Hi everyone!

I just wanted to give you an update on the YCH. I usually try to get my art out as soon as I possibly can, but there have been a few delays. I lost a pet rat, my uncle went into the hospital and needs a double lung transplant, so this delayed a visit from my parents. I can't really work on cub art while they are visiting, I dont want have to explain all those crinkles...

But we will be out of town until Wednesday, but after that I can get back to arting and *should* have the picture completed by Next weekend. I apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience.

All of the characters are flat colored and most have some shading, so it's mostly fully shading 3 characters, shading for the wading pool, and some background touches. So even with a crazy work schedule, this should be wrapping up quite soon!

lost her job when the company she worked for had to let her go. She worked there for 9 and 1/2 years! The company was showing signs of failure, due to their blind sights and Gennie helped keep it alive for those many years.

Gennie works as an electronics technician, so she has the skills but jobs are scarce where she lives lately. She has a Little side and a big side. She's a very positive person and has a great ability to listen. She also owns one kitty named Sammy Jo, who was a rescue. She really is a lovely person and I hate to see her in a position like this. Hi All,

I have been working very diligently on the Cub Discovery Zone YCH, but unfortunately some unforseen drama put me behind schedule. I am to be leaving for vacation tomorrow, and I still have about 6 slots to be shaded ( that and some late arrivals into the YCH) So this will regrettably push back the finished piece.

I am going to be taking my laptop with me and hopefully be able to finish it and post while on vacation. However, my laptop is quite old and persnickety, I am restoring it to its original condition and putting photoshop and all needed files on it.

Worst case scenario, I will have to wait until I get back to finish the picture. Which, if that happens, should be done at the end of the month.

Sorry for this everyone! I really like to get my pieces done quickly, but sometimes, Life gets in the way.

Looking back now, it all seems like a blur. and I left to go back to my hometown in TN, arriving around 3am on the 29th of June. It was nice to be back home and visiting my parents, and best friend .

We had a sort of bachelorette party on Saturday July 5th. It consisted of and myself getting our make up done by 's sister. She would be doing it for the wedding and wanted to do a trial run. The boys went out to an arcade while us girls did that, then we met up at Steak N Shake for dinner.

Sunday night I had to say goodbye to so that he wouldn't see me before the wedding. Of course, he waited around to almost midnight before leaving.. lol He didn't want to leave, nor did I want him too. He went to stay at the hotel with his sister and her husband.

The day of the wedding, I woke up and went up to get my nails done, it's the first time I had had the full nail set done professionally - im still getting used to typing with those. And I got my hair trimmed and straightened so it would lay flat.

Everything else seems like just a rush of getting things ready and getting to Rosewood, a beautiful manor home and chapel, lavishly decorated with antiques, on a tall hill surrounded by forest.

I had made fruit and cheese trays for the boys' room and the girls' room, but really didn't have much time to eat, once i got in my makeup had to be done. His sister was freaking out because of the time crunch, and there were several comments about 'pushy' and such.

My mom put a braid in my hair for the veil, and helped me into my dress - although i completely forgot to wear the pettiecoat.. but it was beautiful even without it. Scooby, my parents' poodle was dressed in his tux, and had the ring bearer pillow on his back with our rings. My niece was to lead him down the aisle for us. He was the cutest ring bearer I'd seen.

Kit's mom had gotten lost, and had called my dad to come and get her and take her back to their hotel to get Kit's father. This made them rather late. There wasnt any time to get our 'before the wedding' pic, but soon we were on the way to the chapel.

My cousin made the most beautiful bouquet. White hydrangeas, white roses, baby's breath, and a few other assorted white flowers, with a single pearl each that belonged to both of my grandmothers who had passed, dangling on a pink ribbon.

I walked with my father into the chapel to my chosen wedding march and we begun our ceremony. It was short and sweet, we did a unity sand ceremony - me pouring pink, and kit pouring blue, sand into a larger vase, symbolizing our individualism coming together as one. I am not sure really what else went on, I was watching the whole time, and he had the cutest happy grin on his face. His sister sang our song during the unity sand: A Thousand Years.

Then it was outside for, what seemed endless, amounts of pictures. I also noted that fireflies, and other random bugs seemed to be attracted to the tulle of my gown.

It more lots more picutres then I threw the bouquet, the pink one which Annika had, and oddly enough, she ended up with it again. Then it was off to cut the cake, our cake was 3 tier decorated in pink to white gradient and blue to white gradient. The top tier, which we cut, was blueberry cake, the middle strawberry cake, and the bottom was white cake. We did the traditional smear icing on each others nose, but only a little, and gently.

