Jasper is at Peace
Posted a week agoJasper is at peace now. I was able to get to a Vet to have him taken care of. It was not as expensive as I expected at the new place. 210 as opposed to the 300 or so, I expected.
Once they took him back to get the IC put in, they said Jasper gave two shuddering gasps and then went non responsive. It was time, he was waiting holding on, to let go until I was not around. He went peacefully, and that is all that really matters. Now, I just need to recover emotionally and heal from the loss.
It still hurt me financially, as a friend had to help me out with the difference. I could still use some help on the Go fund me. I will most likely leave it up till the end of the month.

My cat Jasper is over 16 years old, and his health is going down hill fast. He's stopped grooming himself, and not cleaning himself after using the litterbox. I do not have the funds needed to pay for the final vet bills. As they are insisting on an Examination, in addition to the bill of paying for the euthanasia. I have looked to other places but they won't consider it unless they examine him first and foremost. And I can't afford all that. I need help. 116 for the euthanasia bill, another 120 for them to have him taken to a pet cemetery, and at least another 80 for the mandatory examination.

I need an honest opinion.
Posted a year agoI need an Honest opinion, I work at a job, dishwasher. I have a Co-employee I help who has glaucoma and diabetes, and while her Eye sight is not great, i do understand her not wanting to be treated as an Invalid.
Yet
I am polite, Respectful, courteous, and helpful (like cleaning off plates that still have food on them so she can do them faster) Yet she seems to Equate this with me Treating her as an Invalid. I thought I was just doing my job to treat my fellow humans with respect.

Mother's day Memorial

May 8th, 2022 is Mother's day. May 8th is also my mother's birthday. My mother passed away on october 8th, 2021. This will be the first of many of her birthdays and mother's days without her. My relationship with her was not easy. She was an alcoholic.
The reason she drank was many fold, first and foremost she had PTSD from events I will not speak of and know not all the details of. The second was she was in pain constantly. And she had a choice of drinking to seeing out narcotic levels of pain medications.
This put a lot of stress on our relationship, add into the fact that she was physically disabled, and I have no car. I was over there a lot helping take care of her. It was not easy, and while she had improved near the end, it still did not make it any better.
My mom had told me if she was dying, she would rather live two weeks pain free on dangerous levels of medication than two months lingering in a bed dying. She also made me promise when it was her time to go, to let her go. Even with two doctors, and two family members telling me it was time, it made it hard.
I take some comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering, but still I miss her greatly. And this year it will hit me hard. There are those who have much better and much worse relationships than I have. All I can say is, unless the situation is beyond all reconciliation, Cherise the time you have with your mother, and tell them how much you love them. For I loved my mom so much it hurt.
Rest in Peace Mom.

I did get a forced payment, not that it helps with the stress I have been under. I did get extra so I am not sure if it was a mistake or I am due it. So. Here is to life's mysteries, and the scrawniness of government systems.

Posted 3 years agoWEll , Social security is being a pain in the ass. I had expected my money to be deposited on the 1st or 3rd. But Nothing. No idea what is going on because they said it was being deposited into my mom's account. When they forced the back payment, it went into her account. And it was said that it went into mom's account.
Mom only had one account. And I was on it.
I hate asking for help again. But the money I had from the previous gofundme has already been used on bills and such.
To Top it all off. I got word of termination from my job, as the boss was paying me in cash, I can't go to unemployment and get compensation.

GOT my SOCIAL SECURITY AND BACK PAY
Posted 4 years agoI have Gotten My Social Security. And my Back Pay. So I am no longer in danger of losing my home. There is Still a bug in the system that keeps my case from being updated, and my caseworker is working on it.
As It stands I am no longer in danger of losing my home. As for all Donations Made. I am putting 420 in an envelope and putting it back for Emergency BILL MONEY Only.

page to a family facebook group when I first created it. and No one from the family replied to it, Not even to post a comment of moral support such as "While I can not help you out financially, you are in my thoughts and prayers" and With my Social Security not coming through AGAIN I have a choice PAY my rent with what little money I can scrounge together over the next month to keep a roof over my head as long as possible. Combined with multiple years of virtually no emotional support. My mother dying on Oct 8th, three months with a loss of my income. I finally exploded.
I finally told the family in the group they have abandoned me, and as I would be forced to move out possibly on the streets I could save my electronics, but loose everything else. I gave them a choice to pay me for the antiques and family photos I have, or I would sell them/destroy them. Well no surprise they kicked me out of the group.
2022 is off to an incredible wonderful astounding start for me.

