Got this in my email once I was able to finally check it. I honestly don't know what to think, other than laughing my ass off. Here I was, thinking that maybe, just maybe, this person was done with their little Rouge obsession, and done with their "my portrayal of Rouge is better then canon, even!" dialogue, finally admitting they had a personal problem and was finally getting help. Seems I was wrong, or the therapy they're getting is one of those "it's not your fault, it's the people around you/that interact with you. Blame them!" that I've seen before.

So yay. I actually have a hater that isn't just some fat bastard on a chatroom who thinks it's cool to be a dickhead in order to hide his jealousy.

I AM working on a new story. I haven't decided if it's a one-shot or a series, I'll figure that out once it's done.

I realize that my writing lacks in adult situation experience. Outside of one or two crossover stories, I just don't write sexual interactions. It might be lack of experience, it might be my habit of wanting to describe everything that makes me think writing a sexual story would be boring, I don't know.

However, I began a story last night that would be based in the AU of the Berserker, featuring Amy Rose and my character Stealth. It's a BDSM type story, one that I feel will enable me to improve on writing sexual interactions as well as help flesh out Stealth's personality and help make him not so Stu-ish (though, since he's my original fancharacter, I obviously don't think he's Stu-ish... kinda. Maybe a little).

Why is the majority of the furry fandom gay?

I have nothing against gays, seriously. To each their own. This is just something that has bugged me since joining the fandom. Not to mention, the majority of the pics on FA's front page when logging in every day will be guy-on-guy, cock in ass pictures, 9 out of 10 times.

MOST SONIC FANS IN GENERAL CANNOT TAKE CRITICISM OF THEIR WORKS.

Seriously. There are popular artists on here that are happy when everyone is praising them, but if they get one or two bad reviews on some work, they go batshit ballistic crazy. They change their entire scope of work to "get back at" the people that gave them the bad review, and it's fucking stupid.

I'm not stupid enough to claim that the entire Sonic fandom does this. That would be like me claiming that the entire furry fandom likes to shit in their fursuits at furry conventions as opposed to going to the bathroom in the correct facility.

If you have a lot of watchers on this site, and you don't draw porn just once, you're liable to get a bad review from the pornmongers. There is a difference between "Yaaaar, your art is terrible, there's no boobs in it," and "You need some work with body structure and shape." There's a difference between "Your character is just a fucking recolor, boo," and "It might help to give your character some more defining features so it doesn't just look like a recolored [insert character here]."

I say this to everyone, I'm gonna say it again: draw because you want to draw, and not because you're looking for fans. You can't please everyone, and to try is going to drive you insane.

The majority of the popular artists on this site are popular because they draw, or have drawn, naked boobs, cocks and pussies. But I know many of them would prefer to not have to cater to their fans for fear of getting their art flooded by negative "WE WANT BOOBS!" reviews.

The artists that aren't popular here rarely have porn in their gallery. See the correlation? People come here looking for fap fuel. You'll be popular if you draw porn. But if you stop drawing porn once you're popular, you'll get booed out for it.

And the fans of Sonic artists that do Sonic porn are the worst. They feel they're entitled to the porn because they've "stuck with this horrible series" and don't have to work for it.

This is why all the decent Sonic fans are disappearing.

I've tried to help you. I've been talking with other users behind the scenes, in non-public PM form, to try to get them to forgive you. But you keep tearing down everything I'm trying to build up. Your "do unto me if you want me to do unto you" attitude is tripping you up, and though you admit you have a problem, you do nothing to stop it.

Your misplaced anger is ruining your image.

Your blatantly obvious jealousy that you don't own what you wish you did is making each and every one of your rants look childish, and you the same.

Your tendency to RAGEQUIT whenever the majority of the people around you don't agree with you makes you look like a typical, 14 year old fanfic writer.

Your tendency to erase your journals whenever they aren't received with the reaction that you're going for makes me wonder if it's all an act, and you're just a troll borrowing works from a different writer.

You're a part of the Sonic fandom, and if you honestly believe that you aren't, you're a fucking fool. When the majority of your writing is Sonic-based, then you're a part of this fandom. When you have a conniption every time another artist draws a certain unnamed character (though we ALL know which character this is) in a way "not befitting who [they] really are" as according to your opinion, that makes you (in the words of YouTube's BLACKBusterCritic) a Sonicfag.

More than likely, you've blocked me, since that's what you do right after you call people names. You stick them on your block list. But then, you clear that block list once every other week, so there's really no point. You'll see this eventually. Whether or not you reply to it, I don't really care.

The most unique aspect of all this is that I don't even have to give your name in this journal.

