ALL NEW YCH SALES SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Greetings all. I apologize for the radio silence that some have been experiencing lately. I have been trying to keep up with messages though admittedly at this point it is getting a little bit out of control with the massive influxes of messages- some are slipping through the cracks.
To keep it short and sweet (and vague since this is ongoing) basically a good friend in the exotic pet business has died suddenly and i've been involved in lengthy court battles for the custody of several of the animals- some individuals are valued over $20,000, and critically endangered breeding pairs are priceless. it's been all consuming trying to fight for the placement of these animals with qualified care for the pets and conservation programs for certain breeders. It's a very complex case that was already been ongoing for several weeks, and will continue for the forseeable future due to the value of what all is in this estate. This headache is happening ONTOP of my careers, family and life changes that were already occuring. I promise that i'm not trying to ghost, scam, or do anybody wrong. I have progress occuring or stages already completed on most pieces in my queue and will be with you ASAP. This headache unfortunately is going to likely be fought for months if not years simply due to what and who all is involved. It's a pot with many, many hands in it. My time is going to be limited for the forseeable future. No more YCH slots will be processed at this time, and all focus will be on completing current queue in a reasonable amount of time. Rest assured that if you have purchased a slot from me, It WILL be complete, and you ARE eligible for freebies. Feel free to discuss this with me, and inquire if you haven't heard from me in a minute.
After this queue is complete, I will take a long break from commission work. Whether I ever have the time to open slots again in the future is TBD, though that discussion won't be at the very least until 2026.

Posted a year agoApologies if I'm slow to respond this week, currently in a burn unit at the hospital with mostly 2nd degree burns on 13% of my body. Telegram is best to reach me, but this is an update for current Commissioners trying to get in contact. I'll be looking at my messages, but a bit slow to respond. Thank you. Greetings everyone,
Im really sorry for any silence that commissioners and friends may be experiencing at the moment. My personal life has been really crazy for the past few weeks and I should've made this journal right from the get-go. It's been real hard to juggle it all and I've been kinda nervous to give this update.
I haven't really been online recently in dealing with some stuff irl. Usually i'm super active on here atleast but even that has been neglected recently. I sincerely apologize for that.
A TLDR for my IRL situation right now is that essentially a serious car crash led to me becoming my teenage sister's primary caregiver. My mother is helping out when I'm working and at college, but my sister requires 24/7 supervision due to some incredibly serious behavioral issues that we're experiencing right now as a result of a suspected TBI.
She went from a complete sweetheart to extremely agressive in all aspects with a hair trigger. Dealing with near everyday altercations in caring for somebody with a TBI is..alot. That ontop of my college classes and fulltime job has taken up most of my free time until we can find an alternative care situation. I've been working on pre-existing slots and commissions during the little free time I've had, though honestly progress has been slow and i apologize for that.
I AM continuing to work on current slots, and I appreciate the patience. Commissioners comfortable with waiting will receive an additional warmup-style sketch from me a token of my appreciation alongside their slot.
I PROMISE that excessive waits and poor communication like this situation will NOT be an issue in the future. I am working on slots, and we are working to find a suitable family member or care facility equipped to handle this situation. I will update everybody whenever I have the answers.