I know I did not post such My Social security needed to be transfered to a new rep and it has not gone through. A Crappy last few months.

An impact to my PC breaks ther CPU fan, Then the large Hard drive DIES, and after THAT, what seems like all sorts of programing and bugs just plague it.
NOW My TV dies.
The last several months have been horrible for me.

My aunt last month, some time in February, had a mini stroke. She is doing fine, she is recovering at an incredible rate for someone who is 80!. She is staying at a nursing home. And she was resolved to loose all her property. BUT
I stepped up and offered to take over her place. It's just with in my budge limit (with the internet). So. Through it all, I have a place of my own now. At least until We know for a fact if she will be staying there, OR, if she will recover enough to once more live on her own.
6 - 8 months give or take.

Posted 10 years agoI do have some places to get a good look at for a home, Some close by so I can walk to the place if I select it as a new home. Also Mom being mom asked me to forget about our fight on what happened. But I am still looking for the new place regardless. so I won't be.... out on the street at least.

loosing my home
Posted 11 years agoWell mom and I have had yet more fights and she has given me until the end of the month to get out of the house. Chances are it will be a very very long time before I can get back on line. I hope sooner or later to get my own place. and my own internet.

Posted 12 years ago Well Other then the fact I am still dealing with the emotions of my mother hurting her self. Basically there was ice on the ground, so she asked me if I would go out get her a bottle of vodka. I said No, it is close to midnight, there is Ice on the ground. She asks me if I would stop her if she went out. I told her yes. She has cataracts And is legally blind. I don't want her to not see the ice fall and hurt her self. WE get into an argument, and in the end, I feel to protect her got her two bottles. She Decides to Go for a walk while I am out. She comes home with someone helping her telling me she slipped and fell on the ice.
Please understand she is an alcoholic for years now.

Bad news, and some good News.
Posted 13 years agoI have some Bad news everyone... After two weeks. I will be putting all of the pictures of Softpawz, JAck, and Kaneta into my scraps folder. Never to be pulled out again.....
Now the Good news.
I am Moving all of Softpawz, Kaneta, and Jack over to their Own FA page I have started... Here is the Link.
It will take me a day or so, But I will be moving all these lovely pictures over to their own page!

Two peices of good news

Here is the first, I have yet to see the guy I got into a fight with. I don't think he will bother me. I might have seen him around as one guy in a coat with his hood up always seems to turn away from me when I approach him, Meaning I should not have any retribution from him. Still I will stay alert and on guard.

The other good news is Kline and I have finally gotten the money together to the Next picture in the picture series By Moody Ferret. Dealing with the After math of Softpawz Deception, and her punishment by Her master Jack Shepard. It may take another two weeks before I can get word on it's status, But I want everyone to know the Softpawz Saga Will continue.

Got into a physical fight Last night.
Posted 14 years agoWell last night I had a heck of an adventure In Real Life.
Mom sent me to the store to get her a couple of things, so I headed to it walking. And on the Way back, I encountered some Drunk guy coming out of a a bar, who was harassing a couple of women.
Well I couldn't keep walking by and do nothing, so i asked them if they needed help.
The Drunk guy basically went psycho on me. Began posturing, and looking for a fight, Provoking, and, After he took off his shirt, removed his belt to use as a weapon.
Finally when he swung it, I was within my right to defend myself so I tackled him. And after a short scuffle we both ended on the ground where I was able to reach his throat and apply pressure to his cardiac artery, and he began to relax at which point he no longer had me, but I had him, and I was able to get him to the ground and pin him more or less.
Buy that time, I had a couple of other people show up to help, one being a bouncer from said bar.
After I had pinned the guy he broke down crying, and took a bit but the girls, who apparently knew him took him off in their car and drove off. After he was being driven away, I saw him make a throat cutting motion at me.
The guy doesn't know where I live, as he left before I headed home. I am Slightly worried of the Guy, but I do feel good I helped out two strangers.
Hopefully he won't remember anything this morning. Added to the fact I will be cutting my hair (Due to him grabbing my long hair in the wrestling shuffle, and shaving my beard.). Still I do have a worry he might show up, either with a ground of friends, or with a weapon this time.
A man's pride can make him do stupid things. I do ask that people keep me in their prayers, and I do not hold a grudge against the guy who was drunk. Strong drink can.... make any one do stupid things. If he was drunk.
