To draw a LOT more. 2015 was a challenging year for me - I'd been in the closet for too long, and it took its psychological toll on me. But all my loved ones supported me, and many said they suspected anyway. So the year was tough, but I've never felt better.

However, I lost a lot of my drawing confidence, and I gotta make an effort to work on it. Can't promise you'll see the results here, but thought I'd share. I at least made me a new avatar.

I just got a job as animator on the Talking Tom animated YouTube series!

...and I'm happy to say that they took it really well. My parents told me that they already knew, since I kinda warmed them up to the idea that I might be, but were happy that I told them. My sister was a bit more surprised, but said that she suspected. All said they just wanted me to be happy in my own skin, as myself.

Still have yet to tell my best friend, though.

...and I was so nervous for the entire film that they were gonna take Classified's character in some terrible direction. But I was relieved, and thrilled. He's a great character, very funny, and they just treated him like the sharp and no-nonsensical leader of the team that he is. I love that. That's kind of all I wanted; a great character who's a wolf. I'm so happy about that.

I really want to check this program out, but googling it doesn't yield any obvious links - at least not ones that don't end in viruses (oh McAfee, what would I do without you?). Can you direct me to a safe working version of SAI - I'm quite willing to spend a few simoleons on it.

I don't know about you, but in media where characters from different species (one of them typically human) are hinted at being in love, people often chime 'oh, the bestiality meters are off the chart' or the like.

I differentiate between bestiality and anthropomorphism. One is a case of sad people fucking unwitting animals. The other is a case of two individuals, both with intelligence of a similar wavelength - humanoids, if you will - being attracted to one another. I, for one, see a pretty huge difference therein.

I really wish people would stop flinging the "bestiality" tag around where it doesn't belong. If anything, it just gives anthropomorphism unjust unpopularity.

Hi all. I want to thank my watchers, some new ones I have inexplicably aquired despite my total abandonment of this place. I'm honoured and I feel I owe you an explanation.

First, a long-running animation job leaves me with little spare time, during which I am often creatively spent. Second, I am still battling the worst art block of my life, where I often have runs of days when I don't feel like drawing at all, and I'm desperate to get over this. Part of that is that awful, awful feeling when the works of talented artists (many of which I watch here) discourage me rather than inspire me, for I fear that I will never reach their level and/or am jealous of their ability to do something that I wish with all my heart I could. For these reasons, my lack of contribution to my gallery is perhaps more understandable.

I haven't abandoned FA, but it's become very cumbersome for me to keep track of all the artists I watch. And while I sort out my personal issues, I fear that this site has taken a backseat to my foremost priorities. I appreciate the watches, guys, and maybe one day I'll have reclaimed my art spark to start posting stuff again. But until then, pop over to my tumblr to see all sorts of cartoon stuff. I am 27, I'm a guy. I love taking a shower. The thought of peeing while actually in the shower has never once crossed my mind. Ever. I've never heard anyone talking about it, and I've been in lots of locker room conversations. And yet, looking it up on the internet, most of the answers imply that everyone does it, and that if you don't, you're basically a liar. What the hell?! Am I the only one who thinks that it's just a gross concept? Why would that be considered that level of normal? I could understand if the question were if you jerk off in the shower, but peeing? Besides, you know, the toilet is right there. Somebody back me up, please, 'cause this is blowing my mind.

As I look back on 2013, I feel that I'm not the same person I was a year ago. I am, however, on a similar level as an artist, and that disappoints me. I have had a bit of a personal problem that might be to blame for this, and which I'm gonna wage serious war on in the new year. It's also been very bittersweet to see my classmates open up an animation studio and do so well, a dream of mine that I can't see come true in the near future (seeing how I'm bound to my job for another year). But I'm gonna retrieve my muse in 2014 and get a better hold of my ambitions.

On the other hand, my new job this year (which I started last August) has been very good for me. I've become a more open, communicative person. I've made some friends here, something I always take as an event. And I know more about studio environment now, and will even moreso in a year's time.

Besides, I've gotten more into gaming this year too. I got a PS3 and a PSP within a short space of each other and have been greatly enjoying them. So this year has definitely not been a waste. I do, however, consider it a real eye-opener that if I want to make my dreams come true, I gotta step up and put in more effort instead of just promising that I will.

Happy New Year! With any luck, I might actually put some stuff up in the new year. But if not, rest assured, I am busy improving myself.

Way to ruin what was a most exciting movie to look forward to. Apparently, this wasn't even a Hollywood decision.

2013 was a tough year to be a wolf fan, but it's also shown me more about human solidarity than I can remember. Over 1 million Americans (and hopefully more foreigners like me) wrote to object stripping wolves of federal protection. That's the biggest response ever to an open proposal like that. So 2014, I have high hopes for you.

On another note, I saw Frozen yesterday. The wolf scene in said movie didn't bother me - in fact, it was pretty funny, set up to be a humorous backdrop to Anna and Kristof's banter. What did bother me were the rather sing-songy musical numbers, which really went over the top at times. But Olaf and Sven are awesome, and the visuals are stunning. I also liked all the Norwegian architecture and clothing. All in all, I like Frozen, but not nearly as much as Wreck-It-Ralph and Tangled.

I've been hearing some things about it that are sure to irk me:

-Digitigrade bear? Really?
-On that note, Beorn not at all a thickset man like in the book? Come on!
-Wyvern Smaug? Just... just...

What do you think? Is it still worth seeing?