Our first dance ( and only ) was to Lullaby by Chester See. It really seemed like it was just he and I.

Unfortunately, this is where things go a little awry. I was supposed to have danced with my father after our dance. But Kit's mother had asked my dad to go out to help her decorate the car, so I missed my Father Daughter dance, and was quite upset about that. None of the music that I chose was played at the reception, instead, the music Kit's sister had chosen was played. At this point I was annoyed. I went to change out of my dress, and put on a shorter white summer dress.

By that time, it was already getting late, and most of the time after this I didnt even know where Kit was until we started packing up. Everyone was helping to clean up, except Kit's parents and sister and her husband, they all grouped at a gazebo until it was time to throw bird see. By that point, it was like 1am. We finally left about 1:30 after being pelted with birdseed from his family and some of mine. I ran to his car and got in, locking the doors. I refused to get out for a picture afterwards. Someone had thrown seed in my eye, i didn't so much mind the seed in my sandals, or my dress..

Then we were off to Gatlinberg for a few days for our honeymoon, in the honeymoon suite nonetheless. It had a small water park, a indoor and outdoor pool, water slide, mushroom fountain in the outdoor pool, lazy river, and most importantly a large jacuzzi tub in the room itself.

After that, myself, Kitren, Annika, my parents, and the poodle all went to the lake on my parents' pontoon boat. Annika and I road the barbie boat jetski - its quite pink and sits side by side, and Kit road my dad's blue rocketjetski. We swam and ate at the local boat dock. We had alot of fun.

Then it was quickly time to pack everything up and come back to our new home. I can foresee some drama ahead on the road before us, but with we can make it through anything together.

I have never found someone that I am so comfortable with in a relationship. We can talk about anything, and do anything together and it is just comfortable and natural. I love you always and forever my dear sweet Forever Love.. XOXOXO

Wow, can't believe it's here already! My mate and I are packing up and about to head out the door to return to my home in TN. Needless to say, I will be a bit busy the next couple of weeks, but I will try to check in with notes and such.

We will get married on July 7th at 7pm. ( 7-7-14 ) A little silly, but we think its cute. Not entirely sure where we are going for our HoneyMoon just yet, as we just got a house, so we are on the poor side.

My mate and I are moving into our new townhouse and will be without internet for a few days ( *gasp!* )

I wanted to let everyone know, especially those who are participating in my Cub Water Day pic. I have gotten all of the characters shaded and finished, I just have to complete the background.

I know I don't normally write journals too often, maybe something I should change in the future. Today's events warrant a journal to commemorate today's occasion.

My Love took me to Belle Isle on the James River to walk around the park. It was rather hot and sticky, but not as hot as it had been. We settled by the river and he ushered me over to a flat rock by the river. He waited till sunset and got down on one knee told me that he wanted to spend forever with me, and he asked me to marry him. Of course I said Yes, and he put a ring on my paw. I tell him I think I can signal planes with this thing!

Either way, with him, I am happy. I have never felt so at peace and comfortable with another person. He accepts me for who I am fully, encourages me, and cuddle-snuggles me, which I love. I love you my sweet

I wanted a place to jot down some ideas of potential pictures that I would like to do this summer. One reason I decided to post a journal about it, was also so that if other artists do the same themed picture as me it won't be one of those "Oh you copied their idea' kinda things.

It's been a long time since I posted a journal, and thought that I should bring in the New Year with greeting. But what the New Year brought me, I wasn't expecting...

came to visit me on the 26th of December. What happened after that, I can't quite explain. He was the first real furry and babyfur that I met. Definitely the first worth talking too.. That first night we met on SL so many years ago, we talked for hours and hours... like we'd always been old friends.

That never changed between us. He was always the best friend, and due to a blindness on my part, that was where he stayed. I knew he had always had a little crush on me.. but for whatever reason, he stayed as the loyal friend.

Until now, We fell into a relationship together that has taken us both by surprise. This is different than anything I could have ever imagined..

Have you ever had someone you trusted 100%, when trust is something that is almost impossible for others' to gain?, who is loyal, who can carry on a stellar intellectual conversation, seems to remember everything you ever told him, gives the best hugs ( and I am serious about this..) who is also a furry, a cub, is too generous for his own good ( Omg im not a stuff person!), loves your pets, is musically inclined as you are - but has a phenomenal gift, is the epitome of sweet, has a positive outlook, and rarely gets angry, strives to do more for you than you do for them ( Bring on that challenge now!). and is just as goofy silly as you are... and so much more.. well.. I have.

