because new years is only a couple days away, i'm opening them up in preparation, if you're interested , my price can be found here and feel free to send me a note, i'm going to have three slots open which will be found on my page, as well as information as to their progress, as well as ongoing projects. i plan to still do the monthly sketch requests, but it will just be one drawing a month, as will have more to work on.

all my art planned for this month is done, i've caught up on all my messages, and so i get to take it easy the next few days other than my normal work. and since that'll be super busy soon, i just wanna wish everyone happy holidays, i hope you enjoy whatever it is that you celebrate, and that you get some time to relax if you need it. this year's been a ride, but hopefully next year will be an improvement.

come one come all for my december raffle. this month i'll be doing two drawings, so enter if you're interested and i'll announce the winners in one week.

since it's almost december, just a heads up, as i stated at the beginning of the year when i opened commissions, i'll be changing my prices, this change will happen at the start of next year, so anyone who's commissioning me before then, is paying my current prices, even if working on it runs into next year. the prices that i set to start with were what i was comfortable with, it's my first year so i wanted to ease into it without feeling too overwhelmed by things. however, i had a long conversation with a friend who commissions a lot of people as to what they feel would be more fitting for my own prices. they gave me a proper estimate that they felt reflected both the quality of the work, and the effort put into it. the prices themselves will be as follows...

line bust: $5, line half: $10, line full, $15.
flat color bust: $10, flat color half: 15$, flat colors full $20
Shading bust: $15, shading half: 20$, shading full: $25

the shading would be experimental, extra characters would cost the bust price of the type, and there would be a maximum of three characters per commission. there would be some other rules as well, to avoid situations that are just a hassle for everyone, but i'll get to those when it's the new year. that being said, i would like to thank those who've helped and supported me along the way this year, both those that've commissioned me, and those that've been a part of my monthly requests. those will likely still be a thing as well, though i may stick with fewer numbers each month to prevent backlog.

if anyone has any feedback, i'm open to it. if these prices don't seem appealing to you, let me know what you feel would be more suitable. i'm not saying i'm going to change the prices to whatever anyone says, i just want some general opinions on it and go from there.

first, happy halloween, i'm a bit late, but still hope people had some fun.

second, i did participate in inktober (sketchtober for me) and i was debating if i should try to upload it as one whole file, using the same tactic as with my last one, or if i should upload each one individually

third, i've got two large projects going on so expect those before the end of the year (hopefully).

fourth, november raffle, if you're interested, leave a comment saying so, i'm only doing one drawing this month because i've got other stuff, i'll try to balance working on all things, but the others will likely take priority.

over a thousand submissions, two months worth of faves, a couple hundred journals, a few sketch requests, and now i'm all caught up. this month i'll do my best to focus more on keeping up on my drawings, i am participating in inktober, though my stuff isn't really inked, and mostly sketches, but i'm doing my best to get through them, and do the one drawing i have scheduled for this month. i may share some inktober sketches, but it'll probably be in a similar format to two years ago, and some might be hard because one was just done as a pumpkin. so we'll see. but yeah, i've finally caught up again, and i really need to stop waiting a month or two before going through stuff.

okay, so i'm still working on my september requests, a lot of stuff happened last month and i kinda lost most of my motivation, i've managed to finish two of the requests, so i only have two left. as for october, i will be participating in inktober, or at least trying, so i'll be doing daily quick sketches that i may or may not upload, but i will also be taking one request for october, just one this month, but a quick rule, it has to be something related to halloween. leave a comment if you're interested and i'll announce the winner in a week.