You... you were complaining because I want people to look at what I upload. Listen pal, it might not matter to you but it does to me. If no one's looking then I won't waste time uploading. It would be far easier to email the new chapter to 1 or 2 people of interest instead of maintaining an account or a website. I'm sorry if you think everyone should ignore pageviews and a fanbase but that's not why sites like that exist. I post to share but I will only share if people want to see it.

You've complained about that steadily and I got sick of hearing it. I'm sorry if that offended you but you showed me very little to no courtesy.

See, this is what I call the 'Microsoft Mindset' of your typical amateur artist/author. A person gets on a site, or starts a site, and begins to gain fans of their work. When they start to get popular, they lose the focus on the fans they have, and gain a drive to gain fans instead of remaining loyal to the fanbase they already have.

I was not complaining because '[he] wanted people to look at what [he] uploads'. I was complaining because ALL of the whiny-ass journals he was posting were him complaining about how his fans 'weren't posting comments on his stories' or (and this is/was the worst) other artists/authors were posting stories/posting art that [he] didn't agree with, and so he blocked them. Someone posts a picture or a story depicting Rouge as a slut, and  diosoth not only blocks them but complains that these people aren't 'treating [her] with the respect she "deserves"', as if he owns the character.

Then there were his Block List Related Journals. Every so often he posts that he's blocked a bunch of people from contacting him. And roughly once or twice a month he 'clears his block list' and posts about it in his journal. He has yet to post his true motivation for blocking people, but I think I know why: it's so that he can rip into them and insult them in his journals, and they can't Note him or Shout him on his profile in response. Then he waits long enough that he figures the person has forgotten about his bullshit, and releases the name from the Block List.

Why do I say that this is the reason? Because it's what he did with me. He put me on his block list because he was sick of my opinion about his whining, and then uses his profile page to complain about me and try to slander my name on the website. Because I was on his block list, I couldn't send him a note telling him to take the shit down, and I couldn't post on his wall saying the same thing either. He puts people on his block list so that he can 'get away' with slandering them, and he figures they can't do anything about it.

Except that posting such things on his profile against other users is against the ToS/CoC here, and the last thing I want is to have what little readership I have to be persuaded to stop reading because of little lies told by a fellow author because said author doesn't agree with my opinion.

I have never used my block list. I don't think I ever will. Except in the case of trolls, I find that utilizing such a list is cowardly and despicable. To place users on a block list and then berate them, giving them no way to contact you (in the case of  diosoth he states that any emails received from users on his block list, he will discard and regard as spam) shows nothing but a lack of respect towards the userbase as a whole, and promotes one's self as an absolute coward.

I complained because  diosoth seems to be forgetting about the loyal userbase he has that has given him his "coveted" pageviews, and instead is focusing on the people that he doesn't have. And the more he complains about not having fans, the more of his fans will LEAVE so that what he's saying is true.

The reason why I add this little rant in here? Your "What If" story. The whole premise was "What if that alien/Cthulu thing hadn't landed in Thomas' back yard?" And you know what you changed in that story? You made it that Thomas wasn't sick. That's it. He and Rouge still got together and fucked like rabbits. So you know what that makes "Thomas Adriani" in any of your stories? Change every instance of "Thomas Adriani" to "diosoth" and you have your answer.

Unlike you, I want to hear your rebuttal. I wanna hear you 'defend' yourself. So I'm not going to add you to my block list. And I'm not going to call you a moron on my profile page. I'm not going to stop recommending your clean stories to people who want to read a good bit of fiction.

What's the one thing that most fanfic writers are criticized with, that gives us ALL a bad name, regardless of what we write?

The fact that they explode at fans and non-fans alike for liking a pairing that they don't particularly care for.

This is especially bad in the Sonic fandom, where recolors run rampant. I don't care about recolors. You could have a million recolors, but if you know how to write an interesting backstory for them and don't have them Mary Sue/Gary Stu up your storyline, then you're fine.

I began writing the story with it as a single chapter idea, but then it evolved into a multi-chaptered story, and now I need a name for the therapist in Regret. Here are her features that I've thought out so far:

I don't have much fiction of my own that isn't fanfiction. I've been reading into the rules of this site, and the rules don't state anywhere that art submissions have to be purely animal or anthro in any way. Human submissions are fine.

Why do I state this? Because up til now, the only bit of writing I have on this site, except for my anthro-biography, are Sonic fics. In the next few days, I'm going to be finding and uploading every bit of fanfiction I have. My gallery isn't all that impressive, and after being here a couple years, I personally think I should have more.

Plus, FF.net is getting to be a cesspool for real writers, and there are actually people here that enjoy reading, and that are willing to offer me tips in my own writing.

I'm not looking for watchers. I'm not looking for views, I'm not looking for comments. I write because I enjoy it. I write because I want people to read into my psyche. And FA's archiving/gallery system works so much better, and is so much easier to use, than FF.net's system.
