers and character owners for re-uploads to personal galleries with proper due credit given; Edits for personal views and uses are allowed;

What i won't draw

• Violence/Hate against someone else's character that did NOT consent for the PIECE;
• Loli/cub/shota/childlike characters in questionable situations;
• Age up of any character that is canonically a minor, i'm not comfortable with that;
• Real world political matters;

Anything else, i can draw.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety reasons and past issues, if asking for NSFW art, please ID verify to make sure you're 18+ and if there is a second individual to participate in the order, same goes for them;
• I will also not work on NSFW gifts for users that are not aware of the piece;

Prices & Payment

• To acquire a slot in my queue, payments should be made 100% upfront or 50% before the sketch and the rest once the sketch is approved;
• All payments are made via Paypal, Payoneer or Boosty; Currency is to be in USD.

• Payment Plans
○ Up to $100 - Full payment is expected upfront prior to beginning sketch.
○ $100 up to $200 - Half payment can be effectuated at the minimum upfront, the rest is subsequent to the customer's approval of the progress sketch presented.
○ $200+ - Payment plans are optional within a 2 month period depending on the price.

• Price Ranges
Prices by majority will default to the base informed ranges currently available. There are some factors that can alter these fees beyond the default add-on options that include, but are not limited to:
○ Heavily detailed patterns/apparel/accessories: 7% to 25% fee
○ Intensive mechanical components: 5% to 15% fee
○ 3+ characters - 45% fee per additional character (means above 2)
○ Alternate versions - 10% to 40% fee per picture.
○ If you want to keep your art private - 50% fee per picture. But If you wish to remain anonymous and I can still post it, then there is No additional charge in this case.
(If i'm interested and am allowed to reuse the art idea for an YCH or personal purposes, the fee is 5%)

• Due Dates (Short deadlines)
I can do set due dates and rushed art, this will Immediately set the customer above everyone else in the queue and to be worked immediately.
P.S; Reference Sheets are only allowed the 7 days option.
○To be finished in 24 hours, 200% fee
○To be finished in 48 hours, 100% fee
○To be finished within 7 days, 50% fee

• Chargebacks are not allowed, any attempt of it will get you blacklisted and blocked;

Additional Fees (Redraws and Fixes)

• Refer to the 6th and 7th line in General Rules about order references;
• Please feel free to doodle over my sketch/drawing, redlines are highly appreciated no matter your drawing skill level, they help me a lot more than words alone;
• If you are leaving a pose/design up to me, and are not pleased with what I picked, I will resketch it for free, twice. If you are still not pleased with it, i will charge a 10% fee to keep trying (per additional sketch.) To surpass that, give me any sort of image with the desired pose or similar.
• Check if EVERYTHING is right with the refined sketch before i line; If you noticed something only long after you have approved each WIPs, you will be charged 20% for each change, please be observant.
• After I have Finished the piece and you have completely Approved each sent WIP (if I sent them), no changes will be made, unless it was a mistake of mine. Like I missed a color or forgot small elements. (This applies to the current piece, if i'm working in various stickers and you approved each one of them and only point out later a mistake that isn't attention based but your own idea, you will not be exempt of fee, that's totally on you) If that wasn't something noticed by you in the WIPs, then I am sorry, that's on you, so PLEASE avoid doing that. I will only perform a change like that for an additional 50%

A Book of Creatures is an extremely well done and informative site on mythological creatures from basically all cultures of the world, things you're not going to find anywhere else in this much depth on the internet, WITH good representative drawing/depictions, all done by 1 guy.
The last update was in 2021, due to the owner's country issues, which completely unmotivated him to continue, declaring permanent hiatus
I hope anyone reads this journal and could be able to help keeping the site known and 'alive'.
My country's restrictions doesn't allow to financially support them too.
