This is a TOS (terms of service)
if anyone is interested in commissioning, trading with, or buying characters from me.

1) art trades: these take me a longer time to finish than commissions at times.. thats why they are not always open ^^'
but! if i ever forget to return art just please message me! i do not want anything to go unpaid (just provide proof that i owe you art..)

2) commissions: these are high priority.. but if you pay less you have to expect a longer waiting time, especially with my computer at because I am not always home to be drawing..

point commissions are (OPEN)

3) completion time: it takes me anywhere between a few mintues to a few months to complete some art pieces... so just be sure to continue having contact with me and please be understanding!
i will send WIP's if asked to in order to show progress

4) WIP's: Works in progress, i send these in order to show that i have started on the art i owe you. It is also used so you can say if there are changes you'd like to have made... if you do NOT tgell me if i send you a WIP of it then complain after its finished... that will be on YOU not me.

5) refunds/ cancellation: I may end up refunding/canceling art myself due to events in my life and if i do that i apologize now..
if you end up canceling, I will refund some of what was paid (if its for a comm.) BUT! *read this* if i already have it completed to the point where i can post, or is 100% done, I will only refund what I believe is fair for the amount I have done
(free to some negotiation.... just don't be a dick)
IF I FORGET OR DON"T UPDATE ENOUGH PLEASE JUST REMIND ME!!!!!!
(sometimes i take a long time or lose a contact, or get flooded with things to do)

6) respect: i will be respectful of you, as long as you give the same respect to me.
If you just show up, criticize and be rude to me I WILL block/remove you immediately. I expect you to at least talk nicely to me if you have a disagreement and don't immediately assume something of me without asking first. Don't swear at me, or act childish when you're angry.. I will not take you seriously if you don't act mature. I will talk about any disagreement in an ADULT manner, if this is not done.. well i said already. I will remove/block you

7) credit: When using any of my art/characters. i only ask ONE thing... give me credit! if its an adopt, you DON'T need to credit me as the creator... BUT if you use my art as an example then i ask you credit me.

8) Questions: when asking about you're art specifically...just ask me in a personal message so it's not public.
if you have a question or are confused about THIS post please just comment, and i will clear up/update anything that's needed ^^

- Simple- $5
(includes a fullbody of your character, hands/paws/feet details, eye, ear, mouth and tail details -again.. using MY bases- , your character's name and SOME basic info)
be sure to specify which of MY bases you want used!

- Complex- $7-$10 (depending on complexity)
(includes a fullbody of your character, hands/paws/feet details, eye, ear, mouth and tail details -again.. using MY bases- , and can add accessories/other things that are unique. your character's name and some info, including likes/dislikes, backstory, gender, sexuality, age, species, etc....)
