Now I only have ahhh... about 10-12 days until my appointment with Unemployment(I wonder if I should even bother since that Fiscal Cliff shit and the fact that they told me they're gonna cut me off in two days, though they never sent me a dime o.o Maybe they'll still pay me for almost TWO MONTHS of unemployment. I'm doubting it.), and only a couple days after that till my moving. *shivers a little*

I'm really super excited. My indiegogo campaign to help me fund my trip and my re-establishment only has about 34 hours left on it, and while it didn't hit the $500 yet, I'll still be getting the money that it DID get, and I should be alright. You guys have been totally amazing in this endeavor, and I thank everyone for helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I only have ten more days on my campaign, and all the money goes to my trip that is PROJECTED for Jan. 10th(I have to end it early so that I'm able to get the money from my paypal to my bank account by the correct time).

I've only got 13 days on my campaign and the goal is the lowest I can go with Indiegogo, but here it is.

It includes commission-type deals, to be started upon my getting to Wisconsin, which will hopefully be only a few days after Jan 7th, weather permitting.

Please note that $500 is the minimum I can ask for on Indiegogo to start a campaign, and I do have a bit of money now. Really, $400 would cover what I need from here on out, but any amount helps.

If you've only got $5 to contribute but would still like art, just note me and preferably screencap your 'receipt' page and send that. I don't plan on taking any money for free. Everyone will be getting compensation somehow.

Spreading this around would really really help me out. :C I don't have a lot of networks myself, and would feel sketchy setting up accounts just for it.

The plan right now is to set up an Indiegogo with a goal of $500 by Jan. 7th(or around that day), because I have an appointment with unemployment on that date and aaah, I need to talk to them for many reasons. I probably won't get a dime until I do it, but yeah.

Anyway, I've been looking into everything that will need doing. I'll need to get my car inspected again, and hopefully pass this time, which will be $12(if nothing more needs fixing), and I'm going to be getting AAA to help me on the road if anything should happen on my way.

The trip is going to be around 27.5 hours, according to Mapquest, and I'll want to get Khana something to keep her calm during the ride and of course, cat food and litter for it. I have friends in Pittsburgh which Mapquest said was about 14 hours from where I am now, so I'll have a place to stay that will be cat-friendly, and I can stay a couple days to prepare for the second long leg of my drive(I'm rather used to 18 hour drives due to doing a lot of trips from VA to ME, but I'll still need rest and recovery, and no doubt Khana will as well.)

If all goes well, the total cost won't be more than $300, but I'm... ah... nototrious for things not going as planned. I figure a few hundred extra is mostly to keep me and Khana from having to sleep in my car in the middle of winter as I drive near Canada, and to make absolutely certain I will reach  Nancy, because if you've got $200, I'm pretty sure you can hop aboard some sorta bus or something, if it comes down to that.

Anyway, upon arrival to Wisconsin, I'm not gonna have a job. I will have a few months of fair living before I absolutely MUST do it(though my conscience will certainly not allow me to just leave it alone, that's how I am), and most extra money from the trip will go to helping me get on my feet.

But once I go, and get on my feet and comfortable and safe, I will be donating as much as I can to any Battered Women's Shelter or any sort of Domestic Violence charity I can, because I've suffered from Domestic Violence for too long, and no one should have to go through this, ESPECIALLY just because of the lack of physicality of the abuse. No cuts, bruises, or broken bones doesn't mean there's a lack of abuse, and I really hope that I can somehow help to bring some light to that sort of situation.

I'll keep everyone updated and let you guys know when I make my page and stuff. But let me tell you, just having a solid plan really helps. I feel a lot better. It's like being caught in a fire and knowing the escape route.

I have two whole days left after I get to sleep tonight before my orientation at UPS, and I'm gonna wanna draw, but the problem is that I'm kinda hitting a point where I am BORED of drawing the characters I always draw and kinda wanna do pinups of some furry doods and doodettes(and by pinup, yes, I do mean clothed, I honestly like the look of form-fitting clothing more than nudes).

Problem being that I have very few actual furry type characters and I don't wanna draw flat faces.

So maybe... Suggest animals, genders(I prefer non-heteronormative characters anywho), maybe clothing styles and some other stuff! Whatever you prefer seeing, I guess? Plenty of will to draw, but not many ideas atm.

I've been using OpenCanvas for a loooooong time, and have kind of forgone SAI, but now I wanna try using SAI again. I'm currently using it to ink and it's a long, painstaking process.

Any hints or tips on what tools to use for/how to color in SAI? Or any way to speed up the process of inking? So slooooow.

Would anyone be interested in getting one or a few busts like these ones here?

How much should I charge? :T I do need some money to hold me over till I can get a job, but I can't really afford to make them too cheap.

It was one year ago on Halloween(a few days before ok, split hairs), that I first flew out to see my  nancy

It's been really awful not being able to see her, but it just reminds me of how long it's really been, though it still feels like it wasn't more than a week ago. I miss her so much, and hope I can get to move in with her sometime soon, she means the world to me~