When he came to visit I wasn't expecting a romantic spark, and there wasn't one.. It was more like a flash fire. Needless to say, I have found something that I have been missing, I have found my other half.

So this was just my sappy, but true, way of introducing my new mate, Hopefully he won't kill me too much <3

I hardly know the words to describe the sheer pain I feel right now. I am a fool. I have just broken up with my mate of 2+ years  Raven_Welesa I just couldn't take any more.. I won't go into great detail, there is nothing gained by dragging his name through the mud.

Let us just say that I have been lied to, had promises broken - one he swore on, and cheated. Worst thing is the above didn't just happen once, but multiple times. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me... fool me x times.. well yeah.

I don't think I will ever love another like I did him, at least not for a very long time. For now I feel only pain. I guess I wasn't worth the truth.. I wasn't worth honesty.. did I really mean so little?

Please bear with me if you see a bunch of sad art. I also think that I will be retiring my white fox fursona. It is too painful to remember that I am his vixen no more. I may be selling that suit soon as well.

Mephit Furmeet 2011! I am so glad i decided to go to this con, I wasn't ready for the last one, and all in all could have used a little more time before this one as well.. but the fact remains I had fun. I met several new friends, and got in touch with some old friends and family.

Got to debut my new whitefox fursuit, and found out several things i want to change on it.. well not so many, but definitely needs some work on the head, but my clippers had pretty much went belly up before the con. All in all, can be fixed.

MFM was a very babyfur friendly con, which made for some fun gatherings. My mate  Raven_Welesa had wayyyyy too much fun teasing me over the course of the con, but in turn had my own fun *evil grin*

 Annikacat and  trisity also shared the room with us, and they were fun as always.  Annikacat had the farting skunk of doom, and  trisity was the best fursuit handler when she wasn't suiting herself. To both of them, thank you for making a wonderful con, and of course to my love  raven_Welesa <3

I think we have decided to make this our staple con, It was just too much fun.. pizza, ice cream, fursuit games, movies we didn't make it too... huge giant inflatable bears ... babyfur milk and cookies.. karaoke! And even a "Bed Intruder" dress-a-like.. what more could you ask for?/.. oh wait I know!! LONGER CON!

I look around my room and see suitcases and random fursuit parts laing about, and this can only mean one thing - con is over. But what a con it was. RCFM 2010 was my 4th con, and to date, my favorite.

I shared this con with my mate  Raven_Welesa , who made it an absolutely magical time. My sister  trisity she is like my partner in crime and just fun to be around.  Lilkitren my beloved brother who teases me at every opportunity - but i do the same to him "PINK!"  Annikacat my real life best friend, and of course  Corsi who is Mommy to all.. LOOK AT THEM TITTIES! and It's ALL Your fault Corsi!

For one reason or another didn't suit as much as I normally do, but i don't have any regrets. Made the debut of my pink Sharaye Roo suit, which I think went over well. Only a few adjustments here and there are needed. My favorite part of the games was when I kicked down the limbo pole and hopped over to the other side.. take that!

The con itself was alot of fun, but I can certainly say those around me definitely made this con the best one ever. I got to snuggle a  raven_Welesa fox almost as much as I wanted ( You can never snuggle a foxy too much.. ) I also got to dance with my precious fox and watch my brother  lilkitren bust out some serious moves, and even  corsi did a marvelous rendition of the Time Warp Dance!

We got to freak out a few upper class mundanes - always a plus in any booik. And one night i got to share some chocolate milk with a  trisity while we chatted.

I also got to spend a little time with my grampa Omnifox who is always a pleasure to be around.

But as I look around, I still wonder.. what happened to con?

I had been looking forward to Spring Break for some time now. A week off from the trials and mundane routine, But what actually was, is irreplaceable.

I started my Vacation on my Birthday, April 1st, when I got off of work. The next day was spent anxiously awaiting the arrival of Raven and Kit. The two nuts did a marathon drive to come and get me, and then head back. I was able to spend the week with my beloved foxy and the best brother a roo could have.

Needless to say, we had so much fun, and endless tickle wars and pouncings. Raven was even a good sport when KitKit and I broke out the beach balls. Maybe it was because bribed him with lasagna? and just for kit... BIRD!

I want to thank you Kit for being the bestest brother a roo could have, you teased me at every corner, but didn't mind getting it back in turn.

And to Raven, There shouldn't be any doubt about how I feel about you. You are my shining star in a dark sky, you fill me with light and make me feel safe. Love you sweety <3

So thanks to you both for making it a wonderful spring break, and now begins the serious count down to RCFM... 45 days..
