It was an ordinary day, nothing to portend trouble. There was a council in the city laboratory on the outskirts of the city. The heads of the corporation and leading scientists were deciding the fate of biological weapons: "Will they be developed or not? Someone put forward the position: "Yes!" Some said, "We are against it." But in the end, the forces tipped in favor of creating the weapon and the heads of the corporation gave the green light for its development. Three scientists were put in charge of its development: Minera, head of the biological department, Edward, head of the engineering department and Steven, head of the weapons department.
